What do you do to lose fat ?

Well, I load up on training days; high proteins, fats, carbs, calories, but still high fiber(50+ grams). On non training days, I eat high protein, fats and moderate carbs, in the form of fiber bread, legumes, veggies and 3 cups of mixed berries, which still gives me plenty of fiber. My calorie intake is also lower as well on non training days. High fiber keeps you lean and will do wonders for your body. I do carb cycling also, but don't go below 100 grams. Fiber is the key to getting/staying lean from my experiences with myself and others also. I consume a lot of coconut and olive oil.

Also I've experienced with my students and training that a cycle or variance of calories And macros throughout week will throw off homeostasis so you won't adjust - go low 2-3 days , then clean but higher and depending where you are having a day where you eat higher carbs and calories that way body always operating on the idea of more . When you stay low and constant you slow down metabolism . Like everything we do in bodybuilding.. and life variety keeps in slight state of shock . Like on the 1-2 lower days of carbs also increase good fats , then on higher carb switch to low fat - but always have protein high. Funny I first learned this from long time friend who competed natural and was always ripped to shreds - so much the contests insisted then on testing him cuz most of the natural guys back then could not lose surface fat to same degree . Veins everywhere- to this day o still consider him the most shredded natural complete BB ever seen. First time ever tried I went down to 30 waist , which still have lol. Back then I too was natty

I had a quick look at the Newcastle diet and there's no way I could manage on 600 cals a day......I'm still reading up about LCHF,am I aloud any carbs each day? if so roughly how many. Also have you had good weight loss while doing it,I've ready a few people saying they haven't lost any weight even after 2 months
