Best way to use T4 + AAS

Not to sound funny, but in light of those facts, then why have a load day at all? Metabolic reasons and a hormonal response? Performance reasons? Seems like staying in keto would make more sense for you... at least from a health standpoint.

I'm in perfect health because of the blood purifying effects of ketosis, but to be a bodybuilder I need to carb cycle for the addition of the 10.000 calorie cheat /load day for myself to add the muscle, it takes 6500 calories for my 280 lbs to maintain muscle, to add muscle the carb cycle allows me to go into a calorie surplus and add muscle over the 6500 maintenance number. It's extremely difficult to stay 100% in ketosis and add muscle on a 280 lb athlete.

XX, cutting sugar and carbohydrates your body will get ripped very soon, as long as you are taking in the 4000 mg of sugar your body will be storing fat period and ketosis will never happen Gotta stop the sugar my brother and watch the results.

Xx its sooo easy man...macros i ran were 300g pro, 150g fat..carbs from spinach only and had a couple servings of fiber during the day. Protein is probally a touch high, works great for me. A great food to prep is a ground beef chilli
, take it easy on the black beans. Just grab some beef, chili mix..eat that shit up. Keto is easy to do man. If you even get your electrolyte balance great, pumps are great also
 
Most definitely on a chilli, I take 5lbs 80/20 ground beef with 3 lbs sirloin steak, onions, sugar free tomato paste, chili mix and Anaheim chili peppers and cook that shit up and eat on it all week, best in the winter.

Wow, this video really brought back some memories in my life, back in 94 i was in med school here in Houston, training with Craig Titus, having met coach ameen in 92 who was the largest steroid dealer/ manufacturer in the USA. Craig the NPC national champion winner (middle weight) and pro bb, myself being a former NPC national champion training together and unfortunately doing business together, Craig and i were selling Steroids, myself to pay me and my wife's way through med school, bb didn't pay much back then. I was the sole importer of denkall and TTokyo into the USA from Mexico. Craig was selling gear and xtc in Houston and LA. I never fucked with the xtc, Craig got busted (xtc) and he was working with the feds unknowingly to myself and everyone in the bb community. He got me on a wire tap phone conversation about gear I never said much over the phone I was smart enough to know that, but unfortunately it was enough for a conspiracy charge which I beat in court with no conviction, Craig was setting everyone up in the industry. Now he is in prison for murder as most of you know the story what happened to him in Vegas. Just brought back some memories in my life blasting gear in h-town, I was busted in 2005 in operation gear grinder, at that time the largest steroid bust in USA history. I walked away with probation, having the best lawyer in Texas, race horse Haynes thank God, he cost me $150.000 at that time was a shit load of cash. Anyway having paid my dues in bb over the last 20 years I've made a big impact on the sport. Just wanted to vent about my experience with gear and the effects it had on my life. I worked with Todd Swinney(did levrones diet) a few years ago before he passed, and he would tell me some stories of Titus goin after Shawn Ray, and crazy shit Shawn would start. Some of it was pretty funny though, like the Flex calf implants and Titus runnin across golds attackin people. Dude pretty much said Craig was a giant asshole with a hell of a fragile ego

Craig had the biggest ego that I have ever seen in my life, and everyone hated Shawn Ray, he started so much shit, to this day he and Kevin still go at each other, Kevin and I are great friends and Todd was a great coach, yea I could tell you some crazy stories, most fun I ever had was training with Ronnie Coleman in Dallas at metro flex gym, just the nicest person I ever met and true legend in the sport.

Anyways, i just dogged an entire pack of low sodium bacon for dinner. Is that bad? lol... 60 something grams of fat, 50 something grams of bacon.

I fucked up and accidentally drank a few sips of a regular rockstar this morning, thought it was sugar free, later realized it was not.

I had whey protein with fish oil for breakfast, half of a tri tip and whole avocado for lunch, and snacked on some broccoli and pepperjack cheese throughout the day.

Guys... This is the best i can fuckin do staying away from sugar lol.... And by far THE strictest i have ever stayed on this type of diet.

I'm probably at just shy of 200g of protein today- I weigh 229. Prob 14% I'm guessing.

Are you telling me you do not reach ketosis until you literally do not have 1g of sugar for 5 days straight?

How long til you start seeing real payoff on this?
 
No my brother!, ketosis is stopping sugar period, carbohydrates convert to glucose (sugar) and store fat, sugar is glucose, if there is sugar in the blood from high protein, carbohydrates or direct sugar intake it don't matter, the body will pull the sugar first because you are glucose adapted, ONLY CAN YOU TAKE IN SMALL AMOUNTS OF SUGAR IS WHEN YOU ARE FAT ADAPTED. ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR, YOU ARE DEFEATING THE PURPOSE OF BEING ON KETOSIS, sugar is the fuel, adding sugar stops the body from burning fat, you are taking in 4000 mg of sugar just from the protein shake alone meaning that you will never get into ketosis, ever because the blood is full of sugar (the fuel), only when you completely change the fuel source and the body will go into ketosis and run on fat as fuel the way its designed to do, you still have not watched the videos I posted for you. Ketosis is the body burning fat, if sugar is present in the blood you are in glucogenisis,if the body is burning sugar the only way to burn stored fat and sugar is with cardio, ketosis on the other hand is the cardio, the Burning of fat as fuel.

Correct body wants to use carbs and sugars first and will. Plus fast before workout body doesn't have a choice.
It's hard to find good protien I have some with 2 net carbs per 25 grams and 0 sugars. It's unflavored but when u on a mission down it!!!

The more bacon the better, once you are in ketosis the fat will melt off of you, basically your body is eating its fat like your doing cardio, but you remember this one factor about sugar, when you consume protein and sugar together it causes a 200% spike in insulin and a large amount of fat is shuttled into the cells. Consuming fat with the protein and sugar will buffer it down about half but it's still well over 120 and not a good situation. Your body is so accustomed to sugar and is constantly pushing fat in the cells all day, when you realize this a totally kill off the supply to your body it will search for new fuel, FAT.

Bro I forgot to mention that you said you used low sodium bacon, you absolutely need good quality salt in your diet and a lot of it, a Himalayan sea salt is the best option because it is full of minerals, next is sea salt, you must salt your food well always but especially in ketosis, the government has lied to the public about salt, only iodized salt (table salt) is bad because it is processed with chemicals and bleaching to make pure white, follow my potassium /sodium intake this shit is crucial bro for your body especially blood pressure, minimum 4000 mg potassium 2000 sodium, 6000 to 2000 is better, absolutely no table salt, get Morton sea salt, even better Himalayan pink sea salt, Google its benefits.

Dr berg in this two minutes video explains why bad cholesterol is caused by sugar and carbohydrates not fat, and the government studies on fat (that I participated in using maltodextrin) were lies. The mice fed fat and carbohydrates together with the fat being maltodextrin, both carbs and maltodextrin together result massive insulin spike in the hundreds which push massive amounts of fat in the cells, the studies were flawed, fatty meat is 100% healthy. I am making an effort to eat a lot differently, i bought some pink himilayan sea salt the other night, shit was like 8 bucks but oh well. Either way i get plenty of salt lol i LOVE salt have always been a fiend for it.

Eat broccoli every day it is just tricky for me to get as much potassium as you say in and NOT eat carbs, other than someone basically every thing else with potassium has carbs what should i do?

I don't know if I have explained this already but you don't count the carbs in the vegetables, Dr berg has a video on this, load up on potassium in vegetables, it's completely fine, I'm driving to work and it's complicated but trust me your g2g, veggies overload.

Ok i was under the impression that even veggies need to be kept at bare minimum.

Just real quik... Does fasted cardio LITERALLY mean fasted so no protein before?
