XX, I don't know if explained to you why you don't count the carbohydrates in vegetables, but it's simple. Vegetables contain fiber and the body can't digest it, the intestinal bacteria eat the fiber and create STFA (short chain fatty acids), they turn the fiber into FAT creating STFA. The main STFA is called butyerate which lowers insulin, so the carbs in the vegetables consumed do not raise blood sugar. Also the vegetables are high in potassium and magnesium which lower insulin resistance.

How long do i need to be in ketosis before carb cycling?

And are starches ok during cycling, like rice, pasta and bread? Are sugars ok or still never ok?

Once i am in ketosis, 50g a day is allowed post workout, and on "load" days how much can i go up to and what kinds of carbs are allowed?

Do i wanna time my biggest workouts to be day OF or day AFTER load days? 1 load day per week?

Once you are fat adapted I don’t see why you would do 50g of carbs, that’s not keto... keto is no carbs. None. Some people have different protocols, but it’s really not keto, then again carb cycling isn’t keto either so whatever.

You should take a look at dan duchaines militant fat loss book, he laid a protocol for a similar routine out that was easy to follow and detailed what body parts to train on what days and when to carb up and what type of carbs to use. I have a copy I can send you if you need.

On load days you are going to have to test your body out and see what types of foods and how much is beneficial vs a set back.
 
Beans are not considered a vegetable so they would count.

Beans a starch, but chickpeas I have seen approved for keto diets??? Never looked into it but I eat humus for flavor alot. Lol

I have seen different schools of thought on this due to their fiber content. I would think it depends how that persons body processes them. Who knows man
I eat beans high fiber ones.. black beans, chili beans, pinto beans.....

I got caught up in a violent situation had to stay in county jail for a few weeks.... every meal was rice chili beans and smoked sausage. I worked out 3 days week at gym, and lots of jail cell stuff and dips between 2 picnic tables, then pull ups and rest of stuff body weight. Left more ripped then before... And was ripped!!!
Went from there to 30 days In house program for violence as advice from lawyer, I prove I wasn't violent and observed.... they put me back on TRT at least. Never will not use my trt e or c dose again while using prop... Lol.
Went on high protien no low carb diet only broccoli and salads plus lean grilled double meat. I got fat on the diet with no carbs. May be it's was rebound to being off other gear. I worked out 4 days a week but activity was low rest of time plus they wouldn't give me my adhd meds... so anyway I learned alot more to it than just diet and carbs or no carbs!!!
All charges were dropped one year later, never know what can happen in this justice system. A cop can lie and life can turn upside down. They can think they know and write a false report and by the time trial comes and it gets cleared up all time is just lost. Consequences suffered they don't care...
Yep, happened to me. I did nothing but be a dick they were at my house accusing me of a report that was false.. they been reprimanded and a door opened to better carrier as a result

So don't be a dick to cops, and not sure about beans or if i am sold on keto without proper circumstances

Chickpeas is a 10, very low and I've never tried it before and don't know what they taste like, however beans are a 30 by itself and can be consumed with a fat (pork or steak) and because fat buffers insulin the glycemic response is lowered even further. Beans have starch, but with the consumption of apple cider vinegar containing acetic acid prevents starch from converting into sugar. Apple cider vinegar (with mother) is a bb best friend and should be a part of any bb diet, two many benefits to list. Talking Dan duchaine, i grew up on his book the "anabolic steroid handbook" and memorized every word and his quote of " if you can't grow on dbol and deca you can't grow on anything ", it still is the steroid cycle that all cycles are compared to because of the synergy that they have together and still to this day is the best mass combination. Dan was the original steroid guru and I later got to meet him with guru ameen, I spoke about him in this thread above on Craig Titus. Dan introduced clenbeturol to the bb world and later dnp, Dan was dealing gear with ameen and I knew Victor conti (balco labs) and thru ameen I introduced him to Victor, and his partner Patrick Arnold and Dan eventually designed "phera" for the Olympic athletes and Victor later was busted in the balco scam with Barry bonds. Ronnie openly admits in this video where he stated that he only used Steroids for 12 weeks prior to the contest and never off season, Ronnie is the most honest and sincere human being that I have ever met and this is 100% true. I'm the one who sold it to him and we done our cycles together, proving that you can grow off season without gear and the receptors will be fresh for a short cycle run once a year 12 to 14 weeks. If you take longer periods of time off gear then you will make better gains when on because the body won't adapt. This video is right before he became Mr Olympia, and for the next decade only competing once per year (using Steroids once a year) to defend his 8 mr Olympia titles. I started using the tabs as well. I still have a few bottles of acv around the house, but those tabs work well and I don’t have to drink that stuff anymore. I used to keep a bottle in my lunch bag lol, but man that stuff works really well for digestion.

I take tabs for convenience, Sams Club has big deal bottles.
That old bodybuilder shares in a video about it having anti-tumor properties and lots of health benifits. I admire the guy Andreas Cahling!! What a man and he been through alot!!!
I get digestion aid from tabs, hope the benifits are same...

I stay clear from OTC anti-acids and Proton pump inhibors!! I rather address the problem instead of lowering my acids that are needed for digestion. Also with tren I have researched and came to conclusion it's from progest or prolactin with bile slow to empty and constipation, same as with women during reflux, constipation and bloat in abdominal area from within during time of month these hormone rise!!!

Pork rinds ok for keto??? They are literally straight pork rinds, oil and salt- zero sugar, zero carbs.
 
What is the daily threshold for fat consumption on keto?

Zero carbs, zero sugar outside of veggies for nearly a week now... Been living off cheese, bacon, sausage and broccoli/asparagus.

I'm definitely losing more strength in the weight room... The fat loss is accelerating but i dont wanna lose too much muscle/strength before hopping back on.

If you're losing strength you aren't supplementing right. Are you taking BHB'S? are you getting enough electrolytes? Salts? Potassium? Magnesium?
