My ass been kicked too!!!
3 or 4 combined muscle group workouts past 2 weeks.
No energy but made sure i got each group in.
Tendonitis killing me, golfer elbow and putt putt golf with kids is only golf I ever played.
Lol!!!
14 hour days will do it.
I drive about 1 hour with traffic to work and same back.
Not near 14 hours right now but still slams me at this time if year!!

Healing my job never allows me to heal up. Or I should say I'm to broke to heal up. Yesterday had to carry a 500lb cast iron tub to the 2nd floor. This is why my injuries always lag around forever. I like the stretch you get from the db pull over.

Holy shit, one hell of a farmers walk!! Yes, those pullovers have been a staple in my training since I was a teen

Know the feeling.
As diesel mechanic I work alone
They act like we have limits on weight get someone but most of time nobody comes when I ask. Then service calls are alone.

Heavy stuff to lift put in place and hold.
And climb on huge equipment.
Wearing elbow support sleeve everyday

Carrying a 500lb cast iron tub up a flight of stairs sounds like a workout in itself. Maybe try carrying 500lbs on a trap bar and walking around the gym! I've tried farmers walks with a trap bar and yes it's brutal lol.

I actually do farmer walks during show prep for my cardio on lots of days

Db pullovers are great, I do them at the end of every back workout.
