Best way to use T4 + AAS

As long as you are consuming 0.6 grams per/pound of body weight you won't lose muscle, 1 gram is more than enough to grow, now a body weight at 225 lbs and around 14/15% body fat, about that's 190 grams of protein per/day to grow. If you were consuming 500 grams of protein and cut it to 190 grams you still wouldn't lose any muscle, that's bro science. All protein the body does not use gets converted to sugar in the liver and stored as fat, it's called glyconeogenisis. Plus all the sugar in most protein Powders means double fat storage. Even 4 meal per day at 50 grams protein is 200 grams, that's easily done.

Cook your food the night before and put it in a ice chest and bring it with you, that's what I did in med school and I was a pro bb at the time and didn't miss a meal, heck I ate in class.

Exactly. I cook all my meat for the week on Sunday. Only takes an hour or so
 
Used to BBQ every Sun & Wednesday for that days dinner
& The next few til Weds comes, Sun comes etc.( Dinners for the family, & extras for me.., put them sweet taters on after all meat is done & take advantage of the coals. I leave em til coals are done & dead

Would only have to prep, rice, Oatmeal , Salad etc. more regularly.

& hard-boiled eggs have to be EOD I'll eat em' after a few days but prefer eaten sooner, like six hard boiled peeled while hot with melted butter salt n pepper
Grits, or fried taters (even boiled is fine ) but the eggs, fresh & still warm... Yum..

Yup Sunday night prep night, hard boiled eggs , meat and then I’ll pull out my trusty. Crock pot and make a buffalo chicken concoction. Nothing fancy tons of chicken breasts and hot sauce (sometimes add a ranch packet) cook overnight. Shreds apart nicely to toss with whatever...salad, sandwich, etc

Cover some pork tenderloins with your favorite salsa in the crockpot and simmer it like your chicken.

I do this often as well. Sometimes just the meats, then put them in ziplocks in 8oz portions and put a few days worth in the fridge and the rest of the weeks in the freezer. What ever I’m going to pair with it I usually will just prepare the night before which only takes a few mins.

We do same with bbq sauce just a little or pepper mix marantate or Caribbean jerk...
Boneless ribs lean too. Or beef chuck roast with pepers and onions....

So during morning cardio/workout, NOTHING, not even a protein shake to preserve muscle?
I often use this protien, no flavor in water. Pre-workout during carb cuts first thing in am. Get up use my gear, hgh, t4 get dressed do the deed, drive to gym and down once there.

There are other times I use a flavored protien drink in water with oatmeal inside when i use igf, hgh, and an oral that pulls water into muscle. Other protien I use with oat meal non keto in second photo.

These 2 work great for me in those 2 situatuons one or other

I'm so fuckin pissed... Just realized the zzzquil i take to go to sleep on every night is 10% alcohol which converts to sugar. Fuck my fucking life lol... I have candy, chips and soda in my face in our break room ALL DAY and i have avoided it, and didn't realize I was drinking a few grams of sugar every night.

So that just made these last 5 days of my attempt at keto completely pointless??

Yep, that is correct bro, gotta research everything you consume, but when your diet is on point, you will see the results, now your beginning to understand all the sugar in your body, from the carbohydrates and extra protein and other supplements, it's almost impossible to get lean with all the sugar unless fasted cardio burns the sugar and carbohydrate intake on a daily basis, occasional fasted cardio won't be enough to make any effect on the large amount of sugar intake daily.

My brother, the mk 677 taken before sleep because of the lathargic effects should help with sleep, adding 1000mg of magnesium a natural muscle relaxer will help, but if not then disp (delta induced sleep peptide) should do the trick. My nutrition has been hit or miss over the years, this is honestly the FIRST time i have been able to stick to a very strict, difficult diet like this without cheating like a whore 2-3 days into it.

Gymrattt, I used to use madisonjamearesearch years ago with great success, but then had one large order with them of some bunk AI's- have you used them recently? Are they g2g again?

The only sugar i had consumed the last 5 days was a few grams in my old protein and a couple grams at night in my zzzquil.

Yesterday i had a true 0 grams of sugar- made the switch to Isopure protein and just fell asleep normally last night.

I have some of their melanotan 2 which me and my wife are using currently and is very good also some clenbeturol that I will use this summer. I'm curious about why you are not using clenbeturol, being one of the best fat burning products in the world, second only to hgh.

Grab some super helios from D-red, run like .25-.5ml everday sub q. Great great stuff man. I did it 2 weeks on, 2 werks off..in off weeks i did a eca stack. Works great
