I have a fitness competition in 4 months.
6 years ago I looked amazing (like a super hero). Since then I have lost 12 lbs of muscle and gained 10lbs of fat.
I’m trying to remember exactly what I did to have an amazing physique. I didn’t have HGH on my side then, but I had age.
I remember practically starving all days except for a protein shake, lifting, and then immediately consuming about 4000 calories worth of Chinese honey chicken and protein and then passing out. This sounds like a recipe for being a fat ass on paper.
I don’t believe you can’t gain muscle while losing fat if you are on PEDs. But I have to get a 28 inch waist, keep a lean stomach, and pack on muscle on my upper body in the process.

Don't worry, 12 lbs of muscle could be re-attained "easily" due to muscle memory. Clean diet & the right training for
"Your" current recovery ability.
