What do you have for breakfast today...

Today was my three egg omelette along side some leftover meatloaf with some broccoli and some cheddar cheese....oh my coffee==
 
Love me some eggs. Another omelette with some leftover ground beef with some cheddar cheese and red pepper flakes ta spice it up.
 
Worst breakfast ever this morning, trying to test out some blood sugar theories:

20 Grams BCAA’s

Yes and they do. Blood sugar went up.
If you don’t want to raise blood sugar but want to prevent muscle breakdown hmb powder is where it’s at. You can actually starve yourself on testosterone and get away with it if you keep sucking down hmb (10 grams) every hour.
Not a good diet plan but I’ve done a two day fast that way.

Good ta know. I have been taking HMB 4Gs/day for years and have always wondered about the BCAAs. Just another question....were the BCAAs you consumed as part of a preworkout or unflavored straight free-form powder?

Straight. I didn’t want to take any chances of false results due to hidden sweeteners or sucralose.

Hmb tastes like crap as powder but it is so effective.

The big thing now is hmb-fa (Free acid).
There is literally only one company that offers it that I can find, but the studies on it are literally unbelievable. If they are true then it’ll be my favorite supplement forever.
