Day started a little shorter on sleep than I would like, but overall it was still a productive and positive morning. I got about 5hr and 20min of sleep, not optimal, but I woke up naturally right before my alarm which is always a good sign. Had plenty of time to ease into the morning, get my peps in, take my pills, and get my pre-workout down without rushing. Energy was very solid going into training and I decided to test out Alpha Lion Extreme in sour gummy bear. Taste was surprisingly good and it kept my energy steady through the entire session and even afterward without any noticeable crash. Pump was on point as usual thanks to tadalafil by USP. Strength continues to trend up which is exactly what I want to see right now, hitting five plates again on my final set of the Megamass chest supported linear row felt strong and controlled. Tomorrow is scheduled as a rest day, but I am feeling like I need to increase fasted cardio, so I may trim sleep slightly to make room for that and keep momentum moving.

Today was one of those days that really reminded me how much sleep drives everything. Fasted weight came in at 217 even, but recovery definitely was not where it needs to be. I only got a little over five hours of sleep and my nose was congested enough that I could not use my CPAP, so my breathing was off most of the night. I still got up and knocked out my fasted cardio, but I was dragging hard. I have not felt that sluggish in quite a while. Even though I slept in a little over an hour later than my usual wake up time, it did not help at all. Needed caffeine just to push through work and stay functional. No pump obviously with just cardio, and mood was flat. Days like this really highlight how critical rest and recovery are, especially pushing training and this protocol. Still showed up and got the work done though. I have something coming in to help with sleep soon, a nasal spray containing DSIP, GABA, and Melatonin, we'll see how that helps my sleep.

Last night was exactly what I needed. Ended up getting 8 hours and 11 minutes of sleep according to my watch, with 6 of those on CPAP. Only woke up once and knocked back out immediately. That kind of sleep changes everything. Fasted weight came in at 218 and I can feel the upward trend translating into performance. Today was one of the strongest chest sessions I have had in a long time. Mid day workout and everything was firing. Hit a new PR on dumbbell flat bench with the 55kg dumbbells, and then followed that up with a new PR on the plate loaded incline machine at 220kg. Mood was incredible, pump was insane, and energy stayed high all day. Honestly felt like I could have stayed up late without issue. On the family side, my daughter turned 16 so we celebrated with sushi and I had a small piece of Japanese crepe cake. Food was not tracked perfectly, but I definitely ate well. No stress about it. I am ready to put those calories to work in the gym tomorrow.

Weight is holding at 218 again this morning and still trending up, but I honestly think most of that is from the recent protocol adjustments doing their thing. Sleep was just alright, a little under 6 hours total and only about half of that with the CPAP. Nose was stuffy again and it made wearing it uncomfortable. Even so, I got up bright and early and made it to the gym. Energy was solid, pump was not anything crazy, but mood was good. It is hard for me to be in a bad mood when I am training. Work was extremely demanding today, so I went with 50mg of noopept and it absolutely did the trick. Focus was sharp and I stayed dialed in all day. Just got my new nasal spray sleep blend in and I am excited to test that out tonight to hopefully improve recovery. Tomorrow is a full rest day, but depending on when I wake up I may still sneak in some fasted cardio and keep momentum moving.

Weight came in a little heavier today at 218.2 and I honestly think it was just food and normal day to day fluctuation. Sleep with the new sleep aid was incredible. I could not have stayed up even if I wanted to. I was out like a log. Woke up a couple times but knocked right back out and ended up with a little over seven hours of rock solid sleep. It almost worked too well, which has me slightly nervous about using it on nights where I need to be up at 4am for an early gym session. Energy was high all day from the quality sleep, but by the end of the day I was definitely beat. No pump today since it was a full rest day, but I still stayed busy nonstop. I was out driving the family around all day, plus some of my daughter’s friends, bouncing from place to place and doing different things around the city. Honestly I am tired enough tonight that I probably will not need any aids at all. I am excited to get back in tomorrow and hit shoulders with some arms, and I have an injectable pre-workout I am testing in the morning too.

Weight continues to creep up and came in at 218.5 this morning, I have an updated front double photo from today at the bottom. I am not stressing it, strength is climbing and I still feel tight, so I think it is the protocol and food doing exactly what they should. Sleep was very good, right at 7 hours with about 4 of those on CPAP. Woke up feeling ready to train, and I have decided to add 2iu GH in the morning too. Today I tested one of the injectable pre-workout blends at a small dose just to assess tolerance and effect. It was solid but I will likely bump the dose slightly next time and possibly layer in some caffeine or even a partial scoop of my regular pre-workout to round it out. This is just one of a few injectable blends I am testing, so it will be interesting to compare them all. Workout itself was great. Focus was locked in and pump was strong throughout. Tried a new back supported variation for cable front raises and it completely changed the feel. Having the back braced made the weight feel much heavier and kept it strict. Tomorrow is Monday which means leg day, and that always gets me fired up.

Fasted weight jumped up to 220 this morning, up from 218.5 yesterday, and I am pretty confident that is mostly water retention. With the way food has been and how the protocol is ramping up, some fluctuation is expected. Sleep was not great though. Just over six hours total and only about three of those with the CPAP. It felt very interrupted and I honestly lost count of how many times I woke up. Even so, I was still up focused and ready to attack leg day. Last week on my final set of hack press I hit 280kg for 10. Today I pushed 320kg for 6 on that last set. That is a serious jump in load and it felt strong. Leg pump was incredible. My quads looked and felt bigger and more vascular than I have ever seen them. The body is clearly responding well to the protocol right now and I am not feeling any noticeable side effects. Blood work is scheduled for the end of the month to see where everything stands, and depending on how that looks I may consider increasing the Ment slightly. For now I am just riding the momentum and keeping execution tight.

Fasted weight came in at 219.8 this morning, still a bit higher than I expected and probably some water in the mix. Sleep was solid on paper at 7 hours with CPAP on almost the entire time, so I should have felt incredible. Instead I was dragging from the moment I woke up. The past few days I have had a stuffy nose, so I am thinking my body might be fighting something off. Even getting ready for the gym felt harder than usual, and once I was there I just did not feel very strong. I still trained heavy and got the work in, but it was not one of those days where everything is firing. Work was rough too. If I did not have an important report going out at the end of the week I probably would have taken the day off and just rested. Tomorrow was supposed to be active recovery with fasted cardio, but I am leaning toward skipping it and prioritizing sleep and recovery instead. Sometimes the smartest move is pulling back a little so I can come back Thursday feeling healthy and ready to get back into the groove.

Did not grab a fasted weight this morning, completely slipped my mind, but honestly today was all about recovery. Sleep was absolutely incredible. A few sprays of the new sleep aid and I was out. I vaguely remember waking up around the time I am normally up for the gym, but I fell right back asleep without any issue. Sleep score came in at 96 with almost 8 full hours. Big difference from how I felt yesterday. I definitely feel recovered from whatever was going on. Nose is still slightly stuffy, but mentally my mood and energy are way better. Took today as a complete rest day with no cardio and I think that was the right call. Work was mentally demanding, but the quality sleep carried me through without feeling drained. Tomorrow is my second leg day of the week and I am genuinely looking forward to it. I need to order and schedule my blood work this week so I can get it done next week and lock in a good time slot. A few weeks into the adjustments and I am feeling great, no negative side effects from the protocol increase or addition of Ment, so I am expecting solid numbers.

Not quite as incredible as the previous night, but 6.5 hours with only one wake up and I felt rested when the alarm hit. Got up right away, took my morning peps, got my pre-workout in, and headed to the gym. Today I tested another injectable pre-workout, more of an add on blend. It definitely added drive, focus, mood enhancement, and some extra pump support. Perfect timing since this was my second leg day of the week with a glute and hamstring focus. I kept my regular pre-workout to about half a dose and used 0.75ml of the injectable. Felt smooth and productive. Tomorrow I will test another one that includes a stimulant, so it will be interesting to compare. Overall the day was solid. Early morning training, cut out of work a little early, and energy stayed steady all day, nothing to complain about. Looking forward to hitting chest tomorrow.

Fasted weight jumped up to 222.3 this morning, which is definitely higher than I expected, but with food higher and training intensity up, I am not surprised. Sleep was pretty solid at 6.5 uninterrupted hours and I felt rested when I woke up. No early alarm today since I took the day off work. After dropping our youngest off at school, my wife and I went out for coffee which was a great way to start the day. Slower mornings like that are good for the mind. Ended up training mid day and tested another injectable pre-workout, this time skipping my normal powder completely. This blend had yohimbe, ATP, and DADA in it, and it really hit well. Clean energy, strong focus, and a nice aggressive edge during my lifts without needing a heavy caffeine dose. I have been actively trying to cut back on caffeine and energy drinks since I know I was overdoing it. Workout was strong, pushed some heavy weight, and the chest pump was full and tight. I also have my labs officially locked in for next Thursday, so I am excited to see how everything looks after a few weeks on this adjusted protocol. Curious if anyone else has experimented with lower caffeine approaches and still kept intensity high.

After dropping our youngest off at school, my wife and I went out for coffee which was a great way to start the day. Slower mornings like that are good for the mind. Ended up training mid day and tested another injectable pre-workout, this time skipping my normal powder completely. This blend had yohimbe, ATP, and DADA in it, and it really hit well. Clean energy, strong focus, and a nice aggressive edge during my lifts without needing a heavy caffeine dose. I have been actively trying to cut back on caffeine and energy drinks since I know I was overdoing it. Workout was strong, pushed some heavy weight, and the chest pump was full and tight. I also have my labs officially locked in for next Thursday, so I am excited to see how everything looks after a few weeks on this adjusted protocol. Curious if anyone else has experimented with lower caffeine approaches and still kept intensity high.
