My staple of oatmeal and whey with a side of fruit and my coffee==

Four egg shrimp blue cheese pepper and onion omelette with a nice big cup of --coffee

Kicking it up a notch as far as carb restriction. 4 egglands best, 2 turkey sausage and sautéed green beans

3/19...four egg omelette with some rot. chicken and broc with some cheddar cheese and some fruit.

& Ya know what...! As I was tidying my stuff up to go & wait for the bill, she comes by I'm just spooning in the rest of the grits, only left some toast..

She says, but I didn't see her til I heard her..

She says , "your bill is all set" , me: huh..? How so.,

She says, " someone" got it for you..,! , & I don't even know
whom....?? Weird , good Karma thing...?? I believe in Karma, & I am for the most part a good person.

I've just never had this happen before..!

That's a $11.00 or more Breakfast.., Steak, 3 eggs, Rye, cup grits, & Blueberry pancakes.

When ever someone does this to me....I turn around and do the same for another. Its a great deed and sometimes it keeps going down the line and being passed on.....not enough of this in the world.
