Best way to use T4 + AAS

I have some of their melanotan 2 which me and my wife are using currently and is very good also some clenbeturol that I will use this summer. I'm curious about why you are not using clenbeturol, being one of the best fat burning products in the world, second only to hgh.

I AM using clenbuterol, it's definitely helping though it feels like i gotta take a week or two off and let my receptors breathe.

I run 2 days on 2 off, keeping the receptors fresh, clen downgrades faster than any other compound, 10 to 14 and its only about 50% affective and dropping daily.

Definitely a noticeable drop around my belly, though ive lost some muscle/fullness... Gonna take the dive into gh first time ever in prob like 2 weeks and will start cardarine this next week.

Hoping to be at 10% by the time i can start my next run.

Took an entire carne asada steak and some asparagus to the neck.

XX, I don't know if explained to you why you don't count the carbohydrates in vegetables, but it's simple. Vegetables contain fiber and the body can't digest it, the intestinal bacteria eat the fiber and create STFA (short chain fatty acids), they consume the fiber creating STFA. The main STFA is called butyerate which lowers insulin, so the carbs in the vegetables consumed do not raise blood sugar. Also the vegetables are high in potassium and magnesium which lower insulin resistance.

Gotcha.

I'm worried right now if the marinated carne asada i ate last night had sugar in it... Didn't think about that. I ate a few RPG's which have berberine, cinnamon extract, ALA etc in it, hopefully that helped.

Other than that, 100% sugar free the last 3 days.

Tried to do some fasted HIIT this morning (had sugar free protein only pre workout), and i cramped the fuck out of my calf on my 3rd sprint set.

Still not close to where i need to be, but down to 225 from 229 and the layer of fat around my midsection is shrinking slowly.

Once you are in ketosis you need to carb cycle, the high carb day/days will load so much glycogen, the body will have difficulty storing it all, resulting in your fullest and most extreme pumped look. It's what bb call their peak, the biggest / fullest look for the day of the contest. I perform my legs and back (biggest muscles) on my peak days and lower my carbs back under 50 the rest of the week , that's carb cycling. The body will adapt if steady carbs are consumed, the body will become less efficient and nutrient partishening will be lowered.

I don't count the good veggy's, colorful ones!!!
They go in and out and with enough of them they are in stool.. lol!!
Cabbage really clears pipes for me. I do eat it smothered with sausage.
I like a lean chuck roast, cut it into small pieces and make veggy soup with cabbage, carrots, peas, grean beans, corn, and many others. Wife uses recipe from my dad!!! Just had to mention cabbage is awesome in veggy soup!!

When I carb cycle I consume 50 grams whole grain carbs post workout, then only veggies with meat. I do not consume the cream fat stuff at all. It's just me... but I keep carbs to bowl of mixed lettuce, broccoli, and maybe cabbage. 1 bowl with lunch and 1 bowl with supper. On non work out days only meat and veggy's and a good protien drink. I don't do this for longer than 2 weeks at a time ever. And only during prep of photo gig or contest.

On normal fat loss diet, I use oat meal in morning, sweat potatoes and or Jasman rice lunch meal and broccoli at supper. And plenty of veggys too even in 2 snack meals.

I do 5-6 total feedings a day. 3 meals and 2-3 snack meals. 3 snack meals if i use fiber cereal before bed!!! For whatever reason on a cut down I can get constipated if fiber and veggies not up!!! Also understand my wife doesn't eat many veggies and neither out kids...

On lettuce I use good quality fat free Balsamic vinegarette dressing as little as possible. I use Macadamia Nut and Virgin Olive oil for cooking and I measure out and weigh all food after cooked!!! I do use Teddy's Peanut butter too!!

I am big believer in body adapting like Gymrattt1 said!! But I am strong believer in body adapting to us pushing with high intensity training. If we do it consistent and long enough our body will use what it needs and get rid of fat to become most effiently to what we putting it thru.

Diet important and overtime I can tell u guys my body has a memory of when I start carb cycling and high intensity weight training, my body recognized what I am doing thru food intake and training that it's like a gear that it's put in and I just gotta drive it thru same conditions and give it correct fuel.

I can tell you guys from experience it happens, what works works and it comes. Trusting process, learning process, and teaching body the process a cut is like clock work

How long do i need to be in ketosis before carb cycling?

And are starches ok during cycling, like rice, pasta and bread? Are sugars ok or still never ok?

Once i am in ketosis, 50g a day is allowed post workout, and on "load" days how much can i go up to and what kinds of carbs are allowed?

Do i wanna time my biggest workouts to be day OF or day AFTER load days? 1 load day per week?

This is what I have found to be the easiest way to stay on track long term. It’s easy to stay keto until a family event or social activity and not miss out, instead actually benefit from it.
