How close do you watch your diet?

The plus side is I look at weights and I grow but if I don't eat clean I will get fat and sloppy just as fast I'm finding my solution now though I found I shouldn't do cardio the benefit is so minimal its pointless for me . instead lifting twice is way better I recover really fast and keep adding muscle and get leaner and the calorie expenditure for muscle recovery is way better . when I diet super hard and do cardio I shrivel up and drop weight fast . but doing this In barely loosing any weight at all but I'm getting leaner way faster and I'm eating more .

I'll outline the exact meal plan I followed about 10-11 years ago to finally get my but we'll over 200, I was stuck at about 197 ish, for a bit, really stepped up my Kcals (
and hit 241 ) with basically a lb of beef, a lb of chicken and 18 eggs + protein shakes, as my protein intake, carbs Jas rice, or brown, broccoli & killer salads, green beans (all you can handle) occasional fish, salmon, tuna out of a can. Sweet potato, quick action carbs like Gatorade, or Waxy Maize, beans pinto, black etc. A must..! Want to make the meals have some "Potency ", toast with honey & banana, etc. Even got away with eating Ben & Jerry's sometimes twice a week ( Thank GH for that) even pre~ contest, and sometimes I'd eat the whole pint, instead of just half, (hard to resist at times, I was a walking incinerator, I kid you not) and qualified to do National Level Show's with this, at 42.

See the difference between hard gainer and endomorph is I will always have too struggle but all you need is this little secret word I'm about too expose ( Humalog) problem sovled

Bingo....! Just have to know WTF your doing with slin, some people are so irrisponsable with it, or don't know how dangerous it can be if your not aware. or haven't did ur homework. Works wonders in little mini cycles 3-4 weeks, then break, another 3-4 weeks, off etc.

I've gone thru maybe 5-6 vials of Humalog in the past, and
fortunately "only" went hypo a couple times, but was perfectly prepared.

Works wonders for adding weight . and being prepared is key I'm usually on point with numbers of carbs too with it but I have a scoop of karbolyn and a scoop of branch cyclic dextrin in my intra workout jug with EAAs and extra l Lucien and glutamine. But I keep glucose tabs in my bag and a shaker cup with Gatoraid powder ready too add water and slam if I need quick sugar

There ya go, also they make these Honey sticks, kinda small, but perhaps even those little restaurant honey packets , a few of em', or even a Honey Bear �� squeeze bottle left in gym bag, or car, I've sometime's done just Jelly, or jelly slammed on ww toast or piece of Hillbilly Bread, or even a can of cola .

Can "never," be too prepared when it comes to toiling with
Slin for size, I'm going to incorporate it back into my regime again probably in a Few weeks, or next month, as I'm a done cutting for now, back to Massing up..!

I don't count I just go for protien source and carb source clean depending on time of day.
I WATCH MY PANTS AROUND WAIST!!!
When they get tight I make adjustments.
I know what to do when to do it and I must burn alot because most of time it's not important as long as i get my protien and carb sources.
I don't compete but I stay between 12% and 6% year round.
I bulk then I cut.

I never understood the whole "bulk" and "cut" thing. It's just yo-yo dieting. Why not just stick with "recomp"?. Then again I was never really into bodybuilding at all.

I am 41. As I gotten older I have gotten harden but more dense it's called matured muscle fibers. When I was younger ibstsyer leaner in a way but was more puffy.
I learned now that I stuck with testosterone and androgenic steroids that dont aromatase. But when I bulk I only do lean bulks I can put on weight and sacrificing a little body fat is necessary to gain more muscle.
But my best look is 7-8%
So I go thru the bulk pack on muscle around 12-13% with long esters higher test. Then I cut with androgenic steroids tren a test prop low mast prop anavar proviron and I get to 7% in 6 weeks like clock work.
When injuries are at bay I can be bigger several lbs at 7%.
I like all muscles exaggerated.
And the problem with not doing this is staying too lean unless on good dose of gh it will get to point of maintaining instead of growing.
It's not easy to grown deficient but surplus much easier.
A little trick to is right after a cut we are primed for growth so we can Hit a blast pack on calorues and carbs and we get Growth all Right!
Also staying too lean makes prong to injury. The bulk puts water back into joints. And the cut really shows all those prize muscles.
It's the way to grow.
We can all use and stay 12-15% and be bulky but to get into 7%or less were work pushing and the pay off is awsome!
