Oh the talkers kill me during prep the most I start going too different gyms and training in a hoodie with a hat so my face is hid and I can stay in the zone . that's the worst time cause the idiots all come up man your getting really lean bro like its some amazing feat and drastic transformation . While I'm staring at them like go fuck off some where I'm loosing my pump

Something funny first week I start tren a this run I had to lower head phones a bit. Anxiety! Lol! Then i thought they may know and try to talk to me, so that was that!!!

I have several gym memberships and I'm in Orlando we have some really good gyms but there all a 25 to 30 min commute in traffic and my Schedual is crazy I will go on the weekends and certain days . but I train everyday and have very limited time so Im usually stuck with the LA fitness that is 5 min away .

That's me! I have an LA like 3 minutes away and a 24 about 10 minutes away. So those are the two gyms I unfortunately have to train at.

People doing d-bell bench presses on a rubber ball = lame. Read a story of an NBA player doing it 'cause the training told him to / wrote his program.
The ball popped, the guy hit the ground, and the 70 d-bell jammed his shoulder into the floor and tore it. Dumb-assery everywhere.
 
I hear you all ! No one in my gym is able to perform even a rep correctly - its a joke- The guys using PEC DEC instead of adjusting the width of the handles, they contort their bodies while pulling the handles DUHH - Im like wow - I have never in my life seen so many stupid people

That's why I just let em be. I see "trainers" do a lot of stupid crap. It's not worth my time though.
 
Trainers give me a laugh . having severely obese wemen doing dumbbell curls and cable flys instead of compound movements then stand there watch the worst squats and deads ever about too cause serious back injury and not correcting it .

There's a donkey ass trainer at my gym who tries to teach a low bar squat to sedentary fat asses who don't even have basic functional movement lmfao
