Insulin Users - did you gain fat?

So two weeks ago after watching a few YouTube videos and reading a few articles and forums, I was gung-ho about trying insulin this week (2 IU preworkout, no fats all carbs).

Reading a bit more though, and watching some YouTube “gurus” from RXmuscle, and I’m having second thoughts.
It seems to be a recipe for adding body fat fast; which I don’t want to do. I had this bad idea that I using it around workouts would somehow cause the nutrients to be shuttled to muscle instead of fat: I think I was dead wrong on that.

Those who’ve used it: What are your thoughts and experience with it thus far?
 
Also interesting in adding some nolvalin-r. I also saw the same video, at the same time I know it will put on decent size. I just want to do it properly without unwanted fat gain

If you wanna gain mass, slin will do this, if you really want gh to work, slin will do it, if you want the craziest strength gain before a workout, slin will do it!! How are you gonna add fat if your taking in carbs and forcing bcaa’s on slin?? Sure don’t live at McDonald’s and suck back milk shakes, but the protocol I’ve lived by was to force Karbolyn and bcaa’s, 10iu before, and 10iu after and blast bcaa’s and I mean a lot. I sware by it, and can add weight quick doing it this way.

Honestly, I don’t know how you aren’t extremely fat (you post your diet and there are a lot of yummy things in it). My guess? It’s the HGH (lots of it) WITH the slin.

Karbolyn: I’ve heard of it but never learned about it. I don’t know what the advantage is or what it’s about (I just know it’s a special carb). I’ll look it up.

But what I want to chime.in on here is the Karbolyn & some.of the other carbs marketed towards us Bodybuilders, it has to do with "Gastric Emptying ' and molecular weight in a nut shell , the various carb sources

If it wasn’t for you I literally wouldn’t have slin lol.

I am not worried about it being unsafe (because I’d carry glucose gel on me), but I’ve read so much conflicting information I’m almost convinced it a) wouldn’t help me pack on muscle or b) will cause me to rapidly gain fat.

There is one article I read where the guy claimed if you weren’t on large dosages of HGH making you insulin resistant, insulin really isn’t useful.
 
Gh as you know will burn fat, but gh needs calories to really work, there’s a reason why Dorian ate ice cream and tons of bb’ers out there eat some these sugar treats everyday, cause they need the calories. When the body is running at 1000% all day it’s gonna burn whatever you throw at it, I’m not saying to go to kfc, bang slin and sit down to a meal, but say you hit 5-10iu of log and you wait the 2 hrs till the log window is shut down, and in those two hrs you fed your system the carbs and bcaa’s it needs, you can absolutely sit down and enjoy a nice steak, or whatever you would like. There’s tons of protocols out there but milos is the best at slin discussion, and there’s a reason why some of his athletes can put on 40lbs in the off season. He really pushes bcaa’s to the next level while on slin. If your starting in the slin world just go slow, don’t rush it, take ur time to get up to 10iu then push as much as 15iu per shot. My rule of thumb is 1.5-2 grams of carbs with every iu of slin to be safer. Lots of great products out there for carbs, my favorite, is 5% carb food, it’s from yams, rice and no fillers, then there’s karbolyn which is great also, I love bananas and oats after my workout and nothing is better to push inside than than meal!!

Seems like you could get away with just drinking 50 grams of fast acting whey protein and tons of aminos after a low (1-2IU) insulin injection.

But the carbs you ingest turn into Glycogen, (I know during glucogenesis ) protein can too, "but" that's a different animal & diet strategy altogether...

And gylycogen is what "pull" water (for muscle fullness ) into the cell... Which is what Bodybuilding is all about.

That onion peel "thin" veiney skin tight & taughnt from the pump.
 
For every gram (I think...? ) Of Glycogen you store. has the ability to pull I wanna say 3 times that , maybe more of water "into" (not around ) & between the skin If this happens it's called "spill-over" / washes out that defined look were after.

& slin /carbs is what gets this accomplished. ( The water "into" the cell that is..! )

Did 2iu of insulin with HGH 30 minutes ago.

These (pictures) are the carb sources I’m “sipping” in the Gym. Along with my bottle of eaa’s and creatine and a bunch of other aminos.
I also took 1000mg of metformin, which I had mixed feelings about, to prevent spillover to fat.


Update: So far I’m 30 minutes in and no weird feelings. And I’ve only taken half the organic baby food pack, with my aminos. No dextrose gel yet.
Remember, I only took 2 IU.

Well, I definitely didn’t/don’t need many carbs with only 2 IU insulin.
I had probably 17 during the first hour, and another 20 spread out over the next two hours just to make myself feel safe. I took about 30 grams of EAA’s and 30 grams of Bcaa’s though.

I’m going to see about 2 IU with less carbs tomorrow. It was a good experiment today. I’ll carry glucose gel with me throughout tomorrow experiment as well, just to be safe.

Now I want some fucking red meat.

One packet was mashed banana and one was pure dextrose gel.
I think I am going to be unpleasantly surprised when I move to 4IU of insulin if I try to do what I did yesterday; so you are right.

Organic mashed oats and pumpkin is what i was going to use, and organic mashed banana. 17 carbs per pack.

I’m super insulin sensitive; I had zero issues yesterday but I carried glucose and honey with me in my pocket everywhere.


I really want to see if I can experiment with lower carbs/using protein and metformin and gain some knowledge for the community so I’m not so useless.
 
Not not useless brother, all this info was learned over a lot of years and errors. The whole purpose of slin is to push as much carbs and nutrients in the muscle, so going less is kind of backwards in my eyes. At 2iu, you can pretty much do the same thing by not doing slin, sit down eat a waffle with tons of powdered sugar with tons of syrup, that’s gonna push your body to open up, then eat your 6 eggs and a plate of potatoes so ur pushing all the carbs in.
 
I have a fitness competition in 4 months.
6 years ago I looked amazing (like a super hero). Since then I have lost 12 lbs of muscle and gained 10lbs of fat.


I’m trying to remember exactly what I did to have an amazing physique. I didn’t have HGH on my side then, but I had age.

I remember practically starving all days except for a protein shake, lifting, and then immediately consuming about 4000 calories worth of Chinese honey chicken and protein and then passing out. This sounds like a recipe for being a fat ass on paper.

I don’t believe you can’t gain muscle while losing fat if you are on PEDs. But I have to get a 28 inch waist, keep a lean stomach, and pack on muscle on my upper body in the process.
