Easy log today. Fasted weight came in at 216.1 this morning, a miniscule bump up but nothing unexpected at all. Sleep was honestly amazing though. Maybe woke up once the entire night and ended up getting around 7.5 solid hours which felt incredible compared to some of the sleep I’ve had lately. Definitely woke up feeling more recovered.

No gym today, but still got some activity in with a long walk while my youngest rode her bike around. Ended up turning more into a speed walk trying to keep up with her lol. Also ate a little heavier on carbs today than usual so I’ll probably wake up a bit heavier tomorrow too, but honestly that should set me up well for the early morning push session before church. Looking forward to getting a good workout in again.

Fasted weight came in a little high this morning at 218.8, but honestly not too surprising considering food has been a little all over the place lately. Sleep definitely was not the greatest either with a little over 5 hours total, but not because I couldn’t sleep. Had to pick up my mother in law late from the airport and that cut things short. Still, there was no chance I was missing the gym this morning.

Ended up having a really solid push day too. Energy was high regardless of the lack of sleep, mood was great, and the pump was strong the entire session. Was super vascular this morning in the gym which always feels good when you’re deep into a cut. After that the sister in law, her husband, and the rest of the family all came over so it turned into a really long day overall. Eating definitely wasn’t on point and I didn’t track anything, but I don’t think things got too out of hand either. We’ll see how tomorrow’s pull day goes.

Fasted weight climbed a bit again this morning to 219.3 and honestly sleep just felt way too short. Between my nephew’s graduation and us letting my in laws use our house for the party, I ended up going to bed way later than I should have. Didn’t get up for my normal workout either because once the day started it was nonstop getting things ready for everyone coming over. At this point I’m completely beat and honestly almost feel like I’m coming down with something from the lack of recovery and overall stress lately.

Might not seem like something worth complaining too much about, but if yall knew the full backstory behind everything going on lately you’d probably be wondering how I haven’t flipped tables yet with the amount of tren I’m taking lol. Now the actual graduation is tomorrow which means I’m probably missing another gym day again. Training, diet, recovery, all of it has been thrown off lately and it definitely starts adding up mentally after a while. Really ready for all this chaos to settle down so I can get fully locked back in again.

Workout today was basically clearing out the entire backyard and setting everything up for the party, so I guess that counts as cardio and manual labor lol.

Sorry yall I honestly was not in the right headspace to do yesterday’s log. Fasted weight yesterday and today both hovered right around 218 and sleep was decent both nights all things considered. No workouts either day though. Between the in laws being here, the graduation party, my nephew moving out, nonstop people at the house, and just everything stacked together mentally, I was absolutely at my limit. Honestly the amount of restraint it took for me to not completely snap on people was running dangerously low lol.

Didn’t track macros either and honestly I was just trying to survive the weekend at that point. Physically I even started feeling run down from the stress and lack of recovery so I ended up calling out sick from work today just to reset a little. Tomorrow morning I’m dropping my mother in law off at the airport super early and then heading straight to the gym after that for legs. Really feels like next week is finally when I’ll be able to get fully locked back into training, diet, recovery, and normal routine again because the past couple weeks have honestly been chaos.

Fasted weight came in at 218.9 this morning and sleep was definitely a little short. Probably got around 4.5 hours total. Went to bed later than planned because family was still over and then had to get up super early to take my mother in law to the airport. Not exactly ideal for recovery, but at least I was able to head straight to the gym afterward.

Ended up having a really solid leg day despite the lack of sleep. Energy was high, mood was good, and the pump was great throughout the workout. One of those sessions where you expect to feel terrible walking in but everything actually clicks once you get moving. By the end of the day the lack of sleep definitely started catching up to me and I was crashing pretty hard, but that was expected. Planning a mid day pull session tomorrow and looking forward to finally getting a decent night of sleep and waking up whenever instead of running on a schedule.

Also making a few protocol changes. Decided to cut the Tren here rather than crack open a new bottle just to run it for another week. Going to cycle off both Tren and MOTS-C for now while keeping Test and Primo exactly where they are. SLU and 5-Amino will be getting cut soon as well. Looking forward to simplifying things a bit and seeing how everything responds.

Here’s today’s log:

Forgot to grab fasted weight this morning, but sleep was solid. Slept in a lot later than usual and ended up getting around 7.5 hours total. Still had a little bit of night sweats, but nothing too crazy or unmanageable. Work was pretty chill overall and I was able to get in a mid day shoulder session that honestly had me feeling great.

Energy was high, mood was good almost the entire day, and the pump was strong. Shoulder days always hit different when everything is clicking and today was one of those sessions where I left feeling way better than when I walked in. Mood only really shifted later tonight after we got a call that my daughter may be having some kind of reaction or issue with the meds she has been on. She was at her dad’s and apparently was not very responsive, so he took her to the hospital and my wife left to meet them there. Definitely not how I wanted the day to end, but just praying everything gets figured out quickly.

Short log today. Daughter is back in the hospital and things seem worse than last time, so we’re just waiting to hear back after a full day of tests. Fasted weight came in at 217.8lbs and sleep was in and out all night, but I still got around 6.5 hours total. No gym today, but I did get a good long walk in while my youngest rode her bike. Mostly just trying to keep her distracted from everything going on with her sister and keep things as normal as possible for her.

Quick log again today. Fasted weight came in at 218lbs and sleep was pretty solid overall. Woke up maybe once in about 7 hours total, with almost 5.5 of those using the CPAP. No workout again today with my daughter still in the hospital and still no real updates yet. Right now we’re just waiting and trying to get through each day as best as we can.

My mom is flying out to help at home and with my youngest, which should free me up a bit for work and hopefully some gym time too. Honestly I really need that for my sanity right now. I hope saying I need to hit the gym doesn’t come across like I’m being a bad parent. At the end of the day, even being the stepdad, I’ve always showed up for her and never loved her any less than a real daughter. I’m just trying to stay grounded so I can keep showing up for everyone the way I need to.

Fasted weight came in at 218.2 this morning and sleep was great. Got a solid 7 hours in and actually felt pretty rested waking up. No gym today again so no real pump to report, but energy was great all day which was a nice change.

Mood has definitely been picking up too as my daughter continues to improve. She actually woke up and spoke to us today, which was huge and honestly gave all of us a lot of relief. My mom also landed today to help at home and with my youngest, so that should free me up a bit to get some gym time in again. I need that for my mental health just as much as my body right now. Next thing is getting food back on lock too. With my mom here helping, I was at least able to get some cardio in today and did 30 minutes on the stairs with my heart rate staying in zone 2.

Fasted weight came in at 218.5 this morning. Sleep was on the shorter end at around 5.5 hours, but at least it wasn’t interrupted so it still felt decent enough. Got an early morning push day in and honestly after a while of not being able to get into the gym consistently, I had to bring out a real pre workout setup today. Went with Smash AMF paired with the L-Carnitine/L-Citrulline/Eria/Yohimbe injectable PWO and it definitely did its job.

Focus was locked in, energy was good, and the pump was real strong. Tren is definitely not in the mix anymore and I could tell, but strength was still there and the session felt great overall. Really excited to keep getting back in for lifts now and start building that routine back up again.

Fasted weight was spot on at 218.5 again this morning, so holding steady for now. Sleep was good too, right around 6 hours and almost the entire time was with the CPAP, so I know the quality was solid. Also haven’t been waking up multiple times during the night to hit the bathroom anymore, which has been a nice change.

Had a great morning pull session today. Energy was going, pump was good, and it felt good to keep the momentum rolling with training. Took some pictures today to check the physique too, especially with diet and nutrition not being exactly where I want them to be lately. Still holding together pretty well all things considered. Best news of the day though is that my daughter might be coming home tomorrow, which would be incredible. Really hoping that happens and we can finally start getting back into a better rhythm at home.

Fasted weight came in at 219lbs this morning. Sleep was decent at around 6 hours and I got up pretty easily to get ready for leg day. Energy was up early and held pretty solid throughout the day, which was nice after getting back into the gym rhythm again.

Leg session was a good one. Pump was crazy and honestly had me feeling like my quads were going to explode by the end of it. Mood was also the best it’s been in a while because my daughter and wife finally came home from the hospital. That alone made the whole day feel lighter. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and getting some solid recovery after jumping back on the gym train this week.
