Fasted weight came in at 228 this morning, a slight bump but nothing concerning as it is still within the normal fluctuations I have been seeing. Sleep was just ok at a little over 5 hours. I actually woke up right before my alarm and could not fall back asleep, so I just got up and got moving. Headed in for a morning shoulder session and it turned out to be a solid one. Energy, pump, and overall drive were all there which made for a really good workout despite the shorter sleep. Picked up a new pair of Powerbeats Pro 2 headphones for the gym and got to test them out today. Big upgrade from the AirPods 2 I was using before, definitely makes a difference being more locked in during sets. Outside of the gym and church it was a super chill day, just hanging with the family and relaxing at home. Feeling recharged and ready to start the week off strong tomorrow, likely kicking things off with legs.

Fasted weight came in at 228.2 this morning, holding steady right in that same range which is fine as things continue to balance out. Sleep was something I really tried to prioritize last night. I actually woke up around 4am but knew I needed more recovery, so I made the call to turn today into a full rest day instead of forcing a workout. Ended up getting about 7.5 hours total, but still woke up feeling like it was not quite enough. Even caught myself falling asleep on the couch for a quick 15 minutes before my wife told me I was snoring. Definitely a sign the body is still catching up. Took it easy today and focused on recovery so I can be ready to go for tomorrow. Leg day is on deck and I do not want to miss that. Plus Wednesdays are my built-in sleep in days, so I can either train later or get some extra cardio in. Feels like the right move to pull back today and come back stronger tomorrow, especially since my calories are being cut this week.

Fasted weight came in at 228.6 this morning, a small bump but still right in that same range as things continue to level out during the cut. Sleep was good with a little over 6 hours and I woke up feeling rested with energy that carried through the entire day. Got in a 5am leg session and it was one of those workouts where everything just felt easy. Strength was there, weights were moving smooth, and the pump and vascularity had me feeling locked in and motivated the whole time. Work ended up being pretty heavy today so by the end of it I was mentally drained and definitely ready for bed. Luckily tomorrow is a sleep in day so I am looking forward to that recovery. Best part of the day though was getting a USP touchdown. Always a good feeling. Originally I was thinking of running Test, Mast, and Tren for this cut and that’s why it’s in my TD, but I am going to stick with Primo over Mast for now until I get body fat down a bit more so I can really take advantage of the aesthetic benefits later. Anyone else like saving certain compounds for when you are leaner to really maximize the look?

Fasted weight came in at 223.4 this morning, a big drop from yesterday which looks like a lot of water weight coming off. I have been going to the bathroom a ton and last night alone I got up at least five times. Sleep outside of that was actually pretty good, a little over 7 hours total, just broken up from all the wakeups. Today is usually an active recovery day for me, but work had other plans. It was nonstop from the moment I started and carried into the night with a rush project for one of our new leaders. The longest break I had all day was about 15 minutes just to eat lunch, and even dinner was brought to my office by my wife. Definitely one of those grind days. I did officially start my new cut protocol (check-below) though and cracked open a new vial of tren. I am choosing to run Primo over Masteron for now until I get my body fat down enough to really take full advantage of the aesthetic benefits of Mast. Excited to see how this phase goes as everything is now dialed toward getting leaner.

Fasted weight came in at 224.4 this morning, holding right in that same range which is a good sign things are staying consistent as the cut continues. Sleep was alright at about 6.5 hours. Not bad, but not perfect either. Got in a morning back workout right before work and it ended up being a solid session. Energy was good going into it, pump was strong, and everything felt dialed in while training. As the day went on though, I definitely felt that energy drop off and crashed a bit toward the end. Mood stayed good overall, just that physical fatigue kicking in. Work was a bit more chill today which helped, but with my youngest still waking us up at times during the night it definitely cuts into that deeper sleep. Still pushing through and stacking the days. Excited that tomorrow is Friday and heading into the weekend. Thinking I will run legs tomorrow and keep things moving.

Fasted weight came in at 224.2 this morning, continuing to trend down slightly which is exactly what I want to see right now. Sleep was not great at just under 5 hours. I almost stayed in bed after hitting snooze, but when the alarm went off again I knew I had to get up and get moving. Once I was up and going, everything clicked into place. Decided to hit legs again and this time I brought in a new tool, the Torq wedge. That thing is legit. It really helped me drive into my quads and I felt a huge difference in activation without any knee pain. Definitely going to be a staple in my leg days moving forward. Even with the lack of sleep, the rest of the day actually felt better than yesterday. Energy held up well and I did not get that same crash. Overall a solid day and I am definitely looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and getting some real recovery.

Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, continuing that slow downward trend which is exactly what I want to see. Sleep was incredible and honestly much needed. Got close to 8 hours and woke up naturally with no alarm, which always hits different. Definitely felt fully recovered going into the day. Today was a scheduled rest day, but it turned into a pretty active one with yard work. Hauled new plants and mulch, got everything planted, and fixed up the drip lines. The planting itself was the toughest part since the ground is hard and full of rocks, definitely more of a workout than expected. By the end of it I was feeling it, but in a good way. Solid recovery day overall and still stayed active. Looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow morning for a push session.

Fasted weight came in at 223.1 this morning and it showed in the mirror and pictures too. Always a good feeling when the scale and visuals line up. Sleep was alright, right around that 6 hour mark. Could have been better, but I definitely hit snooze a couple times knowing I had a little extra flexibility this morning. Got in a solid push day with a slight shoulder bias and everything felt good. Energy was there, mood was solid, and the pump definitely elevated things even more. Had not taken progress pictures in a bit, but after seeing them today it really reinforced that things are moving in the right direction. That alone made the whole day feel like a win. The rest of the day was nice and chill. Hit church, got some grocery shopping done, and then made carne asada for some friends that came over. Great way to wrap up the day.

This is a post for yesterday’s missed log.

Fasted weight came in at 223.1 again. Sleep was terrible and that definitely played a role in forgetting to log. My youngest came in with a cough and kept my wife up for a good portion of the night, so overall sleep quality was really poor. Still got up at 4:20 to make it to the gym and get a full session in. Preworkout did a lot of the heavy lifting for energy and mood, and the US-Pharmacies Cialis always came through for the pump. Even with the lack of sleep it ended up being a solid workout. After work though it caught up to me. I laid down and knocked out for about an hour, but even that was not enough to fully recover. Definitely one of those days where you just push through. Got better sleep today, so I will be posting that log later.

Sleep was better at just under 6 hours and it felt easier to get up and get moving for the gym. Started the day strong, but it definitely turned into a stressful one. Had to take my teenage daughter to the ER after she wasn’t feeling well. Thankfully it turned out to be the flu, but because her nutrition and hydration had been off she needed fluids. Definitely one of those moments that puts everything into perspective. The good thing is she was already feeling better and even hungry after getting out, so that was a big relief. Just hoping she stays on top of eating and hydration moving forward. Despite everything, I still got a solid leg session in. Energy was good, strength was there, and it felt good to get that training in even with everything going on.

Last night sucked. Something definitely did not sit well with my stomach and it had me running to the bathroom most of the night. Fasted weight dropped down to 220.5 this morning and sleep was absolutely terrible. Barely got any real sleep between the burping, gas, and nonstop bathroom trips. Ended up calling out of work and honestly spent most of the day sleeping and trying to recover. Did my best to stay hydrated and get some food in where I could, but intake was definitely way down. Luckily by the end of the day I was already feeling a lot better, so I think it was just some quick food related issue and not anything bigger. Probably good timing too since today was already supposed to be a rest day. Going to focus on more recovery tonight, hydrate hard tomorrow, and if everything feels good maybe hit a mid day chest pump session.

Fasted weight came in at 218.8 this morning, which is definitely a big drop. I am pretty sure a lot of that is still from the stomach issues and extra bathroom trips from the other day because I ate well today and expect weight to bounce back up some. Sleep was great though at a little over 7 hours and I could definitely feel the recovery from it. One thing that stood out today was no caffeine at all and energy still held up really well throughout the entire day. Even skipped a traditional preworkout before the gym and instead went with an amino blend that had albuterol and yohimbe in it. Definitely felt the heart pumping from that combo. Training session was awesome though. Put up 135lb dumbbells for 8 reps on flat bench which I think is a new max for me, so strength is clearly still progressing. Overall everything feels like it is moving in the right direction. Just passed the one week mark on tren and so far I am liking how things are looking and feeling. If everything continues this way, I may consider bumping it up slightly after next week.

Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, which makes sense now that I am able to eat normally again and digestion is finally stabilizing. I already know weight will probably be a little higher tomorrow too since tonight ended up being my cheat meal while out with my girls. Sleep was ok, only around 5 hours, but it was enough to keep me from feeling like I was crashing throughout the day. Got in a solid SHARMS session and everything felt good in the gym. The rest of the day was nonstop though. Spent a good chunk of it cleaning around the house, went out to eat with the family, then came back and cleaned some more since we have family flying in tomorrow. Definitely one of those busy but productive days. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, but after tonight’s meal I kind of want to get some sort of cardio or movement in. No alarm though, so we will see if I naturally wake up ready to do something.

Fasted weight came in at 226.3 this morning, a little bump up but nothing unexpected especially with family in town and a few extra treats worked in. Sleep was good though, got a solid 7.5 hours and actually woke up naturally from the sunlight coming in which always feels better than an alarm. Today was mostly a family day. Did the airport run, hung out, relaxed, and just enjoyed the time together. I did end up giving in and having myself an apple fritter donut which was honestly hard to resist lol. No regrets though, just one of those moments you enjoy and move on from. Tomorrow we are right back at it with an early gym session before church, so it will definitely get put to work.

Fasted weight came in at 224.1 this morning, dropping back down nicely after yesterday which is exactly what I expected. Sleep was good at a little over 6 hours and I felt solid going into the gym, but the energy definitely did not last all day. Went a little heavier on legs than I probably planned and it definitely left me depleted afterward. By later in the day I could have easily knocked out for a nap if I let myself, but I pushed through it. Pump during the session was awesome though and my quads were absolutely feeling it. Used the Torq Wedge again on both hack press and pendulum squat and it really is becoming one of my favorite additions. Way more quad activation while taking stress off the knees which is a huge plus. Overall a really solid session and a good way to close out the weekend. Back to the normal work week tomorrow so it is time to lock back in. Hope everyone had a great weekend too!

Fasted weight came in at 223.5 this morning, continuing to trend down and staying really consistent lately. Sleep was around 5.5 hours, not ideal but enough for me to wake up easily and get moving without dragging. Got in a solid chest heavy push day and everything felt locked in. Focus was there, energy was good, and strength felt strong throughout the workout. Definitely one of those sessions where you just feel on from the first set. I really need to get back into recording more of my lifts too, especially while strength is progressing like this. Overall it was a great day between work and having family over. Tomorrow is turning into a rest day though since I have to get up super early to drop family off, so it actually works out perfectly timing-wise with recovery.

Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, staying really consistent right in this range which I am happy with as the cut continues. Sleep was actually great. Even though the tren has not affected my sleep so far, I still wanted to test out TRENsomnia by Pro Muscle Labs just to see what all the talk was about. That stuff absolutely knocked me out. I slept until around 4am which is my gym day wake up, then fell right back asleep after. Ended up getting almost 8 hours total and the dreams were pretty wild. Hopefully tren never actually starts impacting my sleep, but if it does I think this stuff is going to help a lot. I’ll definitely report back later if I end up needing it more regularly. No pump today since it turned into my scheduled rest day. I have to drive everyone to the airport super early tomorrow morning and then I’m planning to head straight to the gym after that. Thinking shoulders will be the move. Overall it was a really good day though. Had my mid-year review at work and things are going really well there, so that felt great too. Also decided it is probably time for a small bump to the tren, moving from 70mg weekly to 100mg weekly and just slowly working it up over time.

Fasted weight came in at 224.1 this morning, holding really steady right in this range which I’m happy with as the cut keeps moving along. Sleep was not the greatest though. My baby niece was crying a lot through the night which kept waking me up, and on top of that I had to be up early to take family to the airport. After dropping everyone off I headed straight to the gym for shoulders. Even with the rough sleep the preworkout definitely carried the energy and the US-Pharmacies tadalafil had the pump feeling great. Workout ended up being really solid and surprisingly the energy stayed with me through the whole day instead of crashing out later. Overall a productive day and now I’m looking forward to a good pull session tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 222.9 this morning, another nice drop and things are definitely moving in the right direction. Sleep was actually great overall with a little over 7 hours even with a few wakeups during the night. Woke up feeling really hot and sweaty a couple times, which might be the tren starting to show itself a bit more, plus a few bathroom trips mixed in there. Nothing too bad though, just dropped down to boxers and cranked the AC colder before falling back asleep. Got in a solid mid day back workout and everything felt on point. Strength was there, energy stayed high, and I felt really full throughout the entire session. Overall just a really good day and now I’m curious to see how tonight goes sleep-wise as the tren continues settling in.

Fasted weight came in at 222.4 this morning, another small drop and things are continuing to trend really well right now. Sleep was good overall even with a couple wakeups and some light night sweats. Definitely noticing a little more heat at night lately but nothing too crazy yet. Still managed to get around 7 hours of solid sleep and felt good throughout the day. One thing I noticed today was no crashing at all energy-wise which was nice. No pump and no gym today though since tomorrow’s planned rest day got moved to today. I have a men’s church event tomorrow morning and apparently it is a CrossFit workout followed by breakfast. We will see how that goes because I have never done CrossFit in my life and honestly probably would not if it was not for this event lol. Should be interesting at least and I’ll definitely update everyone on how it goes afterward.
