Hey we all have different life styles , different preferences genetics etc.

Personally as I get older I find it gets more and more and more work to remain lean . 2 years ago my girlfriend of ten years died of two kinds of cancer and I had let myself go . Still went to gym but slacked off with diet .i recently lost 67 pounds but over the long haul . I used the macro nutrient rotation where I on two days eat 50-80 carbs , 200 protien and 50 grams fat , then 150 carbs next day 200 next two then 400 carbs . Protien always 200-300 and fats try from healthy sources .
Plus I do hour cardio in am then 40 minutes post workout 6 days week .
Ephedrine stack , T3 and clen always part of the quotients .
My training volume also increases gear is used to help me teeter on edge of over training and maintain muscle .
I have regular sedendary job as social worker in the prisons but I also teach combat daily which I consider part of my training . I use the word combat as I don't agree with the term martial art . As history when the shogunate and the carrying of swords was outlawed in Japan and the western civilization began to push their values on Asia, suddenly schools belts commercialization created what we know today as a martial art or sport fighting . In my 30 years of world travel to train and 40 years practice , the fighting systems that went underground remain as a tradition undrground - no advertising , no forms raining no politics . So sorry to bore but as child I learned karate do , Judo, Kung fu , kenpo but now I teach combat . Which is a lot of training and exercise to add to weightlifting . My joints suffer from almost half century of both karate do I began age 5.
My point hard to stay leAn as we age , consider I train 2-4 hours during week and 2-6 on weekends along with my weekend part time job doing construction or landscape etc . So post up all what do you do that works

Dedication to eating clean and working out helps! Common knowledge, I know - but figured I'd throw it out there anyhow.

Also stress relief can help. I always do something I enjoy to relieve stress like playing basketball, playing a video game on the PS4, or just going on a walk.

I also lose weight when I take a poop. Haha, albeit I don't think that'd be considered losing "fat".

I have lost 45lbs in less than 3 months now, and that is with taking a week off and not working out and eating like crap the whole week, but I was on vacation and I wanted it to feel like a vacation. I put on 7lbs in that week but quickly got it off in 2 days. I eat very clean and strict. My portion sizes are smaller but more frequent and my water intake is enormous. I also cut my daily calories down a lot when I diet then when I get to where I can see my abs real good and my sides have gone down to narrow and give that V taper look then I up my proteins and calories to put the size back on but slower and easier, this way also lets me monitor my body and eating together to see what each little change is doing that way I know what caused anything that might happen that I don't like. I am off gear right now and on doctor prescribed androgel everyday so I am as close to natural as I am gonna get, I have to get my blood work done to see where my levels are on just the androgel for the last 2 months to see if I need to increase or decrease my dose. But as far as diet it is just bust my butt eating clean and stay strict to the diet and workout like always.

Thanks
TMM

My job consist of working outside. I workout every morning and do cardio after my workout. 10-15 minutes fast pace stair climbing.

I eat things like oatmeal every morning. Can chicken for mid morning snack and yogurt, bananas

Usually eat a big chicken sandwich for lunch but when I eat out its not fast food. Plate lunches or homemade cheese burgers. Shit like that

Always had a fast metabolism so I am always on a weight gain kick. I have gained some weight lately. Sitting at 235 lbs

Honestly I don't compete so I am not after a shredded six pack look. I enjoy to eat and live a pretty active life style

I am full of tattoos and hair lol. But also a good bit of muscle. Bigger than the average boo boo bear and that's what I am after lol

You look pretty damn huge in the avatar? LOL

Yeah- Im 50 Ive pretty much never missed a day of training unless I planned it for past 33 years- I shit you not! I eat clean year round cuz I hate junk, I actually prefer vegaatables and lean meat- as a child I never once ate birthdat cake - always hated it LOL - Your body gets used to anything so I guess hittin 50 and having slow metabolism it always difficult staying lean, my buddy only 48 and he does roofing eats friggin pizza and Burger king daily and sports a six pack- never in his life set one foot in a gym - Sheesh I hate him LOL

Eating clean and consistent training as well as keeping stress in check works for me. I as well isn't getting any younger so it is a struggle to keep the fat at bay considering I was once a fat kid.

Also sorry to hear of your loss, kets.

I think I just hate getting older- BB is the fountain of youth and chemicals definately help LOL

Diet is the main thing. My cutting diet is about 50-55% protein 30-35% carbs and 15% fats. i like hgh with gear and have recently added GW501516 with good results. I hit the weights approx 6 days per week. lol, I'm pushing 60.

My method far and away works better than any thing I have tried, has got me in the best, most leanest, cut shape of my life...

But probably can and should be frowned upon by the board. I cannot in good faith "suggest" for another to do it.

It is however, instant, crazy results and if you need to lose 3 lbs or so of fat in a pinch and aren't afraid to live on the edge a bit, PM me.

Get your protein up and your carbs down. Hit your cardio after your workout alternating from a sprint to a jog. 2ius of hgh Mon-Fri will do wonders but if your bf% is over 20% I would really consider dropping the gear use for now. Whats your stats?

I'm 50 been bodybuilding fir over 30 years 5'11" , I'm 6% BF at 215 , I've got over 20 cycles under my belt , trained natty and competed until my early to mid 30s , I used to remail fur two sources got all my hgh free for 7 years and its key but I disagree about dropping the AAS - ( then again I feel genetics and/ or lifestyle can make subtle differences in how we all respond to certain compounds ) eating and training are the cornerstone of condition but the volume of my training plus the intensity if I dropped the AAS I would be overtraining and drained , in fact my precontest stacks aiways included dbol for that reason alone and my separation and fibers showed in my tris and my erectors looked like a xmas tree. I'm just curious to see what others do , persons kit from having trained many many amateurs and of course my own experience I find rotating macros going low as 80 carbs for 2-3 days then increasing to 200 then 400 on heavy day then back again not only was what I've seen to be most efficient but also it maintained the metabolism . I'm pretty lean year round and prefer to remain that way . I like to see what others do, how they eat , any unique recipes etc

By the way you are like a freak of nature and I mean that in great way. Your training not much distant from my own we are 50 plus and still kickin ass , it inspires me to see others like you as I sometimes look around my gym or the dojos I teach and train and many cases I'm old enough to be grandad , but most can't tell unless I tell them. Carry on I hope you make this your home

Alphamine by pes is one ofor the best weight loss products I have ever used. Take 2 scoops in the morning and your wired all day. It's a great pwo and really curbs your apatite.

Sust npp tren eq primo var and hgh! And eat like a fat ass lol. Somehow it's working lol no cardio. No clean foods. But I'm not questioning it

Well, I load up on training days; high proteins, fats, carbs, calories, but still high fiber(50+ grams). On non training days, I eat high protein, fats and moderate carbs, in the form of fiber bread, legumes, veggies and 3 cups of mixed berries, which still gives me plenty of fiber. My calorie intake is also lower as well on non training days. High fiber keeps you lean and will do wonders for your body. I do carb cycling also, but don't go below 100 grams. Fiber is the key to getting/staying lean from my experiences with myself and others also. I consume a lot of coconut and olive oil.
