Best way to use T4 + AAS

100% ,veggies all day all night , fasted cardio is cardio after a long fast, in 95% of bb its in the morning after 8 to 10 hours of sleep when the body's supply of sugar / glycogen in the blood was burned over nite thru just the basic metabolism and in the morning cardio has to burn fat as fuel, that's the #1best way to burn fat, if you were even just to eat protein the body will automatically make sugar from the protein for fuel. That's why when you get fasted blood work even if protein is consumed it can be converted to sugar and effect the blood sugar reading.

Protien but only protien from a source with NO sugar and net carbs needs to be under 2-4 per 30 grand protien. What i mean is search out this type protien.
If u wanna lose fat and carb cycle this first part of day a MUST before work out.
Nothing in tank but quality protien..
I will look at my label I have and post back tonight.
Been doing it this way years and if done correct body will burn stored stuff and no even on empty with gear u will not lose muscle if u consume right nutrients right after workout. This only happens with muscle if there is little to no fat to lose under 9%, and if we workout too long. Get workout done and get out. Keep stress down, with nothing in tank growth hormone uses fat during these times. Natty or not reason for fast.

Xxplosive these guys have given you some great info, far more in depth than it was ever explained to me. Excellent info. What I have personally seen is that when I kept it simple and straightforward, it always worked for me. Maybe I’m thinking too much like Vince gironda, but my go to for keto is always steak and eggs. When I do that It simply works. Salt all my meals, drink a ton of water(always do this anyways) add in spinach and or apple cider vinegar with meals if digestion becomes an issue. Doing this I will always show ketones on the keto sticks, will drop a ton of water in the first week, and will be dry and losing fat. It sound like to me your overthinking it in some ways. Just eat fat and protein. Don’t eat anything else, and if you can eliminate processed foods and the flavored supplements (protein powder, preworkouts, bcaas,and quest bars especially in my opinion), because all the preservatives, sugars and sweeteners can be problematic.

Listen, i work 11 hours a day and have no help, between that and the gym i just don't have time to make steak, eggs and bacon all the time... So i HAVE to drink protein shake or else i just don't get enough protein.

I just bought a tub of isopure, zero carbs, zero sugar.

I consumed other than 15 NON SUGAR grams of carbs in my pre workout drink, some clen and vitamins.

I have a ways to go before single digits, but i weigh 4lbs less today (225) than 2 days ago, which im sure a lot of is water but weight is coming off.

Did have a bit of a dip in strength, but i guess that is expected after fasted cardio straight to lifting... Right?

Have some mk677 and cardarine coming, im hoping that will help.

Gymrattt1- are glucose tabs after mk677 evening dose still not ok for keto?

Also... Where can i get some damn keto strips at?
 
Keto strips i believe anywhere like cvs/walgreens. I hear ya on the lack of time, i am in same boat plus a newborn. Thats why i reccomended the chili..make a shitload at once.

What section are keto strips in? Pharm?
 
Absolutely not on the glucose tabs for keto, it's pure sugar (glucose), keto strips can be purchased from any drug store /pharmacy like wallgreens or wallmart pharmacy just look in the diabetic section or ask the pharmacist. You will get a boost in energy, some size and strength definitely insane endurance with the GW , it's known as the THE ENDURANCE drug as it doubles cardio output that's why it's banned from all professional sports and the Olympics, and size and strength from the mk 677 , then it will be time to get back on cycle with fresh receptors, low cortisol, definitely good cholesterol levels from the GW as it is better than any cholesterol drug on the market, also lower insulin resistance from the keto, on top of a leaner bodybuilder.

They sell hardboiled eggs, store made steak in the deli, frozen chicken strips, sams costco or bjs has a ton of precooked beef options. I work 9 hour days and commute 2 hours each way, I never miss a meal. Took some time to figure out, but it’s possible. Either way just trying to help


Also if you dieting mk677 might not be the best option. The hunger increase can be pretty significant.

Weird breath taste is a sign of keto, and if you start getting the shits, you maybe consuming too many fats. Like empire said there are a ton of precooked options around, just gotta find em.

Cook your food the night before and put it in a ice chest and bring it with you, that's what I did in med school and I was a pro bb at the time and didn't miss a meal, heck I ate in class.

Maybe i will try micro dosing the mk677 (6.25mg/day) and see if i can keep the lethargy and water to a minimum. If not i guess I'll save it for my cycle when I'll be in more of a bulk mode.

I got 3 or 4 weeks til cycle and im hoping i can drop 2-4% bf with keto, cardio and gw before i start.

4 weeks from today is still a month Short of 90 days off (Feb 27) it's not from the last injection but when the drug clears, enanthate will take 28 days from the last injection, say may 1st is 3 weeks short but that should be fine

4 weeks from today is still a month Short of 90 days off (Feb 27 is when the primo enanthate cleared) it's not from the last injection but when the drug clears then your off , enanthate will take 28 days from the last injection, say may 1st is 3 weeks short but that should be fine imop. And the only reason is because of the GW-501516, I know how long HDL cholesterol takes return to normal naturally and the GW will speed up the process.

The lethargy is almost non-existent when you get your balance of electrolytes correct. I go hypo really bad for 1st few days, and will go zero for the next week just to reset the insulin. Thank god im not on tren at the moment, cuz i dont think that would be a good combo lol

I believe that he is referring to Mk677 and the lethargic symptoms that happen after administration from the drop in blood sugar, reason for the glucose tabs.

Should i avoid mk altogether or am i good micro dosing it?

I'm starting to lose more a smidge of strength and a bit of muscle without carbs and less protein... I really don't want this slide to drag on for another month.

Maybe i can hop on some gh early april.
 
You can try micro dosing and see how it works, your not losing any muscle it's just an allusion, it's called carb depletion, your muscles have no glycogen in them and your flat, you have never been in carb depletion before, all competition bb deplete before a show, you can compensate by adding creatine or increaseing the dose of tmg or both by volumizing the cells, and you would not see any effect from the GH for months size wise, If Any
