I remember been in kindergarten totally fascinated with martial arts..I was learning Judo from my father...I was chubby. I was 7 when i formally joined an awesome Kenpo Karate school back in my country...I remember packing my bag every day with fruits and healthy snacks, my books and my GI (Kimono). My father kept encouraging me to train hard and eat properly to get fit. By the age of 9 I was teaching karate at the school...training hard and competing...i was still fat..by the age of 14 i had a 2nd degree black belt and i was very athletic...my father never stopped motivating me to learn, train hard and be disciplined. I turned to bbuilding in my late teens and the passion for nutrition became even stronger..got a couple of college degrees at an early age just to be a better athlete and trainer. Thru all this years this is what i learned about nutritional habits: knowledge is essential but good habits are based on discipline and commitment. If you please allow me i would like to kindly offer you an advice . If your eating and nutritional habits are not well structured...DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STEROIDS!!!! Nothing makes up for discipline in life.
God bless you all. I pray that you all have a great day with your families.
