Fasted weight was 212.5lbs this morning. Sleep was bad, stayed up late with the wife watching a TV show, got a little over 4 hours of sleep. PWO coming in to provide the energy and mood needed to get a good leg day. Pump wasn’t as strong as it has been with quads, definitely because of dropping the YK. The strength that I gained has definitely stayed though, which is real nice. Continuing on with the big back tomorrow but I’m definitely going to bed early tonight.

It was a good back day, energy was on point, mood was great, and the pump felt strong. Lats felt wide and thick by the end, and the rows had that deep back burn. Really looking forward to next month, I will be jumping on some Mito peptides, as well as some Klow soon as well. The protocol is solid now, and adding those should take things up another notch on top of the protocol increases.

Total sleep was good, solid 7.5 hours, woke up feeling rested. No 5am gym today, opted for a mid-day shoulder day instead, I felt more energized and stronger by training later with better fueling. Pump was on point, delts filled out nicely on the presses and laterals, but I'm not going to lie, definitely miss those insane YK-11 pumps. Still a great Friday session though, connection was sharp and the volume hit just right. Overall a great day for a Friday JR, looking forward to hitting chest bright and early tomorrow morning. Work week wrapped up strong, family time in the evening, and the recomp is still rolling smooth into 2026. Steady growth, muscle feel more dense and looks more defined; while weight hasn't moved much. USP gear has definitely made a difference. Make sure you check them out at us-pharmacies.net!

Weight came in way higher than I thought, must be holding on to a good bit of water, the scale said 214.2lbs fasted. Sleep was not great at 4.5 hours, but I was up and ready to go as soon as my alarm hit. PWO had energy flowing through the veins and the US Pharmacies tadalafil providing the pump. It was a chest day so the mood had to be high. Mood went even higher when someone complimented me on looking bigger, which I think translated to actually looking bigger in the post-chest pictures I took. Chill day at work so I just ran errands with the wife all day – always good when we get to spend some quality time together. Tomorrow is an active recovery day and it's going to be filled by a hobby I haven't had a chance to do in months... Golf! It's going to be hard to get some sleep in, always exciting to have an early tee time scheduled and since I've been working out my drives have gone a lot farther. Feeling strong heading into the weekend and hyped to keep the progress rolling!

Got 5.5 hours of sleep, but woke up well before my alarm and full of energy because today was a recovery day and I had an early tee time booked. No pump but the mood was definitely high, even with a few shanks and slices. Got plenty of steps in and even though it's carts only, I tend to jog to my ball and jog back to the cart, get the heart pumping a little bit throughout the round. Didn't shoot what I'm used to because the last time I golfed was 5 months ago but left feeling good and like I got a workout in. Great Saturday and a good change of what I normally do but definitely excited to get back in the gym tomorrow, thinking back and shoulders to give them a second go this week.

Weighed in at 214lbs this morning. Sleep was the best all week, I woke up at 5:30am and decided to go back to sleep for another 2 hours, total of 8 hours last night. Chose to get that extra needed sleep and hit the gym later in the day. Morning church time with the family, followed by clearing out the garage and mounting up a TV so that we can have something to watch when working out there or in case we want to hang out with the garage door open and watch a game. Caught the ending of the Broncos Pats game after putting it up. Looks like we'll be having Pats vs the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. After all that I went in and hit a solid workout. Shoulders were really popping! Now I'm pumped to do legs tomorrow!

Amazon decided to show up and drop a package at 2am right when I was getting some good sleep, they woke me up but I still got up at 4:30 to be at the gym by 5am. Got a real good leg workout in, quads were feeling it hard by the end. I could feel that I went golfing Saturday, not an injury feel, just that weird soreness in the hips and legs from walking the course and swinging the club. Work was crazy today and it's going to be all week, mentally super exhausted. Planning on sleeping in a little tomorrow and making sure I take an extra long break to hit the gym to try and break up the work stress. Going in for BIG BACK tomorrow!

Weight came in at 214.2lbs this morning and sleep was incredible, almost 8 hours last night, which made all the difference. Even with the heavy workload and a mid-day gym session I felt amazing through the entire day. The workout was incredible, focusing a bit on mid back to develop it some more. The pump was great and it was showing along with the vascularity. Crazy to think that January is almost over and we are counting down the weeks until summer now. Looks like it’s time to grow for a little bit before hitting that pre-summer cut!! 💪🏽

Normally an active recovery day, I was up early anyway and physically didn't feel a rest day was needed yet so I decided to go in and hit chest. Slept about 5.5 hours but energy levels were high all day. Pump felt strong and mood was excited. Today marks 1 year that I committed to consistency in and out of the gym, when I decided to turn my life around. Went from pushing almost 300lbs down to 214lbs. Guess you can say that's enough to motivate me to keep going this morning lol. Excited for what's to come though, I have great support at home with my wife and I got Team USP backing me up too!
