Huge Mentality

In all honesty that's too frequent, you're not allowing rest and recovery. You might be on gear but you're limiting yourself by not allowing rest/recovery periods. I train M - F and take weekends off and if for some reason I'm busy, or worn down from a hard session I take a day off as well. A balance of pushing it and resting is key.

Lol, me too bro. Me too.

Ya I think I'm going to start taking at least two rest days a week spread out tho like Thursday and Sunday

Yeah I tend to relate this to all things. If you slack in the things you supposedly love to do such as training then obviously that is your lackluster approach to all things. One should take the "kill shit daily" approach to everything IMO.

As tom platz would say I will never leave the gym a failure I rather die then leave a failure.

He is a good dude. Knows his stuff. We talk all the time

Yeah, I'm gonna give his wo routine w/ a tweak here and there a go as I need to change mine up a bit. I can tell he knows his shit as the similarities we share are kinda cool. We share a lot of similar ideas on gear dosages, exercise principles. He however has shorter rest periods between sets because of lighter weights used, but it evens out as intensity is still up there. I look forward to seeing what difference this change makes for my physique over the next 90 day trial. He definitely seems like an asset to the forum and it's always good to be able to talk big boy talk here and there.

I think you will like it once you get a taste of high intensity training it literally turns you into a animal if you can stand the burn and pain and the occasional puke lol.

Also once that lactic acid threshold increases you can push your self to a whole different level.

Bro... I live for this shit. I retired from the service about 2 1/2 yrs ago and what I do is hit the gym Mon - Fri in the a.m. and spend my day repping/assisting folks. This is literally what I do bro. Live it. Lift it. Love it.

Then smack it in the mouth and tell it you're the daddy...

Lol, seriously bro, I'm fortunate enough that this is what I do... Lift and rep.
