So I started bodybuilding 13 months ago. Got serious these last 4 months and joined kgear community. They have helped me between diet and being honest about my goals. Still doing a cut and started my cycle 2 weeks ago. Reta 1mg and 550 test. I have some coming in and am excited to post progress and my experience. Let me know any questions you have 190lbs 5'6 38 yo

Labs in 8 days will see were I'm at. 3 weeks in test E 550wk kgear reta 1mg e3d.b feeling good mentally better after adjusting reta dosage from 4. Weight around the same but I weight myself at night. Still putting on size while leaning out so no complaints. Diet adjusted added bagel with cream cheese. Focusing on legs for this cycle going to keep it fun and simple as I don't have plans to compete but just to inspire people. Talked to kgear community and adding in some different quad exercises.

Sunday nothing different. Test e feels same as cyp which is good for me. Will be able to really see next week. 200eod with reta e3d. No real updates fri-sun being i rest and work easy for my diet too

Leg day focusing quads more. Although I bumped my macros up I'm at 188 from 190 which is good because I'm still leaning while putting on muscle. Labs next Tuesday will see and post. Diet is generally the same. Greek yogurt oatmeal bagel cream cheese and main meals etc.1000001577.jpg

Labs Tuesday so probably post Friday. Finally seeing great progress. Kgear Test E close to a month used and loving it.

6/7 – Last work and rest day. Feeling great and well-rested. About one month into my cycle, running 200 mg EOD of Kgear Test E. The only side effect so far is some mild acne, which is pretty typical for me. Energy levels are excellent, and I'm really starting to see the cycle's results. Adding cardio before bed Monday through Thursday. Labs scheduled for Tuesday.

6/9 labs completed today—I'll upload the results by Friday.

Feeling awesome lately. I took a B12 shot yesterday, and it made a huge difference. Definitely adding that into my weekly routine.

The KGear Test E at 200mg EOD is really shining right now. Considering I'm in a cutting phase, I'm happy with my overall progress. I'm averaging 186 lbs this week, down from 240 lbs 14 months ago.

Reta at 1mg E3D has also helped keep my dopamine levels from dropping during the cut.

The KGear community has been a huge help with both my diet and gear questions, so shoutout to KGear and everyone who's shared advice along the way.

I know I perform best on a bulk, but I'm staying patient. After spending 10 years not working out, I'm focused on doing things the right way and trusting the process.

Got my labs back. Not everything is in yet, but my test levels came back at 1500+. Hematocrit is up a bit, but I'm making adjustments with extra cardio and increased water intake.

Definitely confirms that the 250mg Test E from KGear is doing its job. I'm 4 weeks in, running testosterone only. Currently around 185 lbs and eating about 2,600 calories a day.

Just enjoying the process so far. I'll get some updated pictures tomorrow. Feeling great overall—no real side effects other than a little acne.

Feel free to comment or share your thoughts.

6/11 – No major updates, just staying consistent. Trained delts and traps today, and added some leg work as well. Planning for 3 rest days (Friday–Sunday) focused on recovery and work.

I may add an extra 20 minutes on the elliptical if energy levels are good, since I recently incorporated that on top of my gym sessions and 20 minutes on the StairMaster.

Weight is holding about the same, but I'm leaning out and starting to notice more back definition. Running reta at 1 mg on Thursdays and Sundays, which seems to help keep dopamine levels from dropping. Test is 200 mg EOD, with an additional 100 mg on off
days.

6/12 rest day til sun focusing water and trying to add the extra cardio along with sleep. Pretty sore doms will probably hit tomorrow. Will probably do my b-12 tonight did my 200 kgear test e. Just trying to be patient

6/13 Update

Weight is still trending up while keeping macros the same added cardio. Visually, I can see muscle being added as well. I'll try to get some decent progress pictures this week for a better comparison.

I added a baby aspirin before bed, and it seems to have helped quite a bit. Currently doing 20 minutes of elliptical cardio and plan to increase that to 30 minutes. I'll continue with the added cardio until I feel ready to stop cutting.

Overall, my mood has been great. I just finished my first vial of KGear 250 Test E. I've really enjoyed this test cycle so far. At the same time, I've been educating myself on future cycles. A common recommendation I've seen is to run a lower testosterone dose (around 300–500 mg) and add a second compound for strong results.

I haven't decided what I would run yet, and I'm not in any rush. For now, I'm continuing my research, saving information for later, and focusing on enjoying the current cycle. Time will tell.

6/14 – Shot day.* Love my Kgear pin 😂. Some people hate it, but I love it—it makes me feel alive.
Nothing new to report since yesterday was a rest day. I've been staying consistent with the extra cardio on top of my gym sessions and rest days, it's definitely paying off.
The scale is up about 10 lbs over the last week, though some of that is definitely water weight. Visually, I'm noticing more muscle and better tone, so the cycle is clearly doing its thing.
Two more months to go—just need to stay patient and keep putting in the work. 💪🔥
