First let me say sorry that I'm just now getting back to you. Brother you just described me to the t only my clen was helios yaw freakin haw. And I felt the exact same way. I love destroying myself in the gym. And no better way to do it than jacked to the gills. Or so I thought never dreamed it wouldn't go back to normal. You've always been a guy I followed and respected do the right thing brother. I know you got people you care about doing the same thing. Help them before It happens to someone else you know. And I'm not saying their bad their another tool in the arsenal. I just abused it it's on me. Just don't want anyone thinking I'm blaming anyone but myself.

Ya man it had been a year and a half since I had anything more than a cup of coffee pre workout the pressure just kept going up. Fixing to start the big comeback in about 2 weeks. Been training a little
