Came in feeling ready and motivated and once I got moving, legs felt strong the whole session. Nothing rushed, just steady work and loading things up. Went heavy, pushed the sets, and kept going until my legs were completely done. That deep fatigue where you know you actually put the work in.

Abs felt good too. Starting to see more definition coming in week by week, which is always a good sign. Got fasted cardio done as well, stayed focused and handled business.

Overall just a clean, productive day. Everything’s moving the right way and the body’s responding. Getting ready to roll into the new week and stay locked in🔥 oil feeling good as ever, loving how my body keeps responding well and having no sides and making this process easy as I go.

Strength is climbing session by session, pumps were disgusting, and the vascularity is really starting to scream. Skin’s thinning out, that dry, grainy look is coming in clean, and everything just feels tight and full at the same time. One of those workouts where every set hits exactly where it’s supposed to.

The Mast P + Tren combo from USP is doing insane work Hardness, fullness, aggression in the gym, and surprisingly minimal sides on my end. Chest and shoulders on the list today. One of those Weights felt right, reps felt controlled, and the focus never dipped. No nonsense, just steady pressure all the way through and finished the workout strong.

Physically I’m in a good rhythm, but mentally that’s the real win right now. Clear head, good energy, and zero stress in the gym. Just showing up, doing the work, and letting the progress speak for itself.

Thinking back on 2025, it’s wild how much changed over the year. Started with a vision, stayed consistent, and ended up pushing past the goals I originally set. Definitely stepped into a new version of myself.
Heading into this new year with confidence and momentum already built. If this is how things feel now, I’m excited to see how far I can really take it from here.

Back & triceps today. New year kicked off exactly how it should. Heavy weight, high intensity, zero messing around. Everything felt dialed in from the first pull to the last press , one of those sessions where the gym just clicks and you ride that momentum the whole way through.

Started the day right with fasted cardio, knocked out abs before that so the midsection got some love while everything was tight and focused. Conditioning is coming in clean and it shows. Training after that felt even better strong contractions, solid pumps, and strength right where it needs to be.

Locked in with Team USP as always. Gear is on point! feeling smooth, and I’ve got an order landing soon to really start the month the right way. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to open the year.

Ran chest, shoulders, and biceps today and it was just one of those smooth sessions where everything felt right. Felt crazy full the whole workout, like muscles were staying pumped set to set without forcing it. Lean, full, and tight at the same time definitely a good feeling and a nice confidence boost when you catch yourself in the mirror mid session.

Strength is clearly translating. Heavy weights are moving cleaner, pumps are deeper, and the physique is starting to show exactly what the work has been building toward. Chest felt thick and engaged, shoulders popping, and biceps were swollen by the end skin felt like it was about to rip, that’s the kind of feedback you can’t fake

Nothing flashy, just consistent pressure and hard sets. Still pushing, still showing up, and letting the process do its thing. Coming in strong and building momentum early exactly how I want to start this run💯

Today was a straight recovery day. No lifting, just letting the body chill and reset so I’m fresh for the week ahead. Knocked out all my meal prep, food’s ready, fridge is loaded, everything set up so the week runs smooth with no stress.

Coach sent over the plan and we’re aiming for my first show around July. Got a call with him this week to lock in the details and get everything official. Kinda crazy thinking about it never really saw myself doing a show, but it feels right. New challenge, new level.

Overall feeling really good mentally and physically. Energy’s up, mindset’s solid, and I’m actually excited for what’s coming. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, and trusting the process. Recovery today, back to work tomorrow locked in.

Everything felt smooth, good connection back was working how it should, abs felt solid, cardio was on point. Solid session today. Felt strong from the jump and stayed locked in the whole time. Chest is feeling full and starting to show that shredded look more each week, which is exactly where I want it. Shoulders felt wide and solid side delts popping nicely and holding tension through every set.

Only downside was peak gym time… machines were basically on a waiting list. Had to be patient and move smart, but still got everything done. No excuses, just adapt and work.

Overall, progress is exactly where it should be. Week’s rolling strong and momentum is building. Just hoping this wave of new faces in the gym calms down soon so the grind can stay smooth. Locked in and ready for what’s next.

Legs and cardio today easily one of my favorite days in the gym. Ever since I started putting real focus on legs, the changes have been wild, and today was one of those sessions that just confirms it.

Legs felt full and vascular from the jump, and every set was hitting exactly where it should. No wasted reps, no cruising just controlled pain in the best way.
Pushed the workout hard and trained legs all the way to the edge.Finished it off with cardio and yeah… legs were absolutely toast by the end. Walking out felt like a survival challenge, but that’s how you know it worked.

Honestly, one of my best weeks yet. Everything’s clicking, momentum is rolling, and I’m carrying this straight into the new year. No slowing down just stacking days and letting the work speak.

Yesterday was a full day off exactly what I needed. Took the foot off the gas, focused on recovery, and let the body actually absorb the work instead of just surviving it.

Came back today with back and biceps and man one of those workouts where everything just flowed smoothly. Felt locked in from the first warm up to the last rep. Mind muscle connection was there, strength felt smooth, pumps were amazing.

Physique wise, I’m really liking what I’m seeing lately. Getting leaner while still looking fuller and thicker is such a good feeling. It’s proof the boring stuff works consistency, food on point, training with intent. Hard work really does pay off, even when it feels slow day to day.

Big win lately too sleep has finally been improving, and it’s making a huge difference. Recovery feels better, joints feel happier, and mentally I’m in a way better headspace. Crazy how much good sleep changes the whole game.
Momentum is rolling right now. Planning to finish this week strong and keep stacking these good days. No rush, just progress!

Today was a full day off. Nothing crazy, just letting the body slow down and reset a bit. Used the day to rest up, recover, and get everything lined up so the coming week is smooth and stress free.

I’ve been paying more attention to my recovery days lately and actually treating them like real rest instead of forcing extra work. It’s made a big difference. My body feels better, workouts hit harder, and even my physique looks better when I give it time to recover properly.

Recovery isn’t time wasted i’s part of the work. The more I respect these days, the more my body rewards me for it. Reset today, reload tomorrow, and we’re coming into the new week ready to apply pressure again. Everything just feels more dialed in when the week starts. Easy day today, but it sets the tone for a strong week ahead.
