Does my triceps look funny? To me, it looks similar to the root on a tooth instead of a horseshoe. Anyone know if its because I need to lose more fat/water in that area so that triceps "pop" out more? I don't think its due to the way I train my triceps because I am not doing anything that is unique.
My upcoming blast is nearly decided.
20 week blast. Bulk until 1-Test is empty and then cut. I know you should only do either 1 or the other and not try to bulk and cut in the same blast/cycle, but I will give it a shot to learn if this will work for my body or not. If not, then now I know and I won't repeat.
BULK Phase: Only taking 1 compound other than test to determine how I react to 1-TEST and so I can distinguish the gains or lack of gain (NOT).
International Anabolics 1-Test start Front load 500mg week 1-2 and then start at 400mg a week until I run out of 3 vials but I will adjust up or down if I am not satisfied and if sides.
[MENTION=772]CrazySteroids[/MENTION] Test Cyp or Ena (makes no difference to me). Front load 750mg week 1-2 and then start at 300mg weeks 3-20 but I will adjust up or down if I am not satisfied and if sides (acne) are too much
[MENTION=772]CrazySteroids[/MENTION] DECA 100 mg a week for joints. I don't think 100mg of DECA a week will askew my ability to determine the gains from 1-TEST.
Cut Phase:
(source unnamed until product is in my hands) Primo Front load 800mg week 1-2 and then start at 500mg a week but I will adjust up or down if I am not satisfied and if sides. I will use Primo until end I reach week 20.
[MENTION=772]CrazySteroids[/MENTION] Test Cyp or Ena (makes no difference to me). Most likely 300mg a week until I reach week 16 and then switch to Test Prop at same dose until week 20 and then drop to TRT dose 120mg a week.

I will be doing "self prescribed TRT" to save money. What I found interesting is that when I told my doc that no more TRT, the owner called me within mins and offered me his cost up to 6 months because he said I was his favorite customer (which I don't blame him
). I am not sure if he was honest about this cost or not, but he said $50 for 4ml vial of Test Blend + 5mg Adex per month, but I'd have to pay for my own bloodwork. I made a mistake and neglected to get bloodwork on my own before starting because I was too excited to start because I didn't have to worry about TRT bloodwork. I will get blood work because I haven't had one since 6 months ago. Due to my mistake, I have to decide either to (1) continue to with my planned blast or (2) stop and won't pin anything for 2 weeks and then go back to my TRT dose for a month and then get bloodwork. The reason for 2nd choice is because I wanted to get bloodwork so that I'll know if [MENTION=80]Omega Labs[/MENTION] adex and T400 was good or not. From the way I feel and look, I say yes, his adex controlled my e2 as no I didn't experience any symptoms of high e2 and I felt fine and no low T symptoms on 120mg/week of his T400.

I am going to continue with my planned blast (with some changes) and get bloodwork roughly in 5 weeks. I am confident that [MENTION=80]Omega Labs[/MENTION] adex and T400 did what it was supposed to do by the way I feel and look. Check out my log when I get it created.

So Im just trying to wrap my head around- are you in the service? National Guard or Border Police ? What is this stuff? Fighting for what? sincerely dont know and this is the know NP thread so Im genuinely curious LOL
Not joining our military was a mistake I made...but at 18yrs old, my stupid ass was doing stupid things. I wish I had the mentality I have now. The fighting was just plan and simple stupid, which I still regret and hope never happens again and will do everything to avoid unless unavoidable. My love of guns, night vision and thermal has been replaced with working out and my garden...but its just on temporary pause for now as I have too many things going on in my life right now.

Here is my log to compare who has the best Mast Prop (for me as everyone is different). My original planned blast went awry due to (1) 1-TEST gave me too much PIP and acne from 2mls (along with other compounds) day 1 and .25mls by itself 3ish days later to see if it PIP was from 1-TEST....(2) Primo never arrived lol....good thing I didn't pay for it up front otherwise it would have been 2nd time I got scammed.

Life has bee tough the since Friday Sept 30. Thats when I got a new garage door installed and turned into the worst experience of my life. I felt something fishy when the estimator came day prior and his prices were between $1K-$2.5K, but when I called, I was told $800-1200. I got the top of the line garage door because I wanted a strong and toughest. After negotiating, I got an invoice for $2,300 total including removal and install.....but the estimator would only take a check or cash, so I wrote him a check.....in his name....WTF? He said because company gets so many bad checks that its on estimator if the check is bad....Red Flags, but I needed a new garage door as my old one won't open without a lot of work and also cracked.
Next day installer came and I had to help him take new garage door off his van and help hold onto weather molding which at first he refused to put on. Then he used the same nails that were bent from removing and he was hammering them straight..WTF? I gave him some nails I had which weren't finishing nails so the head is large. Weather molding was poorly installed, not even remotely straight and you can see gaps. He left black dirty finger and hand prints as he didn't bother to whip off. He didn't caulk the edge of the weather molding which looks so ugly because new molding is slightly smaller than old, so you see old caulking and no paint roughly 1/2 all around the molding. I was so busy working that I didn't have time to fully inspect his work. He flicked cigartte butts on my driveway, refused to take my old garage door and made me pay $100 more to do so, but that wasn't part of the deal. He left cardboard and nails behind. I later inspected and saw missing screws, only 1 new roller, no new frame that the rollers roll on, the bar that the roller is on that is attached to hinges and then to garage door were not 90 degrees, some where and most were not. The garage door handle wiggles and not on strait nor in the middle. This is just a few of the issues I found, the worst was the label on the door isn't the same brand on my invoice. I called and estimator came back to fix as much as he can but didn't redo the weather molding...he said just paint it. He said the door I wanted was out of stock so he got a "better" and more "expensive" door because I wanted it installed ASAP, but was never told this until I questioned him. I asked him what model is that door and he didn't know, I asked him if its vinyl and he said no, its double steel and insulated.. I checked out wayne dalton website (the door that I didn't order) and their top of the line residential is vinyl. So many lies.
This caused me to stress out so bad that my body was in so much physical pain, especially my back....It reminded me of the feelings I had when MANY MANY years ago while in college, I was in my apartment and waiting for either the DEA or someone to kick my door in....every sound I heard caused me to think "oh shit, my life is over"....
I am finally feeling better. I want to contact Better Business Bureau, but don't want to relive the stress which just started to elevate while I was explaining what happened.... Live and learn....is all I can do now. I may take legal action but will chat with a my lawyer to get his opinion. ...Oh yea, my lawyer told me last time I talked to him that I could get a kidnapping charge if I lock the intruders in my home even though they broke in and robbing me.

You handled it better than most . I for one would probably have snapped.( Well maybe a younger version of me). Hope it all gets straightened out.

I was so busy with work that I didn't have time nor realized how bad the install was and different brand door until afterwards. The stress ate me alive for couple weeks....my back was pain was just superficial (not sure if correct word to use) and goes away when I wake up but comes back within an hour or so.
Live and learn....

That sucks, NP. Best thing to do is check with the BBB about the company and see if there's any other complaints. If there are, then just stay away. Best thing you can do now is take the person to small claims court. Did you take pictures of the work performed?

Sorry for late reply... I didn't take any pics because it still looks like shit. Now the nails are rusting on white weather molding. I am finally 90% recover, my back isn't as tight, but the pain gets compounded when I work on my garden.....so no deadlifting on days that I work on my garden lol.
Now that I am more relaxed, I will first contact BBB and then take whatever legal action needed. I want them to come and remove the garage door that I didn't order and 100% refund... but if we go to court, then I want punitive damage for the stress that I went thru.
