Fasted weight came in at 217.2 this morning. Sleep was almost as good as it has been lately. Even though it was a rest day, my body still woke up at my usual gym time around 4:20am. Took a bit to fall back asleep but I managed to do it and still ended up with a little over 7 hours total. Not bad at all. Since it was a rest day there was no pump to report, but mood stayed good all day. I did get some cardio in mid day with 45 minutes on the stairs keeping my heart rate in zone 2. Felt good to get some movement in without pushing too hard. I have also been slowly increasing calories and carbs lately. After spending a full year losing weight I did not want to jump straight into a big surplus, so I am easing into it gradually. As calories come up I am also considering bumping Ment a little more and I have been eyeing the US-Pharmacies Tbol sitting in my stash. Not sure if I will deploy it yet, but it is definitely on my mind as the lean bulk continues.

Fasted weight came in at 218.9 this morning, a bump up from yesterday which I expected with the extra food and carbs. Sleep was decent at around 6.5 hours. I was up early and in the gym just before 5am to get the day started. The workout felt solid overall. I did not push absolute max weight today but kept things around 85% to 90% of what I could push and really focused on the mind muscle connection with most sets finishing around 0 to 1 RIR. The pump was great, especially with a little extra Cialis this morning helping things along. Work turned into a really long day though. A rush research project came in late and I ended up grinding through the evening to get it handled. At this point I am pretty exhausted. Thinking I might sleep in a little tomorrow and go with a mid day session instead, either shoulders or legs depending on how I feel. Also heard US-Pharmacies is starting a 19-nor sale tomorrow, so everyone should keep their eyes peeled for that!

Fasted weight came in at 219.7 this morning. Sleep was great at a little over 7 hours and recovery has honestly felt really solid over the past couple of weeks. I was still feeling the chest workout from the other day though. Focusing on that deep stretch and not chasing weight definitely did its job because I am real sore from it. Today ended up being a quick but productive session during my lunch break from work. Knocked out a leg day and then jumped straight into a meeting right after finishing. Not the most relaxing transition but the workout itself felt great. Solid pump, good connection with the movements, and mood stayed high the entire day. Tomorrow is a scheduled full rest day which will be good timing to let everything recover and be ready to push hard again after that.

Fasted weight came in at 217.9 this morning. Sleep was pretty broken up because I kept waking up to go to the bathroom through the night. That probably explains the drop in weight from yesterday. Even with the interrupted sleep, the body actually felt pretty good today. Luckily it was my scheduled full rest day so there was no pressure to push a workout. I was a little sleepy on and off throughout the day but overall recovery felt solid. Chest is still pretty sore from the session the other day so I know that one did its job. The day itself was mellow. Did some church security training earlier and then spent the rest of the time hanging out with the girls at home. Ending the night watching UFC which is always a good way to wind down. I also decided to bump my Ment up to around ~7mg per day. A little goes a long way with it and with how everything has been feeling lately it seemed like the right time to increase slightly and see how the body responds.

Fasted weight came in at 219.1 this morning. Sleep could have been better thanks to daylight savings jumping the clock forward. I only ended up with about 5 hours total, but at least the entire night was with CPAP and there were almost no interruptions, which definitely helped the quality. Even so, I could feel the lack of sleep throughout the day and actually drifted off on the couch for about 30 minutes while we were all watching something. Despite that, I still made it into the gym to hit shoulders and arms. Once I got moving the energy picked up and the workout turned into a really solid session. The pump was great and the best part was the gym being completely empty. Not a single person walked in until I was finishing up, which made the whole workout feel focused and dialed in. I am planning to get to bed a little earlier tonight to make up for the lost sleep and be fully ready for leg day tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 218.8 this morning. Sleep was just alright at a little under 6 hours. Our youngest had a rough night with her cough from allergies and asthma, so she ended up in our room and that meant waking up a few times through the night. Even with the interrupted sleep I still woke up feeling fine and got ready to head into the gym for leg day. Energy once I got moving was great and the pump had my quads blowing up. Mood stayed solid throughout the workout and the whole day. Work was busy as a new research project kicked off, but mentally I still felt sharp enough to handle everything. I also picked up a new leg day accessory that just dropped for preorder. It’s a wedge that can be used across a bunch of leg exercises to help with joint positioning and improve range of motion, so I’m looking forward to testing it out in upcoming sessions. Big back and biceps day tomorrow and I’m ready to get after it!

Fasted weight came in at 219.5 this morning. Sleep was not that great once again because our youngest’s asthma cough had her in and out of our room through the night. Total sleep ended up around 5 hours and 40 minutes and it was definitely broken up. I really did not want to get up when the alarm went off, but I knew if I skipped the early session I would not have another chance later in the day with how busy work has been. Even with the shorter sleep the gym session turned out to be really solid. Energy held up well, the pump had me feeling full and large, and my mood stayed positive throughout the workout. The rest of the day went well too. I took some Noopept with a cup of coffee before starting work and that combination had me pretty dialed in to begin building out some work, jump on meetings, and start thinking through the craziness that is coming with this new project. Tomorrow is normally an active recovery day, but with how the schedule is shaping up I am planning to hit chest during lunch instead. Hoping I can sleep in a bit tomorrow morning to recover some of that lost rest.

Fasted weight came in at 219.7 this morning. Sleep was a lot better than the previous few days. I got a little over 7 hours total with very few interruptions and more than 5 hours of that with CPAP, so recovery felt noticeably better. Today was originally supposed to be an active recovery day, but work ended up shifting things around so I used my lunch break to turn it into chest day instead. I will use tomorrow as the rest and recovery day instead and hopefully get another solid night of sleep like the one before. The mid day workout ended up being a really good one. I hit 55kg dumbbells for 10 on flat bench which is a new PR for me, and honestly it felt easier than I expected it to. That is always a good sign that strength is trending up, so I will definitely be pushing a little heavier next time. The pump was great and the mood even better after that session. Overall it was a really solid day, minus the meeting heavy work schedule. Meetings honestly take more out of me than the actual work sometimes, they can be painfully boring.

Fasted weight came in at 219.5 this morning, right about where it was the day before so things are holding steady while calories continue to creep up. Sleep was not the greatest though. I got a little over 6 hours but as soon as I woke up I could tell my little one probably passed something along again. Sinuses felt off and my head had that familiar pressure that usually comes when something is starting to creep in. Luckily today lined up with the rest day I had originally planned for yesterday, so it worked out timing wise. I ended up cutting out of work early and taking a two hour nap which definitely helped a bit. Still feeling a little off heading into the night but hopefully a good night of sleep knocks it out. Plan is to sleep in tomorrow and see how I feel, and if things improve I may try to sneak in a mid day workout. Anyone else with little ones feel like they have been bringing home every bug from school lately?

Fasted weight came in at 221.6 this morning, a bit higher than the previous day which is probably just from the lower activity and still being a little under the weather. Sleep was not the best. My nose was completely stuffed up which had me waking up and tossing around a few times through the night. Total sleep was about 6.5 hours but with the congestion I could not keep the CPAP on very long, probably less than 4 hours total. I still woke up feeling a little sick but definitely better than yesterday. Because of that I gave myself one more day to recover so there was no training and no pump to report today. I think by tomorrow morning I should be good to get back in the gym. Even work was easier to get through today compared to yesterday and I did not feel like I needed a nap which is a good sign things are improving. I really do not like missing gym days though. It almost makes me feel incomplete in a way, like something important in the routine is missing.

Fasted weight came in at 222.0 this morning. Sleep was not great even though the total time in bed was around 7 hours. About an hour of that was awake and I was barely able to keep the CPAP on because of how congested I am. Still feeling pretty sick and it definitely showed through the night. I kept waking up to go to the bathroom because I was constantly drinking water since I was mouth breathing from the congestion. This thing really just needs to pass already because the body feels drained, the congestion is annoying, and the cough with phlegm is not much fun either. I counted about 8 wakeups total through the night, so there was no chance of making it to the gym today. The only real activity today was helping some friends by watching their kids while they cleared out a storage unit for a move. They have five kids though, so that alone was pretty tiring. After getting home we still had to clean up our own place since we have family visiting soon, and by the end of the day I was completely exhausted. Even though I feel pretty rough right now, I am not missing the log update. One positive is that my appetite was a bit better today so I managed to eat more. Being sick once last month and now again this month has me considering cycling Thymosin Alpha-1 to help support the immune system. If anyone here has experience with it I would definitely like to hear your thoughts!

Fasted weight came in at 222.1 this morning. Sleep was a lot better than the last few nights. I ended up getting a little over 8 hours of solid sleep and the tracker showed about 21 minutes awake total, but honestly it did not even feel like that. It felt like a pretty continuous night which I definitely needed. Congestion is still pretty heavy though and my throat was hurting today, but overall it feels like I am slowly moving toward being healed. This has been a weird one. I really thought I would be over it quickly but it has lingered longer than expected. Even just doing some things around the house today drained me more than usual. Still no gym today either and every day I miss actually makes me feel a little bad, like I should not be missing out on training. At the same time I know the right move is to let the body recover fully before jumping back in. Tomorrow starts a new week and the girls have spring break, so that will change the schedule a bit. We have travel plans Wednesday through Friday which should be fun, but I will have to see how I can keep some training in during that time, especially coming off several days without lifting due to being sick. Anyone else struggle mentally with taking multiple rest days when you know recovery is the smarter move?

Fasted weight came in at 223.3 this morning which is definitely a noticeable jump from the previous few days. Considering I had several sick days with lower activity, higher carbs the last couple days, and finally getting some real sleep again, the bump is not too surprising. A lot of that is likely water and glycogen coming back online now that my body is starting to recover. Sleep was incredible though, easily the best I have had in a while. I got a little over 8 hours with very minimal wakeups and about 7 of those hours with CPAP, which felt like exactly what my body needed after being sick. I was still feeling the sickness a bit, but good enough to finally get back into the gym and hit legs. I still pushed the weight heavy and had my legs shaking as I walked out of the gym. Since I had never tried Anavar before, I decided to take 20mg sublingual preworkout just to help push through the session while I am still recovering. Energy ended up being great and the pump had my thighs feeling like they were splitting. It was honestly a huge mood shift after missing so many gym days to finally be back training again. Macros were a little off today though because it was date night with the wife and we do not get too many of those. We went out, had some good food, and watched the movie version of one of her favorite books. Tomorrow is back day and I will probably run 40mg Anavar and keep it as my PWO compound for the remainder of the cycle. US-Pharmacies products really have been the best!

Fasted weight came in at 226.4 this morning which is definitely a noticeable jump from yesterday. Thinking about it more, it actually lines up pretty well with the date night with my wife, higher fats and carbs, plus getting back into full training and better sleep. Sleep was just ok at almost 7 hours with only a couple wakeups through the night. One thing I really like about school breaks is how much easier it is to lock in good sleep. No early pressure and I can take my time both in the morning and in the gym. Today’s session was a solid one. Back and biceps day but I threw in some shoulder work as well. I stuck to my plan and ran 40mg Anavar preworkout and the pump was honestly crazy, especially in the shoulders. I could feel them the entire drive home and even in the shower after. Tomorrow we head out through Friday to Salt Lake City for a quick spring break trip with the girls. My wife already has a full itinerary planned and the hotel gym actually looks decent from what I saw online, so I might be able to sneak in a session or two. No promises though, logs over the next few days might be a little lighter. One thing I do know is steps will be high and I will do my best to stay somewhat on track with macros.

Fasted weight was not recorded this morning since we rushed out of the house to get on the road early. Sleep was just alright at about 5 hours total with around 4 of those on CPAP. Not ideal, but we had a long drive ahead of us so it was one of those get up and go mornings. Today is normally one of my active recovery days anyway, so it worked out with how the day played out. We drove about 6 hours straight to Salt Lake City and went directly to the zoo where we spent a good chunk of the day walking around. After that we hit the aviary and got even more steps in. Overall it was a long but really fun day with the family and definitely got plenty of activity in. I made sure to get my protein in where I could, but macros were not really tracked today with all the moving around and being out all day. I do have my preworkout mixed and Anavar ready to go for an early morning chest session tomorrow, so looking to get right back on track. Anyone else actually enjoy getting steps in like this on travel days instead of forcing a gym session?

Fasted weight was not recorded again this morning since we are still out traveling. Sleep was just ok at around 5 hours. Early wake up to hit the hotel gym before getting the day started. Today is normally not a heavy training day for me, but with the trip I made it work and got a solid chest and triceps session in with a little bit of shoulders sprinkled in. The hotel dumbbells only went up to 100lbs, so I adjusted by increasing reps and really focusing on control and contraction. Even with that limitation it ended up being a really solid workout and I got a great pump out of it. The rest of the day was packed with activity. We hit a dinosaur museum which meant a lot of walking, followed by some stores and then even more walking at the aquarium. By the end of it we were pretty tired, so we wrapped things up with some time in the indoor pool and hot tub which was a nice way to relax. Definitely a fun trip overall, but I am excited to head back home tomorrow and get back into the full routine.

I’m not one to miss logs or stack multiple rest days like this, so this one is a bit frustrating for me. I take a lot of pride in staying consistent both in training and updates, but this past couple days just got out of my control. Sometimes the body forces you to slow down whether you like it or not, so I’m taking it as it comes and focusing on getting back to 100%.

Fasted weight was not recorded Friday with everything going on, but today came in at 227.1. Thursday night into Friday morning was rough. I ended up dealing with what felt like food poisoning and got almost no sleep at all, just constantly going to the bathroom through the night. On top of that, Friday was the day we had to drive back home from Salt Lake City. I had to get some meds in just to control the symptoms enough to make the drive. By the time we got home I felt pretty miserable and had no real appetite, so macros were completely off. Later that night the symptoms started creeping back in again which led to a few more wakeups. Today I am feeling better overall. Still not 100, but definitely improved. I have been keeping food very basic with things like banana, rice, applesauce, and crackers, while making sure to stay on top of fluids. Weight is definitely up which is not surprising coming off being sick, dehydration, and now rehydrating and eating again. Just taking it easy and letting the body settle. Hoping the symptoms are fully behind me and I can get back to normal quickly.

Fasted weight came in at 225.5 this morning, dropping down from yesterday which makes sense as things are starting to normalize after being sick. Today feels like the final day of recovery from the food poisoning. I did not track macros closely, but I was able to get in solid meals again which is a big win. Started the day with eggs and sourdough toast, had plain chicken and rice for lunch, and finished with chicken in broth with some veggies for dinner. Everything stayed down with no issues and overall I feel great compared to the last couple of days. Sleep was on the lower end at around 6 hours, but it was decent quality and I did not feel overly tired throughout the day. Energy felt stable and normal again. Planning to get back into the gym tomorrow, but I will be taking it lighter on the weights just to see how my body responds after the time off.
