What's fucked up, you can go look at all of his videos from like a year ago, and everyone is saying stuff about him dying. Like "she's just waiting for him to die any day now so she can have all the money." and "RIP Rich" and "Slow down RIch. You cant keep going at this pace," etc. People really did call it. That' is super fucked up. I think its unclassy as fuck, but at the same time people could tell he was doing too much.
I would like to know where people got it from that he overdosed. Just shows how easy the media lies and that shit spreads like wild fire. Dudes dead and people have nothing better to do then disrespect his girl and him. Get a fucking life.

Not to beat a dead horse, but i was curious to look into the actual side effects and usagoe of PMMA, as you dont here much about it. There is very little info out there on it, very little. I guess it was invented in 2003 and there really isn't alot of actual medical info on it either. I believe the company that first made it is bankrupt now. Mostly, they are conversation from plastic surgery on its use to heal acne scars and graft bones? Some medical journals refer to it as "bone cement." Even these youtube steroid gurus like Palumbo admit they don't know anything about PMMA and i couldnt find any other video regarding PMMA and its use in bodybuilding. Seemed Rich was a pioneer ( or guineapig) when it came to PMMA and bodybuilding? I dont think ive ever seen anyone on anyboard have a real discussion about it or inquire about it. Seems Brazil is the hotbed for it, with mostly women using it for cosmetic reasons. For Piana to take such a HUGE risk with that amount PMMA, he had to be desperate? No way he would of done that if he had any desire to live past 50, that was such a major gamble. I guess it did get him, what, 6-7 years of youtube fame?

That's one of the things that come with fame. When they die people feel they have the right to know all the sordid details of your life and death. And they make up whatever they want to make their gossip juicier.
People do all kinds of crazy shit, you know that. On a side note I wonder what those women's asses feel like when they're made of PMMA? A lot of them do it down in Brazil. A girl I was with a few times had something done to make her ass stand up but it was done in the USA. I'll ask her how hers was done. I'd say some sort of implant.

From the little i gatthered, their micro balls of plastic, orignally intended for Aids victims to help with their faces from wasting? IDK, also seen plastic surgeons ( certified from USA not some Mexican guy ) say they use it with good success for people with bad sacring from sever acne. I saw one nasty video where a surgeon show how they used it to repair someones ankle that was completely snapped, fucking sick. They tore deep into the guys foot and basicallly inserted what looked like a gumball ball of silly puddy, evidently it worked. Piana did admit he used PMMA, but said it was to fix a small bicep tear, rumors are he has had massive amounts put into his delts, arms, chest, forearmns, basically took it to a place NO ONE has before. Its popular in Brazil, where mostly women use it to ehance their asses, "Brazilan Butt Lift". From what i know, Piana got mutiple injections of this shit put deep into his muscle tisse, there it would harden inside the muscle,like a cement bar, and the muscle would expand. I wonder how much it hurt him to lift with that shit inside his muscles? Tearing and pulling his muscle fibers? Probably why he allegedly abused pain meds.
I know this, its not widely used AT ALL in the USA, seems very very rare where it is prescribed. Their was a medical journal review posted about it from the USA where they directly stated their was serious risky of the plastic breaking off and landing in arteries, and that was for the medical usa, Piana probably used 10,000 x the recommended medical use. Hope this helps man, theres really nothing much about it when i tried to find.

They grew like 6-7 inches in one year? Come on. If you have ever watched some of his videos, his look changes so much. Sometimes he looks super impressive, cartoonish, but like he has a constant pump. Other times, he looks so strange, hard to explain, his muscle everwhere just looks super smooth and soft, and jiggle like someone who is 500lbs? I'm sure others have tried it, small percentage, i doubt Piana is the only person in the WORLD to use PMMA for muscle enhancement, lot of sick fucks out there willing to do anything.

I wouldnt be suprised if Mutant paid for his PMMA. I heard its pricey and Piana never had the money is projected. All his gucci shit was knock offs and his luxery cars were salvage cars. He probably had some cash but nowhere near what he said. His claims of real estate and online trading are BS and anyone with any business background could see that. His descriptions of them where elementary knowledge at best.

Rich overdosed like any other drug abusing individual would ...wht the fuck is all the sorrow shit about? it sucks when your friends die of anything but rich was not my friend. Dallas Mcarver was and his death was tragic in my opinion why aren't we talking about him at 26 what an absolute shame that his death is being overshadowed by a overdose. Makes my skin crawl

Pollymethal-methacrylate-PMMA it is common, very common and has been used for many years. it generally comes in 13-20% microspheres in 80% beef collagen. typically it is used for butt enhancement, penile enlargement, and facial enhancement.-people use it because it is considered permanent ...more so than hydrogel. Both are rather well kept secrets in bodybuilding. Rich had a torn bicep and used it to make it look more normal. it is widely used. I think it is called Artifil in the US.

I think both deaths are sad bro. But when you say someone else's death is more tragic I think that's wrong. Rich was a great guy. Obviously he's getting more publicity because he was more popular. We know next to nothing about what caused him to collapse in the first place. The Mcarver excuse about choking on food is a joke. Fuck you if you don't know how to chew your food. At least go out saying how you fucked up with slin or something because no 26 year old looks like that without doing something insane, and Rich was open about his use. Can't say the same about Mcarver. Mourn them both. They are both missed. They were both someone's son.

Bro do you have a clue on what it takes to weigh 340 lbs how much food you must go thru, I personally know professional bodybuilders who couldn't handle another steak meal so they would go get their cuts ground because their jaws hurt from just eating. Dallas was committed to being the best he could be and to say that a professional bodybuilder cant manage his insulin is like saying a a type 1 diabetic just fucked up a lethal dose ...they don't.they re professionals and until the autopsy comes out I don't think Josh has any reason to lie about what happened Both tragic but one I can relate to and one I have no good feeling towards
