Haha! I forgot to mention that. You are basically hooked up to a machine and your blood gets circulated, hydrated and stripped of some platelettes. So yessir [MENTION=702]juicemonkey[/MENTION]...it is a bit disturbing!��

Not long at all if your just donating a pint. The worst part for me is when they stick me then it's no biggie, and when they take it out.. I'm going to get bloods done tomorrow for igf-1 from annys hgh and test and estrogen from bulk raws test e and letrozol, so more needles in my veins yay!! Lol

Ya I don't blame you man.. I got bloods done not to long ago but was taking caber and didn't know it effected off igf blood work so I've been off for a while now and am on my last box (3rd) and almost done so I'm going back in to see what's up. Should have results in a week or so look out for them in Anny's section

Blood donations take about 20 minutes. I don't recommend working out afterward. Take a day off after donating.

Not necessarily blood pressure but overall sense of well-being yes. But I'm sure it does help with blood pressure, if your blood pressure isn't already too high because if it is they won't let you donate.

My endo doc suggested I start donating due to elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit.

Yes, a big reason why I donate as well. Donating is excellent for one's health. You help yourself as well as many others by donating as often as possible.

I try to do it every two months. So about 5-6 times a year.

Lol...not quite sure thats how I want to control my blood values.
Donating blood will seriously save your ass if you cycle on a regular basis. I wont get into it here but there are great posts on other boards about it. Im also type o so i give double reds as often as they will let me as directed by my doctor. It has vastly improved my hemocrit and gains plus you are doing a nice thing. Give blood.
