That's bro science man. I do inject my bi's with gear simply because it's a good pin spot for me anything 2cc or less. Pecs as well. Anything bigger is either VG, delt, quads, or glutes.

Those biceps are huge though bro. Igf des would be my guess for a spot inject but I think you just have awesome genetics to have arms like that.

I was just going to mention that. I want to try des on my chest especially my right pec it has a big indent in it from idk what, maybe a tear. And everything els of corse. Shit maybe even in my penis lol jk

Lol thanks on the genetics comment. I think it's a combo of genes and heavy, heavy weights. Either that or some serious jerking as a teen when puberty hit lol.

Yeah I'm a heavy weights guy too. But I have a different type of training that most can't hang with because they usually over train with it.

Lol, I hear ya. Only guy who trains with me that hasn't hurt himself is a powerlifter I know. We manage to push one another pretty well even though he's not as strong as I am on lifts he doesn't compete in. It's all good though, it's all for the love of the sport.

I want to try and start lifting heavy again I'm just scared I'm going to hurt myself then I'll be out of work and I can't have that lol
 
I've taken power lifters through my workout normally they get pissed at there self because they can't lift what they thought they could with my style of workouts and humbles them lol. Buddy benches 500 easy could barely put up 315 with my workout.

Intensity and reduced rest periods have a way of balancing things out. I rest about 30 seconds between lifts, but I'm always benching in the upper 400's and on occasion I go 500. I warm up on bench with 225 for 30 and then 20, jump to 315, 405, 455 and 475 each wo. Arms I start db preachers with 90. Hammers I start at 80 and work up to 105 (seated for controlled movement) Shoulder presses with 225 and stay there for 5 sets. Strict form is my thing. However I wanna try adding exercises, which obviously will require lighter weights so I can thoroughly work more detail into my physique. My biggest downfall is all my ifbb friends are out of state and all the so called bodybuilders where I live are busy making excuses about not wanting to get bigger. WTF? That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard. I'm telling you, I'm literally sick of the scene around here as far as that goes but it's a reflection of the population of peoples here as their predominantly shorter statured persons. Sounds dumb but it's true. I'm a big guy, BUT I know bigger and in my mind that is my goal. I've successfully ate like shit this holiday but cruising so as they say in Vegas fukkit.
As to the scene around here it's mostly PCM because quite a few of these guys are clueless on anabolics and if you try and have a intelligent conversation with them about it's always a 'well they guy who sponsors me said' conversation and IMO he is built like shit considering the gear he's running. I've gone to a few comps out here and have yet to have anyone catch my eye as far as being truly impressive. Most guys are mirror muscle types of looking like they're lacking time in the gym. IDK what it is about here, but I know powerlifters shredded to the bone that look more like BB'ers than the BBer's themselves.

I just hit 4 cc's in right delt I was going to split between shoulders but I was half way threw and was like fuck it Ima just do the whole thing it actually wasn't that bad
 
I've noticed with MCT as a carrier oil any pin is much better I'm about done with GSO and the likes...
 
I had like 4 different kind in that pin lol test was cottonseed deca was gso mast was mct and I had some tne/trne lol mad oil blend in that bitch haha

We'll see I had weighed 260 plus before and it was hell on my knees and cardio. Right now it's about adding some size to certain muscles and staying proportional. One thing I dislike is muscle imbalance. For instance, having a great back is fine, but the rear delts should pop as well. We'll see how it all works out bro. The intention is always to be bigger and better.
