I think primo would compliment your physique really well.
You have a seemingly fat free body so the compound would put a nice 5 maybe 7 pounds of quality muscle.

Thanks. What primo dose do you recommend? Other than test, do you recommend anything else as for as injectable?

What about orals? Dbol kick starter? Since primo is a long cycle, what do you think about anavar last 4 weeks? So lean bulk into 4 week cut. And either stay on primo or drop for mast and tren? This will be 20 week blast. I'll add 100-150mg week of either NPP or DECA.

What other compounds works at synergistic with Primo?
 
Does my triceps look funny? To me, it looks similar to the root on a tooth instead of a horseshoe. Anyone know if its because I need to lose more fat/water in that area so that triceps "pop" out more? I don't think its due to the way I train my triceps because I am not doing anything that is unique.





My upcoming blast is nearly decided.
20 week blast. Bulk until 1-Test is empty and then cut. I know you should only do either 1 or the other and not try to bulk and cut in the same blast/cycle, but I will give it a shot to learn if this will work for my body or not. If not, then now I know and I won't repeat.

BULK Phase: Only taking 1 compound other than test to determine how I react to 1-TEST and so I can distinguish the gains or lack of gain (NOT).
International Anabolics 1-Test start Front load 500mg week 1-2 and then start at 400mg a week until I run out of 3 vials but I will adjust up or down if I am not satisfied and if sides.
[MENTION=772]CrazySteroids[/MENTION] Test Cyp or Ena (makes no difference to me). Front load 750mg week 1-2 and then start at 300mg weeks 3-20 but I will adjust up or down if I am not satisfied and if sides (acne) are too much

Negatives aren't used often enough.... change ur angles too.... med/heavy weight... rep range... 30 down to failure. 20 sets. But make no mistake... YOUR A BEAST!!!!

Thank you. I've been focusing on lighter weights and as much TUT as I can endure. I bigger (not as in muscular) guy at my work gym scoffed at me when I put 2 25s plates on incline bench (for warm up), then he saw me put another 2 25s plates (for warm up), and then another 2 25s plates (working set) and then another 2 25s plates (working set). So 8 25lb plates for 2 reps and drop set by remove 2 25's until no weight left. Then we made eye contact and he wouldn't look me in my eyes.

I love it when I go heavy on deadlift..heavy for me is 345-400 and I can see others look at me with the "WTF". But my heavy deadlifting days are over (for now).

The way your tri's look is perfectly normal. You just have a longer muscle belly on the out muscle. Which is genetic and can't be changer. But a longer muscle belly gives you great potential to add more size through hypertrophy. Plus you run gh and igf so hyperplasia will be an added bonus.

Kronos is helping with diet, but I am always open to ideas. I am not carb sensitive. I love to eat Oreos. I tried dirty bulking but didn't gain much weight. I don't want to get huge or at least I don't think I want to. I never thought I'd look the way I do now, but that was because my natural test was 145..ouch. I want to hover around 175lbs and whatever % BF to be shredded and vascular. At my strongest, bench 255, deads 425, squat 350: 1030lbs at 165lbs. I want to be strong as fuck and similar to the physique guys. So thats what I want and will need diet to get me there. I am not too worried about training as long as I don't do something stupid. My training is focus on TUT (4:2:4) and I don't lock out. one thing about training is I need to build my lower abs to match my upper abs.

So what ever diet to reach my goal is what I am after

(not sure if I stated correctly, but I was just kidding about the bro-science) Haven't started 1-Test yet.... Will do so after my TRT Bloodwork which should be anytime now. I am just waiting for an email from my TRT doc. I hope its not the feeling of on fire similar to Tren... I've narrowed down that Tren was the root cause of the majority of my acne.
