That’s the stuff Roc drinks.
I’ve been good to order some just never got around to it.

“The company bills its coffee as the “world's strongest,” and credits the blend of beans and the roasting process it uses for the coffee's caffeine content, which is 59 milligrams per fluid ounce. A typical cup of coffee has 12 to 16 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce.”

WoW..! Interesting. That's 5+ times more potent.

Gotta get some, love coffee of all sorts. Including French
pressed.

You guys seen these? They’re not too bad, similar in texture to a corn tortilla.

Yes it is! Best coffee, no gitters, just wakes you up like no other, corse ground, in a French press, wait 10 mins and enjoy, or do it cold brew style and it’s even more potent

I've been trying to down 1.5 liters of lemon water first upon rising. I've been consuming far to much caffeine and with intense training I've been completely sapped and feel dehydrated. So Ill do that, then 30-45mins later I'll have a "Hulk Smash"!
1-green apple
2-kiwis
1-banana
1-cucumber
4-giant handfuls of power greens mix
1-cup pineapple juice
1-avocado
1-tsp of ground flax
1-tsp of macha
1-tsp of chia seeds
Some ice, water, then blend it in my Ninja. After it's blended I'll add 1 cup liquid egg whites and 1 scoop of vanilla whey to a 24oz shaker cup. I end up getting 2 shakes out of it, and save the 2nd one for the next morning.
