What do you have for breakfast today...

Right now eating 1/2 chicken breast, a chicken sausage (feta, spinach) mixed in white rice, topped with homemade sauce. (Pasta sauce).
W/ a chocolate milk. barbell22

We make our own pasta sauce as well. Everything comes out of our garden. We can and freeze enough jars until the following season. Without a doubt the best sauce I have ever had.

We'll have to talk some day ....! Iv'e got a couple parcels
(Small acreage ) 3, & 1 acres each respectively.

Want to do small scale farming (specialty Produce, & the usual Garden Fare as well as some fruit & nut tree's )

Asparagus, etc grew some brussel sprouts a few years back to die for, hole to do a few this year again.

Ever consider, or do "lactofermented" like krout, you can do brussel's (brussel. kraut ) did that b4.

Beans, carrots , Cauliflower mixes etc sky is the limit.

We just have a small like 8X20' area that we grow in. We always grow asparagus(comes up every year), tomatoes, broccoli, romaine & green leaf, kale, cabbage, bell peppers(although they sucked this year), brussel sprouts, zuchs, squash, and some herbs. Then if there is room we will try new plants like last year was sweet potatoes and golden beets.

We grow the cabbage and my mother-in-law makes some of the best kraut there is.....can for over the winter as well.

Nothing like it, I'll continue to do the "Growing" Apsect of it, it something I decided upon 6 , or so years ago when I bought the two peice's, what encouraged me, was the fact that you see so many of these case of salmonella, or e-coli from "frozen" berries from Costco , to melons , to the Romaine as of late it's just bullshit the way they fertilize, or the handling of our food supply, I'm not going out on the count of some "nasty" fucker that's dropping trough /where he/she picks food for public consumptiom.

Just want to do my own, go to market stands make a little chump change z but the real $$ is going to be in "Cut Flowers" for market , & local florists etc. May even do my own thing with it, have alot of ideas .

Plus, I've worked in a Plant under artificial lighting with automation & machinery all around for 25 years now , I want to be outside
& In the dirt baby...! That's the way I wanna go out.

Anyone skip breakfast and fast? Sometimes if my last meal is post w/o (10pm) and I dont eat a thing till noon the next day I feel better and more energized than if I had eaten.

Occasionally I will do the same. But usually if I wait to eat at noon....its still gonna be breakfast food....eggs are an excellent source of quality protein to start your day.

I love me aome eggs. Latey Ive been doing 6 egg whites in a small tortilla w a piece of cheese and a protein shake of 54g. Gets me through just fine to lunch.

Staple of oatmeal and whey with a side of fruit and some whole wheat toast and PB.

Cant figure out why but carbs in the morning always upset my stomach. I deal with it and slam em anyway and just wait out the need to throw up feelimg. If I skip em too long I crave em like hell and will slam 3 king size peanut butter packages before I know what even happened.

.....even low glycemic carbs like oats, whole grains, quinoa, sweet potatoes, and the like?
 
Forgot to take a pic, Belgium waffle to spike the sugar, hint hint, then a 6 egg everything omelet from a spot who makes it just for me on a plate of potatoes with some white bread and a Black Death coffee which is 3 shots of espresso topped off with coffee.

Love a Belgian Waffle , with Strawberries (not frozen /thawed shit either ) & whipped cream. One of my favorite
Post regular Breakfast treats, in other words , I'd eat a killer Breakfast , Omelette like you describe hash, or American fries, some fruit.or orange juice & have them.bring the waffle when I was near done , as a desert.

I can't stand when either of the two are sitting there getting cold or in the case of the Waffle , Cold & soggy.
