Rich piana overdose

RIP Rich

Yup, apparently his ex-wife confirmed Rich's death. He was a one of a kind - a big character who was definitely living and indulging the life he chose to the fullest. He'll be missed by many.
RIP Rich Piana

This fucking little niglet bitch is PM'ing me. Time for the piece of shit to go. Hammer time. Disrespectful little cunt.

Wtf he was msging me to. Sent me a massage saying he could get my anything and to hit him up wtf who is this clown?

I met Rich this last January at an expo. I'll say this, he was polite, respectful, engaging, and looked into the eyes of every fan he took a picture with genuinely interested in what they had to say. I know that shit can get tiring an he did it day in and day out.

He let my wife cut first in line for a photo because we went with our 1 year old daughter who was strapped to her chest. He laughed and played with my daughter who was fascinated by him. Rich looked me in the eye shook my hand and said bro, you look fucking good, keep it up. Rich didn't have to dish out compliments, let us cut in line and play and laugh with my daughter. The point I'm making is that from what I witnessed, in just a brief few minutes, beneath that tough guy image was actually a respectful, nice human being.

RIP Rich

Exactly. I spoke with him on at least a couple of occasions when I was living in Vegas many years ago. He was a genuine person underneath all the outward display and character he projected. He was someone I honestly felt good about acquainting with. He'll absolutely be missed. Larger than life.

RIP. I hope we learn from this and how to honor Rich and Dallas and other fallen iron eating brothers that we don't ever hear about.

I am not invincible, I, we are someone's son, uncle, husband, father, friend....etc... and the domino effect of a lost life doesn't just stop when Rich passed away. I don't know what I'd do if someone in my close circle passes away (again)..... but I do know that if I die, all my brothers, sisters, family members better use my death as fuel to live the life that I would want you to live. Don't let me die with my current legacy....Please let me think that I was able to influence someone else to be in a better place and doing better things before we first chatted or not. (don't get me wrong, I am not going to die ANYTIME soon..got kid to care for). I just said what I said because eventually I'll passed away (got good 45yrs left!!!) and I'll be fucking pissed off if my death causes others to stop fighting/grinding when we see each other again wherever that may be. So to honor their death, we must become better humans at all aspects of life and never give up fighting no matter how many times you get knocked down as how and what you do is what defines us and is the least we can do to honor our fallen brothers.

What sounds better? "Recent death of BB has caused the BB community to take precautions to preserve their longevity" or "Recent death of BB wasn't a wake up call. More reported deaths in similar manner are being reported daily"

Terrible news. Definitely keep his family in prayers. Is it just me or are we seeing this more and more often lately?.

It's life brother. We are getting older. Death is all around us. So many people I know and went to school with have died. And this will continue until death comes for us

I'm hearing some bad rumors about Rich's ex wife & his girlfriend now from a reptuable source, basically they destroyed him. Chanel chick was a coke head. This will get very ugly for going forward, very ugly. Didn't realize Rich was such a party guy either, i always thought he was somewhat straight laced, but i guess his drug use was well known. He HAD to of known this was coming, heart can only take so mych.

Yeah I heard some similar things about his current girl. Those were her "lines" on the counter is what is being said by someone who apparently knows quite a lot. If they were hers and he's getting reamed everywhere by people saying dumb shit then the least she could do is come out and say it. But guaranteed she won't

I loved Rich. I don't see how anybody can call him fake when he kept it real more than anybody I know in the industry. Sucks that he died tho. He greatly motivated me not just from bodybuilding but in life in general. His "whatever it takes" has made a big impact on me because at the end of the day he is right. They're no excuses in life.

You're the Mayor of Gainzville too so you've got a lot of people depending on you. Definitely no excuses for your mayoral duties of the city of Gainzville.
