All those Taco Hell commercials pushing the new rolled chicken tacos had me craving it this morning. Ate 4 of them along with 2 bacon egg soft tacos lol

6 slices of french toast with vanilla in the egg mix (5 whole eggs ) cinnamon/farm creamery butter & syrup.

A shake while preparing this ^^^ consisting of 2% Chocolate milk a scoop of Mutant chocolate/2 scoops of another low glycemic index carb powder (Mass Maker ) by Beverly International..

Actually, that was second Breakfast, first was the Overnight Oats concoction as prescribed, and posted about. By [MENTION=1298]Roc[/MENTION] I'm.really digging that breakfast of Champ's it's got to be 1000 + calories.

Almost the same every morning for me, cafeteria at The Hospital. 8 eggs, 3 yolks and 3 chicken Thighs from there dinner the night before

So, referencing Roc's Overnight Oats recipe.

Here's what mine , this morning's
** 1st Breakfast consisted of.

Just like his, only I have Triple Chocolate Mutant Mass wgt Gainer.

So, for Vanilla wght gainer I used instead Universals Mass Gainer
Vanilla Ice Cream in place of.

1 Cup Whole Quaker Oats
(not instant )
2+ scoops of that, , Universal
1 scoop unsweetened Sweet Potato powder
From True Nutrition.

Handful of Blueberries, 1 whole sliced Banana, 1 scoop banana cream Iso Whey

All swimming in maybe 2 cups or less whole Milk

Tonight's (for tomorrow ) I'm going to use the Triple Chocolate Mutant
Gainer , & the same as above, but may stop & grab Strawberries
Instead of Blueberries, but either would be just fine I'm sure.

May add a scoop of PB Fit Peanut
Butter powder, or a drizzle of
Koeze Natural PB ..? One or the other.

This stuff is "Righteous" I love the texture of the Banana's when cold,
"And" the crisp large Blueberries popping in my mouth , this stuff
I kid you not, I could eat twice a day

**** Side note, I have two Tube
5% Real Phood on the way
Blueberry Cobbler , which is comprised of { depending on season } Sweet potatoes /or Brown rice I think... But I absolutely love the Profile on these Goodies

I'm running NPP @ about 600, & 300 total btwn Reg Deca.& Nand Cyp occasional long ester (TesT Decanoate & Cyp ) EOD Ace/prop combo 100mg total 50 each 400 primo , 40 Dbol ATM 1. week in Proviron 25 a.m. 25 pm
Mk-677 12.5 b4 bed 1week in (dropped GH altogether (for now )
& May add back in worth the MK overlapping just to see either by itself, then together for a few weeks.

Thats about it, coffee, few cups a day out of habit & def when I wake (need it to function )

I've always been able to chow tho, have an aunt same way
at family gathering's ( & no, she doesn't juice , lol. )

IDK, good metabolism , I suppose , but it's a boon, and a Bane, cuz I really try to bloat & Mass up, it's still.. difficult.

Maybe I train too hard...? Still figuring out me...!

no prb bud, that’s why we r here. I love that real food by 5%, just finished the blueberry and just opened the sweet potatoe pie

Haha, few days ago, one day last week at work , I brought a whole box 10 count of toaster waffles, and a half gallon of higher protien 2% milk, & Danish Farm butter.

Ate the whole box, half the carton of milk, & within a little while ate a regular meal... Probably 2 hours later (mid-afternoon this was ...) Love the Belgian Waffles w/all the goodies..plus whipped cream , as a desert on top of a typical breakfast
