Insulin Users - did you gain fat?

I have a fitness competition in 4 months.
6 years ago I looked amazing (like a super hero). Since then I have lost 12 lbs of muscle and gained 10lbs of fat.


I’m trying to remember exactly what I did to have an amazing physique. I didn’t have HGH on my side then, but I had age.

I remember practically starving all days except for a protein shake, lifting, and then immediately consuming about 4000 calories worth of Chinese honey chicken and protein and then passing out. This sounds like a recipe for being a fat ass on paper.

I don’t believe you can’t gain muscle while losing fat if you are on PEDs. But I have to get a 28 inch waist, keep a lean stomach, and pack on muscle on my upper body in the process.

Don't worry, 12 lbs of muscle could be re-attained "easily" due to muscle memory. Clean diet & the right training for
"Your" current recovery ability.
 
Not not useless brother, all this info was learned over a lot of years and errors. The whole purpose of slin is to push as much carbs and nutrients in the muscle, so going less is kind of backwards in my eyes. At 2iu, you can pretty much do the same thing by not doing slin, sit down eat a waffle with tons of powdered sugar with tons of syrup, that’s gonna push your body to open up, then eat your 6 eggs and a plate of potatoes so ur pushing all the carbs in.

This with metformin right?
I’m worried about spillover to fat. I want my muscles sucking this up like a sponge. I though HGH + insulin + Metformin was the combo to do that.

We both know I’m not going to do any experimental shit without glucose in my pocket to rapidly raise my blood sugar.

But hear me out: why couldn’t the carbs be replaced for BCAA’s (large amounts)? BCAA’s convert to to glucose at about 80%; meaning with 3-4 IU of slin, immediately followed by 40 grams of BCAA’s and then sipping EAA’s my whole workout.... wouldn’t that keep blood sugar up , and greatly reduce the change of fat spillover?
The insulin is do during the workout I can shove EAAs into muscle.

I just raised my blood sugar 14 points with BCAA’s this morning.

Have any of you read "building the perfect beast"? Its a pdf book you can download from ironmagf.

Anyways, the author says you can use DNP with slin and it manipulates insulin resistance of fat cells or something along those lines...

I have used neither slin nor DNP, so don't go off my word, but the author is a doctor and went from a skinny 155 lb dork to a jacked 275 lber in like 4 years or something and some respected vets vouch for a lot of the shit he says.

Might be worth investigating.

Oh i never said it's safe lol... I will repeat, i have not used DNP nor slin.

But the author who i believe is a doctor and shows pics of the most unreal 2.5 year transformation ive ever seen claims that DNP makes fat cells "insulin resistant" so taking slin + DNP will flood your muscle cells while your fat cells resist growth.

It's a very intriguing read, he has other wild concepts in there like mega-dosed 35 day cycles designed to come off when cortisol/estrogen catch up and do it again after another 30-60 day detox and just some interesting dosing lay outs, like 250mg Sust ed for 15 days, with 250mg of deca ed starting Day 10 up through the end of it after you drop test...
