Good stuff bro! Looking forward to the increases!Felt well rested this morning despite the 7.5 hours being a little interrupted by my daughter in the middle of the night. Woke up ready to crush chest mid-day and the energy was on point the whole session, the pump felt strong and everything connected perfectly. Chest and triceps got that deep burn, and the fullness is staying consistent even with the carbs up a bit today. Loving how the protocol is performing as we push into the new year.
