AMP’s training log: Road To Bodybuilder🏆

Today was back and cardio day, and it was DAY 1 with my new coach—first official workout in the books, and damn, it was intense… but in the best kind of way. Coach isn’t playing around—he’s got me doing working setsfor pretty much everything. None of that fluff, none of that pump-chasing B.S.—we’re getting straight to the point. Everything had purpose. Everything had intensity. Finished the session absolutely wrecked in the best possible way.

Already feeling that deep muscle fatigue that you know is going to translate into real change. I can tell right now—this is gonna be the kind of structure and push that brings the physique up big time. The kind of improvements that make you double-take at your check-in photos✅

Also added fasted cardio in the mornings. For now, I’ll be heading to the gym for treadmill work until I get one at home. Twice a day gym sessions💯. We’re doing what needs to be done. Coach has me on a plan that’s borderline evil in how it pushes fatigue, but damn if it’s not effective. Ran it heavy, ran it hard. Took everything to failure and then some. Left the gym with my chest and delts completely torched.

Big shoutout to USP gear,clean, consistent, and hitting exactly like it should. The quality here keeps delivering. Fullness is up. Dryness is coming in. Vascularity and striations starting to shine—especially under gym lights. Skin thin. Loving what I’m seeing in the mirror lately.

Fasted cardio this morning set the pace for the whole day sweat was pouring, and it got my head locked in early. No better way to keep digestion sharp and kickstart that daily burn.

Legs got absolutely annihilated today. I couldn’t even walk to my car without feeling like Bambi on ice—but damn, that heavy push felt right. These sessions have been kicking my ass lately, but I’m embracing the suffering. Fasted cardio in the morning, then smashed legs later on the day, followed by another round of post-workout cardio. Brutal. But it’s in these moments, drenched in sweat and limping out of the gym, that I’m reminded why I chose this path. The grind. The progression. The standard. And it’s always a good feeling when someone at the gym stops to compliment the physique, that tells me the work is showing.
On top of that, I keep feeling more confident,mentally I’m in the best spot I’ve ever been. Locked in. Focused. Clear.

Another solid session in the books,back and biceps today, and I’m riding high off it. Muscle definition is coming in sharper every week, and the mirror doesn’t lie, the progress is real. Coach has me pushing hard but smart. Volume has been high, recovery’s solid, and I’m showing up every session more dialed in. The strength’s building week to week and I’m noticing more detail popping out in my arms, upper back, even those stubborn parts that I was struggling in.
What had me even more fired up today? USP touchdown. The gear landed and seeing those vials in hand was like flipping a switch ,no excuses, just motivation. Reminded me exactly why I’m doing this.

Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Strong lifts, clean pumps, and left the gym feeling like I owned every rep. We’re just getting started.

Today was shoulders and triceps and it was insanely good workout. I pushed both to the limit and it felt insanely good. That burn where you almost start laughing because it hurts but you’re loving it at the same time. Cardio at the end sealed the whole day up perfectly and that morning fasted cardio had me already in a good groove before I even touched a weight.

Weighed in at 192 lbs this morning. Dropping steady every week and feeling more focused than ever. My head’s in a good place and the progress is showing in the mirror and in how I feel moving through these workouts. I appreciate the USP fam heavy because the motivation and the vibe in our community really does make a difference. We’re all chasing the same thing and it fuels me every day to keep leveling up.

Chest and cardio took the spotlight today, and the whole session felt dialed in from the jump. Weight moved smooth, form stayed tight, and the pump had my chest veins running like a roadmap the entire workout. It’s wild seeing that level of detail starting to pop. A couple people even stopped me to say I was looking crazy, which definitely gave the ego a little spark and had me grinning midset lol.

Truthfully, I’m in a spot right now where I feel better than I have in a long time. Proud of the grind, proud of the progress, and grateful for every opportunity that’s opened up along the way. Cardio closed out the day the right way, burning a steady 300+ calories like usual per cardio session. Another day in the books, another step forward, and the momentum feels unbeatable.

Weight has gone down to 191lbs getting leaner every day
 
Back day today was straight vibes, man. One of those sessions where everything just lines up and you’re like, yeah… this is exactly why I do this. Every pull felt locked in, every contraction hit clean, and I pushed heavier than last week without even overthinking it. Been really into that feeling of taking sets right up to the edge where your brain’s tapping out but your body’s like, nah we got one more in the tank. That’s the sweet spot for me.
Funniest part of the day, ran into an IFBB pro at the gym. We made conversation qne said my physique is looking solid, then gave me some legit tips on bringing up my lats more. Stuff like that hits you in the chest a little. Makes you feel like you’re not just lifting in your own bubble anymore.Still a long ass road before I could ever stand next to dudes like that, but it’s sick knowing they can see the work I’m putting in.

Cardio’s been smooth too. A.M. fasted cardio got me feeling disciplined as hell, and then knocking out more after my afternoon lift just ties the whole day together. Body feels good, head feels clear, everything’s trending up. USP gear still cruising perfect—pins clean, no issues, just doing its job like always.

Another day stacking wins. This is the version of me I’ve been chasing for a long time, and it finally feels like I’m stepping into it.

Today was one of those clean, no nonsense leg days where everything just synced nicely. Hit legs and abs, then wrapped it up with cardio. Legs were feeling nicely pumped, and that mid workout vascularity started creeping in, always a fire little reminder that the work is actually showing.

Diet’s been stupid easy lately. No cravings, no second guessing, just sticking to the plan and watching the progress roll in. Honestly feels like I'm hitting that groove where everything lines up training, food, recovery, all syncing together.

Cardio after legs had me sweating like crazy, but in the best way. That drenched shirt moment always hits different… makes the whole day feel complete and dialed in. Another solid one in the books

Back and biceps today, kept everything pretty controlled and it ended up being a really solid session. Went a bit heavier but stayed in a comfortable groove, and my back was responding well,good tension, good contraction, nothing forced. Biceps picked up a nice pump along the way, just that tight, steady feel that makes the whole workout flow better. Mentally feeling relaxed and confident, just taking things day by day and liking how the progress is showing. Wrapped up with some light cardio to finish it off, and tomorrow we’re right back to it.

Today was technically a day off from the gym, but not a full couch potato situation. Still got my fasted cardio done in the a.m. Had to shuffle my rest day around because life happens, but I’m big on not letting that turn into an excuse. Took it as a chance to actually recover instead of half resting and feeling beat up.
Used the day to fully recharge,food timing on point, stress low, and just letting joints and CNS breathe a bit. Body feels refreshed and ready to go absolutely crazy tomorrow.

Sleep has been a big focus lately and it’s finally paying off. Longer, deeper nights and way less tossing around. You can straight up feel the difference in recovery, mood, and how ready you feel to train when sleep is locked in. Recovery days done right hit different💪
