What do you have for breakfast today...

6 egg whites raw, 2 raw eggs yolk and all, 2 cups oatmeal with whole milk, Greek yogurt and a 30mg protein shake with whole milk and a large coffee, double cream double sugar.
 
A lot of mornings it’s just “Bulletproof” coffee and some pecans. I may take a half stick of butter (grass fed / Kerrygold or Organic Valley) with me to enjoy while heading to gym
If a bit more hungry or working on a goal, I’ll add to that, 5 whole eggs (free range), and a good quality sausage along with about 2 oz grass fed cheese (I like cheddar). If I have it on hand, I may have 4-8oz ground beef or steak.
I keep things Keto and Carnivore about 75% of the time (100% when a random motivation impulse comes over me.... getting more rare!).

Aside from you being significantly "Beastier" than I, sounds very much the way I eat (like a Horse ) & just noticed today { really not new , but more prevelant }
** Iv'e got "worm" veins on my obliques down by the belt line & When pumped real good I have insane vaskey , just gets more & more pronounced depending on what I run, also noticed that after say 2 Stouts, or Porter's even more Vaskey..

I just started today my run of slin using NovaLog for today 10 i.u. Post training followed up with a triple scoop of AfterGlow on my drive into work , followed by a linguini & some Fajita beef and a salad .

Have plenty more fajita beef & Mashed Yukon Gold potatoes next meal very shortly with another hit of NovaLog.

I'm "Intent" on putting that 20, or more hopefully lbs this month. By years end, or at least within the first week of January. Chowing like a Mofo ...

My biggest was 241 @ 6'2" some 11+ years back also with and, not so vaskey then , as I stuck to basics .

Much more to my disposal these days , and I am getting /have been more adventurous w/my cycles.

Being on this shift now (afternoon's ) is going to make all the difference , because I'll be able to get some consistency for a change , and sleep at night.

I've taken MK-677 each night b4 bed and have been sleeping great , except to wake to piss.

*** Also, [MENTION=1298]Roc[/MENTION] got all the ingredients today to make some over night oats , except my Mutant is Chocolate, so I'm going to substitute it with a diff weight Gainer that is Vanilla Either Beverly Mass Maker , or Universal Mass Gainer I think is what it's called..

Always have Oats in "Abundance" , bought blueberries, & bananas /whole milk (normally I do 2% ) but do love my Milk. Plenty of liquid egg whites , when at work I keep em'
there too..!

I love Granny Smith apples w/ Simply Jif spread on em'

Try broccoli florets (young /tender with the same, an "excellent diet food , & albeit it sounds odd, it is actually delicious.

Even better than PB & Tuna sandwiches...! J/K bout that.

Gross i know, yeah Simply Jif on broccoli (raw ) love it..

Almost everyday, I eat at the hospital. Big scoop plain oatmeal, 2 scoops eggs, 2 peanutbutter cups, 2 packs of honey mix it all together. 1 large link sausage, 2 2% milks.
Its alot of food really!
But when I'm cutting it's different diet ..

Can I come hand out w/you at the Hospital , I'm sure I could find a Candy Striper , or RN that would Love a guy like me.... ! Food looking, reasonably muscular.. lol .

Hospital food ain't bad ... Nor was the Chow in the Corp.

I just love food..just like I do woman (gorgeous ones tho)
