Hey guys first time post on here..been lurking for awhile and seems like a great group of people..was looking for some advice..just started working out with a partner about 2 months ago and at first all my lifts were going up...now seems that I'm getting weaker every workout...dunno what I should do any advice helps thanks in advance! !
