Joints issue

Having a new issue I havent experienced before. My joints are "weaker" than the weight I need to push. Mainly its just my elbows during chest. Im sure itll pass but anyone dealt w this before? Elbows feel like theyre just going to snap at times.

Hey brotha....are you sure its your joints and not your tendons or ligaments that is causing you the discomfort?
 
Dumbbells or barbell? Curious when I get these stupid annoying issues I prefer dumbbells because I can alter my grip or range of motion. Tendons in forearms used to scream when I went heavy straight bar curl switched to dumbbell curl and no issue. I feel you on those issue but like slayer said I chalk it up to tendons/ligaments more so then joint

Thats what I meant. Shoulda been more clear. My strength has superceeded my joints/tendons threshhold is how it feels. Using dumbbells, thats all I use any more really, and it progressed a couple weeks ago but I needed to keep upping the weight because my chest could handle more. Seems my joints just cant. Im gonna have to drop the weight and try to put more time u der tension to ensure I still work the muscle group properly. Cant think of any other work around.

Work some static holds with 10-15% over your 1RM. A lot of guys get on sauce and their strength increases quickly while their joints, ligaments, and tendons can’t handle the increased load. It’s a recipe for disaster. Start the holds and start taking glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM.

Ill give it a shot. This is probably my 30th run/blast or so and its a mild one comparatively so no idea where this extra strength is comin from and at my age I gotta be careful w the old conmective tissue lol

I take flex mode by EVL nutrition it’s got all hwntime suggested plus turmeric, hyaluronic acid and bioperine.

Remember when cycling AS makes your muscles grow stronger and bigger but does nothing for tendons and ligaments. As you get stronger the more weight you push the more stress is gonna be put on your tendons and ligaments and you become more to injury.

Ive aways adjusted pretty well. Seems this time however my strength has increased more than what I had become accustomed to w precious runs. Runs of the same compounds Im using now. Only difference is the addition of iPam which I doubt is causing the crazy strength gain.

In-fact, Certain compounds lend themselves to more brittling of the tendons & liggies, test high dose test especially. Once in awhile we/us shod focus on compounds that are more conducive to Collagen Synthesis, like VAR, Primo Deca all good choices on the matter, & may be beneficial to lower/Cruze on the Test for awhile while focusing more on those , and maybe Gelatin, and /or Collegan.peptides in supplemental form.may be of good use as well, I put a variety of Collegan Peptide supplements ( bovine, /and deep sea fish ) choices in one of my protien shakes daily. Gelatin /and or bone broth is supposed to be very good and has restorative effects for this purpose.

Your knowledge stumps me every time. Right now im at 250 test / 400 tren / 400 1-Test. All compounds Ive ran before at doses I have done before. It is however my first time running 400 tren w 400 1-Test. Ran em at 400 before but never together. Keeping with my usual standard of approx gram runs. Ill check on supps. Im a non deca fan as I instantly look like a damn fatass the minute it seems to his my body.

Id like to know as well , Ive been wanting to to do a Deca cycle so bad but Im terrified of gyno , I just stopped using NPP @200 ew split in 2 for joint relief. It worked well but fucked my libido up bad.
 
I’m probably adding low dose deca to my next run for joint. Don’t think you’ll have an issue if you have the rightvratiis of other substances

I wosh I could do even low dose dbol. Sensitive af to bloat
