Fasted weight came in at 222.9 this morning, basically holding steady from yesterday which I’m completely fine with. Sleep was alright at a little over 6 hours, but I’ve definitely been waking up too much the past few nights to go to the bathroom. I’m honestly considering cutting fluids off after a certain time because it’s starting to interrupt sleep more than I’d like. Today’s workout was the men’s church CrossFit event. Honestly it was not nearly as bad as I expected. The actual workout was only about 20 minutes and there was a ton of stretching and warmup beforehand, which I’m definitely not used to since I normally just get straight into lifting lol. Definitely not my style overall though. No real pump and it felt much more like a cardio session than actual training, but it was still cool getting out there and doing something different. Rest of the day was super chill. Hung out at home, made a chuck roast dinner for the family, and worked a little on the backyard once the weather cooled down. Ready to get back to the gym tomorrow morning though because I’m definitely looking forward to a good push session. Back to real lifting tomorrow

Fasted weight came in at 224 flat this morning, a slight bump but still right in that consistent range I’ve been holding. Sleep was ok at around 6 hours with CPAP most of the night. Definitely didn’t want to get up when the alarm hit, but that’s just not me unless it’s absolutely needed. Glad I pushed through though because it turned into a great session. Had a sick pump and everything felt strong and dialed in. That kind of start carried into the rest of the day too with good energy and a positive mindset. After that it was church followed by our yearly church family picnic and it was a great turnout. One of the best parts was getting complimented by someone I hadn’t seen in a while. That always hits different when people notice the work you’ve been putting in. Solid day all around.

Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, but I definitely did not feel great. Felt bloated and full of gas which carried over from the night before. Sleep was pretty bad because of it too, lots of burping and just overall discomfort that kept me from getting quality rest. Still got myself into the gym, but it was not the best session. I was able to feel somewhat normal once I got going, but the discomfort was definitely there the whole time. Not one of those days where everything is clicking. Energy was low all day and I ended up having to take a mid day nap just to get through it. Only caffeine I had was about 100mg with my preworkout, so I wasn’t overly stimmed either. Definitely one of those days where the body just feels off. Going to try and get to bed earlier tonight and reset so I can wake up feeling better tomorrow. Anyone else have those random off days where digestion just throws everything out of sync?

Fasted weight came in at 221.3 this morning, nice little drop and definitely feeling better overall compared to yesterday. Sleep was great too, got a little over 8 hours with maybe only one trip to the bathroom and a couple wakeups from sweating. Between the naps yesterday and all the sleep last night I almost feel like I overslept for once. Definitely feels like the body needed it though. I also skipped energy drinks yesterday and today to let my system calm down a bit before throwing caffeine back in tomorrow morning for training. Huge difference in how I feel today compared to yesterday’s bloated and drained feeling. Stomach feels normal again, energy is steady, and I’m ready for a good back session tomorrow morning. Sometimes a little extra recovery and pulling back on stimulants really does the trick.

Fasted weight came in at 221.3 this morning. Sleep was pretty rough though. Unfortunately my daughter’s health took a turn for the worse and we ended up taking her to the ER last night. They decided to admit her for more testing and observation. Right now we were told it will be at least a few days, possibly longer depending on what they find. Just praying they get answers quickly and that everything gets resolved. My wife stayed with her most of the day and is staying overnight while I’m home with our youngest handling school and everything else on this side. Definitely one of those moments where the gym and everything else takes a backseat mentally. Since it’s mostly a waiting game right now, I’ll probably use tomorrow as my rest day too and save up sick hours in case we need them later in the week. I still got a little session in at the home gym while my little one wanted to hop on the stairs. Honestly it helped clear my head a bit. The workout itself was not bad either, but I definitely need heavier weights at home. Did what I could with what I had. Also making a small adjustment to the protocol, cycling off Klow and SS31 for a bit and bumping MOTS-C up to 4mg daily. Hug your kids a little tighter tonight fellas.

Fasted weight came in at 219 flat this morning and I definitely think the tren combined with the rest of the stack plus tighter macros is really starting to show now. Sleep was not the greatest though. Woke up at least three times during the night and then my little one climbed into bed and she is basically a furnace, so I had to crank the AC even colder just to get comfortable again. Even with the rough sleep, energy stayed surprisingly solid throughout the whole day. Started the morning with an early CPAP appointment, got a little work done, then pulled the youngest out of school early so we could all spend time together with her sister at the hospital. No gym today, just family time and trying to stay present through all of this. Small update on my daughter as well. The liver biopsy is now being pushed to next week because of the nosebleeds she has been having. The specialist wants to coordinate with hematology first to make sure there are no clotting complications before doing the biopsy. The good news is some of her recent numbers have slightly dropped, which is making them lean more toward this being autoimmune related. Right now we are basically waiting until it is safe to do the biopsy and then from there the plan would likely be prednisone while waiting a couple weeks for the autoimmune panel results. If the panel comes back positive they would add additional medications alongside the prednisone, but at least treatment would then move to outpatient instead of extended hospital stays. Mentally I definitely need tomorrow’s gym session though, already planning a solid mid day workout.

Fasted weight came in at 217.9 this morning and things are definitely moving down at a pretty steady rate. Sleep was great too, probably the best I’ve had in a while. Only woke up maybe once during the night and ended up getting around 7.5 solid hours. Definitely felt like I needed that recovery because the past week mentally has been a lot. Decided to go with a mid day workout today and I honestly think I needed the training more for my headspace than anything else. Once I got moving everything felt great. Energy was high, pump was strong, and my mood noticeably improved after the session. Sometimes getting in there and locking into the workout for an hour helps reset everything mentally. No real updates yet on my daughter. Still waiting to see if they move forward with the liver biopsy next week

Fasted weight came in at 217.5 this morning and body composition is progressing really nicely right now. Almost at the 4 week mark on the new protocol and the visual changes are definitely becoming noticeable. Sleep was solid again, around 7 hours total with 5+ using the CPAP. Woke up twice during the night, but overall still felt well rested. Today was just a normal rest day. Between everything going on and needing to stay home with my younger daughter, getting to the gym has been tough lately. Tomorrow will probably just be cardio and abs at home. Going to be a weird Mother’s Day this year with my wife still at the hospital with our oldest daughter, but after church my youngest and I will head over there so we can all spend some time together. Just trying to stay positive and keep some normalcy through all of this.

On a positive note, I decided to treat myself to a cheat meal tonight and it absolutely hit the spot. Had a pork banh mi with double meat and veggies plus a small plate of spaghetti. Felt really good getting in a bigger meal in, ate it earlier so it wouldn’t mess with sleep. Starting today I’m also bumping Tren A up to 25mg daily and its almost time to jump over to Mast. With my younger one back in school Monday, I’m hoping to start getting workouts in during work and settle back into more of a routine. It's not my usual routine but we gotta roll with the punches.

Shorter log entry today. Sleep was solid again with a couple wakeups, but I knocked right back out each time. Honestly starting to think the TRENsomnia supplement is really helping. No workout today since I still don’t have anyone to help watch my little one. Ended up being a long day though. Started the morning with church with just my youngest and I, then went to visit my daughter at the hospital. Came home for a bit, got some more test results back, and headed right back over there. Looks like it actually could be autoimmune hepatitis based on the bloodwork so now we’re really hoping they can get the liver biopsy done ASAP to fully confirm it. Once that’s done the goal is for her to finally come home and continue treatment outpatient instead of staying admitted.

Mentally I really need to find time to get back into the gym too. Starting to feel anxious and a little overwhelmed with everything going on lately, and I honestly think training would help my mental state a lot right now. Hoping once my youngest is back in school I can start carving out some time during the day again.

Fasted weight came in at 218.7 this morning, pretty much holding steady the past couple days which I’m completely fine with. Sleep was good overall at a little over 6 hours. Definitely could have gotten more, but I stayed up late talking with my wife while she was at the hospital with our daughter so it was worth it. Went ahead and worked today and did exactly what I said I was going to do by getting a solid push session in during lunch. Honestly felt really good getting back into the gym during the work day again and it definitely helped my mental state. Had myself a nice carb loaded pre workout meal too paired with the daily 20mg Cialis which made the pump even better.

Best part of the day though was finally getting confirmation that my daughter’s procedure is scheduled for tomorrow. Feels like we’re finally getting closer to bringing her home and moving toward some real answers. Definitely a good day overall and one I really needed mentally.

Fasted weight came in at 218.3 this morning. Sleep definitely could have been better though, ended up with a little over 6 hours and honestly it was mostly my own fault this time. Forgot to set the AC lower before bed so I woke up hot during the night, then I also forgot to close the curtains and our bedroom windows let in a ton of sunlight early in the morning. Ended up being awake way before the alarm.

No workout today since I spent basically the whole day at the hospital while my daughter had her liver biopsy done. I originally thought getting the procedure done meant she’d probably be coming home soon after, but that doesn’t seem to be the case right now. Sounds like we’re waiting on biopsy results along with some additional labs before they make the next decisions, so at this point next Tuesday might realistically be the soonest. Definitely mentally draining, but just trying to stay patient and take things one day at a time. Looking at this whole stretch as a deload and recovery period overall. For sure getting back into the gym tomorrow while my youngest is at school though.

Fasted weight came in at 216.6 this morning, a new low for this cut and definitely motivating to see considering everything going on lately. Sleep honestly was not great though. Took the CPAP off too early and kept waking up after that. On top of it all I had to stay up late getting the house ready for my daughter’s birthday. We always decorate her room and the downstairs so she wakes up to everything set up for her, and since my wife has still been at the hospital with our other daughter it was all on me this year. Definitely worth it though seeing how excited she was this morning. Birthday celebrations also meant a couple little bites of cake which I’m not complaining.

Still got in a really solid mid day workout and honestly needed it. Went super heavy on back today and while it was exhausting, it felt great to really push again. Energy stayed steady, mood was as good as it could be considering everything, and the pump was absolutely nasty today. Makes me wish I could just walk around looking like that all day lol.

Fasted weight came in at 216.2 this morning. Original goal was 215, but honestly I’m just going to keep rolling with it and see where things go. Sleep was actually really good for once too. Ended up oversleeping and got close to 8 total hours with around 5 of those using the CPAP. Definitely needed the recovery because I’m completely exhausted right now.

No gym today. Still don’t have anyone to help watch my little one and honestly didn’t even have time to catch a break most of the day. Food also wasn’t the best today for the same reason. Didn’t really have time to prep meals like I normally do so I just rolled with what I could. At this point it is what it is. Just trying to manage everything the best I can right now and I’ll be back locked in 100% soon hopefully.

Fasted weight came in at 217.2 this morning, a slight bump but honestly expected with food being a little heavier on carbs lately. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if tomorrow bumps slightly too. Between the food choices and not being as regular with digestion, it really feels like being off my normal routine is throwing everything out of sync right now. Sleep definitely did not help either. The little one scared me half to death at like 2am by just standing over me while I was asleep lol. Then once she got into bed with me it felt like I was waking up every hour after that. Lack of sleep combined with an insanely busy day has me completely exhausted.

No workout today so no pump to report, but honestly energy held up better than expected considering how tired I am. Finally have a little bit of quiet time to myself as I’m typing this log up and it honestly feels nice to just decompress for a minute. During injections today I also said screw it and bumped Tren up again to 30mg daily. Really looking forward to getting back into a more regular groove next week because this past stretch has definitely been a lot.

Sorry yall forgot to do last night’s log. Had a really long day and didn’t get home until late. Put the little one to bed, took a shower, and completely knocked out after that.

Fasted weight this morning came in a little higher than it’s been at 217.8lbs, but honestly not worried about it with how off routine everything has been lately. Sleep was actually really solid though. Only woke up once all night and ended up getting almost 8 hours total with around 5 of those on CPAP. Definitely needed it because my body has been exhausted lately. No workout again today, but on a much more positive note my daughter is finally back home! We have her treatment plan now and she should hopefully start getting back to normal over time.

Honestly just having everyone back home already feels like a huge weight lifted mentally. With things settling down a bit now, I can finally start getting back on track with workouts, eating, and just normal routine overall.

Yesterday’s log completely slipped my mind. With making the switch back to waking up super early again and working full days now that my daughter is back home, I was struggling hard to stay awake by the end of the night. Didn’t help that sleep was rough too.

Weight yesterday morning came in high at 220lbs and sleep was pretty bad with only around 5 hours total. Still got up early and made it in for a solid push day though. Once I got into the gym everything started clicking again. Energy was high, mood was good, and the pump was strong. Honestly felt really good getting back in there consistently again.

Got some good meals in throughout the day too and overall just felt more normal being back into a routine. By the time work was over though I was fighting to stay awake. Still completely worth it. Feels good finally getting back into the rhythm of things again.

Fasted weight came in at 218.1 this morning, a nice little drop back down from yesterday. Sleep was definitely better too with a little over 6 hours total. Biggest difference though was how much better I felt throughout the day compared to yesterday. No crash after work, still had energy to take my little one out for a bike ride, and even got some house work done for the wife. Definitely feels like the body is starting to settle back into routine again. Also get to sleep in a little tomorrow which will be nice before a cardio session in the morning and then legs on Thursday.

Today ended up being a really solid pull session too. Energy was high, mood was honestly better than it’s been in a while, and the pump had me feeling way better about my physique overall. Feels really good finally getting back into the groove of things again.

Easy log today. Fasted weight came in at 214.6 this morning, officially passing the original goal of 215. At this point I’m just going to keep the cut rolling a bit longer before increasing calories back up at all. Sleep was good overall too. Had a couple wake ups during the night to pee, but still ended up getting around 7 solid hours so recovery felt pretty decent. Work was busy but nothing too mentally draining for once which was honestly nice.

Got a fasted cardio session in this morning on the stairs for 20 minutes and honestly felt really good moving around first thing in the morning again. Nothing crazy, just enough to get a sweat going and keep things moving. Looking forward to a good leg session tomorrow morning too now that I’m fully getting back into routine again.

Fasted weight came in at 215.3 this morning and sleep was pretty good overall. Slept in just a little longer than normal and ended up getting almost 7 hours total which definitely helped recovery. Felt good pretty much all day even after an early morning leg session.

Gym session was honestly great today too. Decided to test out an injectable pre workout alongside my usual low caffeine powdered pre and it definitely hit. Energy was high, sweat was going, and the pump had my quads feeling like they were about to explode by the end of the workout. One of those sessions where everything just clicks and training feels fun again. Going back in tomorrow with the same injectable setup but trying a different powdered pre workout before a shoulder day to compare how it feels.

Fasted weight came in at 215.5 this morning, pretty much holding steady which I’m completely fine with. Had a little cheat meal tonight though so we’ll see what tomorrow morning looks like on the scale. Sleep was solid overall at a little over 6 hours, just had a super early wake up to get in the gym by 5am before work.

Ended up having a really good shoulder session too heading into the long weekend. Energy was high even with only around 100mg caffeine paired with the injectable amino pre workout. Pump was strong as always too with the daily 20mg USP Tadalafil doing its thing lol. Definitely one of those sessions where you feel full the entire workout. Also had the final meet up for my church group tonight and it turned into a potluck. Kept things pretty reasonable overall with a baked potato and pulled pork without BBQ sauce, but definitely had to grab a slice of cake too haha.
