Likely all for show. Like him or hate him, he has had success in his supplement company and marketing via social media. Hes been able to garner the attention he was after and many folks eat it up. Too much of everything IMO, but he has certainly earned his popularity.

But, I don't think he looks good. Look back at his BBing days and he had an excellent physique. Now its rough to say the least.
