How close do you watch your diet? Me I'm pretty bad with the OCD, so I usually keep my diet pretty under control, I write down everything, and have a daily goals for Calories, Protein, and Carbs. this way I stay pretty lean while adding size at a steady rate. This works well for me and has for many years.
 
I've been following avatar nutrition. Changes macros weekly for your goals. Hitting PR's and losing fat.

I have been blessed with the metabolism of the fires of Hades. I eat how when as much so I don't really watch it much. Anyone who knows me or has seen me knows I can eat like a goat and I am always lean. I hate it ,hate it , hate it. Anyone who says it's a blessing I say this think of how hard it is to lose weight , reverse it and add double . Eat eat eat

very close I might adjust my macros every two weeks depending on what im trying to do but, I am a freak about meal prep and nutrition
 
Normally, I've been training low enough to eat pretty healthy but not crazy where I hate it. The only time I get really closely watch is training leading up to something

Mine is the same thing right now everyday except the weekends I eat big calories. I will cycle carbs and protein depending on how I feel too.

typical day right now.
Meal one 12 eggs with 8 pieces of white bread
Meal two 8ounce 80% ground beef with 2 cups of white rice
Meal three same as two
Meal four same as three
Meal five same as four
after the gym I eat a Stromboli with pep and cheese
i will eat 4 Klondike bars and snack before I go to bed, I drink 3 met rx rtd's everyday and drink 2 gallons of water and live on Powerade.
 
meal 1 10 0z ground beef 3 cups egg whites and 6 pieces of sourdough toast
meal 2 50 grams whey isolate with mct oil
meal three - 6 8 oz chicken ( thighs or breast) 1 cup white rice and brocolli
meal 7 10 oz beef with 2 cups rice

this is 7 days a week adjust cardio or carb to stay lean not a junk food guy but maybe a pizza every two weeks keeps me sane

That's my thing.. a pizza every 1-2 weeks

Uhm I have too disagree as one of the many that have too do lots of cardio eat chicken and broccoli 5 times a days and use DNP and shit too stay lean . you sir SUCK I stay lean all year long through endless suffering and the slightest slip and I gain 10 lbs . Its no way better than having too force feed pizza too hitbthose calorie goals . 😢

I hate it as much as you have to fight to go lean it's super hard to get size. Am I happy having to squeeze in one more serving taking 10 shits a day I feel your pain brother it's a struggle on both ends, genetics are a bitch

Oh I'm sure it's tough to be able to eat Pizza and Donuts and not have to worry about gaining any fat. What a rough life these guys must lead huh?.

Right I would kill for a bowl of ice cream and some cookies or just a couple prices of pizza but I don't want too do extra cardio for the next two days and wear a hoodie too cover up my soft bloated mess .

Salmon jasmine rice MCT oil . apple cider viniger probiotic and digestive enzymes . that's my hardgainer meal plan that's and ground beef and jasmine rice . lots of good protein good fats and fast digesting carbs those will burn through you keeping you hungry avoid allot of fiber eat ground beef no steak more fish than chicken stuff that breaks down faster if you eat chicken boil it and rip it into pieces . chew chew chew . digestion is key

You, my friend, sound "exactly" like me..!

And, even though it is ( seems like a double edged sword)
It truly is a blessing, I certainly understand your frustration tho, and the analogy of the person with complete "opposite " scenario..! And, I use that analogy, all the time, what gets me, is these "Fat " Fuckers that know their fat as hell, I mean "disgusting " & still continue to gorge, and make gluttons of themselves.

I've "wholeheartedly " tried to help peeps with their condition, to no avail, they "must" want it bad to get it right, because I rarely see any real effort, I mean food is a joy, you shouldn't have to eat like a Monk, or a Rabbit either, just "Smart".. ! I do feel blessed to be this way, but yes it is very frustrating when you do all you can to get that extra edge, or try new things (even eat crappy sometimes) to get some new size on. But I'd rather be like this than the other any day.
