Wonderful. My favorite is still IGF-lr3 by Sciroxx mainly because 1 less pin than DES, but DES sparks my interest due to how fast it works.
 
Another Update as I have changed my plans (again)

Last week I publicly said on this log of mine that I will do whatever I need to do to be the best shape in 6 weeks. That nothing will stop me and I was on a mission to do so, until I had to almost walk in baby steps for 1 mile to get to my car after work due to cramps from my groin down to both feet and toes. This is due to my lack movements and fluids/nutrition for 3 weeks and trying to go full throttle before I was mentally and physically ready. With that in mind, I spent some time thinking about what I should do now. And I almost came up with an answer, but I need some help from my brothers to help me decide/convince me how to proceed.

Ok, so I’ve successful cut from 170lbs down to 150lbs. I say at 155-160 is when I look the best. One thing that I have never successful done is complete a BULK. I tried to bulk but I couldn’t get pass 170lbs. So I tried dirty bulking and selecting the highest calorie fast food and eat whatever I wanted and as much as I could handle. I did this for 2-3 weeks and got myself up to 172lbs (same weight as before I started TRT at 20%bf) and stopped bulking because I got chubbier. So what I need help on is for my brothers to help me understand that bulking is a part of my journey and to not stop bulking just because I gain bodyfat because that is part of bulking and that I will slim down to single digit bodyfat again.

Brothers, how do you feel when you achieved a physique that you wanted all of your adult life and few months later you lost it due to your decision to bulk? I am 70% sure I will bulk (I just need to be convinced) which makes gear selection easy, Test and DECA with IGF-1 and HGH of course.
 
I've made it gym 2 times last week and 1 time today since 1 month ago. Even though I didn't go to gym last weekend, I still did cardio, push ups, ab roller and whatever else I can do with a pair of 20lb and 10lb dumbbells and a variety of stretchy cable things. Here are some pics from this morning prior to lifting. This is the 1st pic that I ever posted prior to lifting and without some sort of a pump. I wanted to show a "natural" pic of myself so that I will be accountable. I am still debating on bulking or eating at maint calories

I would bulk brother. You succeeded with cutting, you can't remain still. You have to set a new goal. Having single digits body fat at higher weight. You have to evolve. We have to evolve. I know you feel crap, but that's because you dirty bulked. If it makes you feel better, do a mini cut to regain previous physic and start a very slow and clean bulk. 200-300cals increase-from clean sources- each time is a good approach. Fat gain will be so minimal you won't care. You will become stronger and you will look good and dangerous with shirt on as well. Whatever you choose, I will follow and support my friend

Thank you for your continue support. I am leaning more and more towards bulking. I tried clean bulk but I couldn't gain any weight, but I did gain strength. I think I have created too fast of a metabolism even though I have no idea how I did it lol.

Since I know I love to eat a lot and since I know I can cut whenever I want to.......I will start my bulk and then will continue my plans to try as many Drostanolone as possible as I already have them on hand. Thank you for helping me with my decision my friend. I know that the only way I'll be able to be 175ish and 7-8% bodyfat is by bulking. Lean bulk has not worked. Dirty bulk isn't for me. So I will focus on keeping my calories 500-1000 calories above maintenance and not call this a clean, lean or dirty bulk. But instead I will call this as part of my journey to reach my ultimate goal. I'll adjust macros every couple weeks as needed.
 
Started drinking my protein shake again.

Since I am going to try to bulk I figure I should start the day with a high calorie / high protein shake drink 1/2 after lifting and sip on the remaining throughout the day. Please let me know if you are interested in ingredients or macros of this shake and I'll gladly provide.

I am not sure but my plans are to increase calories every week. And then stop increasing once again feel that fat gain is too much. I will try not to freak out and stop bulking regardless if I think I am gaining too much body fat. I'll reach out to my fellow brothers here for guidance if I start to freak out. I've never looked like I have and scared to lose it so that is why I know I have not succeeded at bulking.


I'll start logging my food intake starting next Monday. I am thinking that my lower body cramping will subside by then.

Don't be afraid of cardio in a bulk even pro bodybuilders hit cardio 4-7 days a week for minimum of 20 minutes a day most in in the 45 min range. There doesn't have to be much fat gain to gain muscle. What's your height and body fat %?

Thank you for advice. I'll included cardio when needed first before I lower calories if I feel I am too much body fat. I am currently 5'6" (was 5'7' when I was younger and was told that chronic severe low T will cause you to shrink) & 160lbs. Goal is to get up to at least 170lbs once done with bulk.

Cool, thanks. I am heading to costco this weekend because $9.00 is as much as 2 of the egg whites that I am currently using which is MUCH less than what Costco sells for much lower price.

Yesterday is my 4th gym session. I can start to feel my muscles getting fuller. I have not had any major cramps since last time when I was walking to my car after work. The thing that I don’t understand is how can I eat so bad with no nutrient in mind and drank less than 3 cups of water daily for 3 weeks and I look like how I do today. Yes, I know what I look like today isn’t anything special as I have a lot to work on, but to me its special as I've never put in work to achieve it. However, given my situation, I am not bent out of shape anymore because I mistakenly thought I lost so much of what I worked.

I couldn’t see the outline of my 6 pack last Tuesday. From last Tuesday ‘til today, I’ve had 4 low intensity gym sessions as I don't want to do anything that will slow down my full intensity starting next Monday. I was still using food as a way to cope and feel better and started to eat clean last Friday even though I wanted to change my diet as of last Monday. I’ve been eating clean since last Fri and slowly increasing my calories. I am back in the 6 pack club and hopefully for good.

I used to get my protein powder from Costco but no longer because I've been use ModernProtein Vanilla because I had no idea protein shakes can taste so good, but cost too much in my opinon. Which protein powder are you getting?

Drinking tons of water and a few grams of taurine or/and some electrolytes may help for cramping
