The plus side is I look at weights and I grow but if I don't eat clean I will get fat and sloppy just as fast I'm finding my solution now though I found I shouldn't do cardio the benefit is so minimal its pointless for me . instead lifting twice is way better I recover really fast and keep adding muscle and get leaner and the calorie expenditure for muscle recovery is way better . when I diet super hard and do cardio I shrivel up and drop weight fast . but doing this In barely loosing any weight at all but I'm getting leaner way faster and I'm eating more .
