I’m at 500mg test c a week and 250mg EQ. That’s a lot for me. That’s wild all that gear.

Just curious, what's your objective with that stack...?

I'd either bump the EQ to the same as the test, or at least switch em' 500 EQ,. & 250 - 300 TEST, but, as Ketsugo puts it, we are our "own" experiment s " in this eandevor.. not trying to advise, or tell ya what to do, it's just that EQ will.do little under 500-600 mg/ week much like Primo should be ran min. 600-700

When I throw Primo in there, I'll probably drop the test way back (maybe ) & 800 Primo to start, with VAR @ 80-100

I thought EQ would be good at 400mg/wk for new guys like stretch.

If he's new or considerably smaller, may be just right... IDK
 
lets not forget about the amount of different meds to prevent/combat sides at that high of level....

Seeing how I react to it. I know it’s a long run should be 16-20 weeks. Probably gonna bump it up after a couple more weeks and give blood around week 8. Want to put on some mass. Been eating like crazy too. Not sure but it’s my 3rd week in and a day after my third shot I got flu like symptoms. Might just be I’m getting a cold but didn’t know if anyone else ran into this.

This your first cycle? First run with EQ, I ran it at 1200mgs/week. Didn't see much from it at all. Increased appetite and muscles felt full, but very minimal in terms of gains. I know many people like, but I felt like it was a waste of oil where I could use a stronger compound instead. Do what works for you, but 250mgs per week is very very low, and EQ has very low sides, so it wouldn't hurt to bump it up to atleast 600mg/week like MotorCity said. I have read some articles and pros opinions where you don't even really reap the benefits until around 2 grams per week.
 
And If you think about it, with the higher dose gear available 400 & 500 test combos, 600 EQ,. 500 deca, I'm sure there are higher possible, I'm certain Sust could be done @ 500-600 easily.

Jumping back on (two years this Feb ) my first pin was 1200 mg , and just for sake of catching up on pinning schedule I have put 3.5 cc each Glute, (there's almost 3/4 a 10 ml right there )

Then, alot of gear flows nicely thru a "backloaded " Slin pin
So, a cc / delt or "just" in 1 selected head each side then
In.a proper rotation, skip a day { or not..! } repeat.., as long as your not sore as shit,. My sites are usually just fine.

Have rarely gotten bad enuff pip to call it a day.

Very easily achievable especially when chasing their status and that all so coveted Olympia Title.

Hell, there's even "Tera Test" available. 1000mg/ml.

Yeah, but no one in their right mind should take the advice or following dosing of a "pro"...I mean, hell look at the thread you are in!. I've never ran EQ myself, and was recently deciding on getting some EQ or NPP because I have not tried either. I decided on EQ. "Pro's opinions" shouldn't mean jack sh*t and from what I've read should be avoided unless you want to end up in an early grave for the sake of "DaGainz". Also, it could be that a lot of EQ is fake or just low dosed test and your source was crap.

Just because a "pro" is doing it doesn't make it right or even healthy. If it's all about the drugs, then nutrition and training are just an afterthought. So I'd avoid anything done by a "pro".

Let me get this straight mr lee. Everyone else had to use massive cycles but u got away with a maximum of 800mg of test and some dbol and deca?

You'll probably never get a straight answer about their dosages from any past or current pro bber, unless you know them personally. Casey Viator said that Mike Mentzer was on 2.5 grams of Deca/wk. Given that today's or even most 90s top pros are bigger than Mike, certainly the doses must be significantly higher especially since results have been proven to be dose dependent.
 
At 2600 / week myself. However 1g T 1g EQ & Just switched (added in) 600 deca,. Was NPP hit & miss, I'd like to try NPP at a fairly higher dose, like 700-900 some time.

I've heard it keeps ya full all the time, and nice on the joints.

None of my older injuries bother me at all now, ( feel great ) "except" my knees.., and it could be the type surface I'm.on all the time at work.

I wanted to just do a blast with only test this cycle, I did use 75mg of dbol for the first month with the 2250mg test then dropped it. I am going to go a week or two then toss in some var for a few weeks then taper down. My next cycle I think I am going to do low test and high tren and see how it treats me.

Either it was fake or he didn't run it long enough. I've heard of great size gains with the Test500/EQ500mg combo. Takes forever to really kick in but when it does it's nothing but solid slabs of mass. Picture a lean race horse with big, vascular thigh muscles- that's basically what EQ does to most animals, horses, dogs, humans, etc. Just gotta be patient with it and get it from a good source.

Agreed, and the Horse analogy..., Think about it..,. Is why I eat alot of Oats..., On the cycle, I plan 25 weeks minimum, and overlapping the final.5 with Primo @800 at least.

My muscles must have Alzheimer's because it always takes me forever to get back to where I was before a layoff or injury. Than again I have zero patience.

Have to be honest with yourself, "are" you truly eating enuff, and water intake is crucial. I do not consistently take in enuf water (2gals a day minimum, I used to) now, gmhalf to 1, and I know what I need to do, I drink way too much coffee & not enuff h2o .

I used to out a gallon away at work, and a gallon+ between the drive, and home life, water was always at my side, always I still to this day carry a gallon of distilled water every where, or there's one in my car. But I just don't remind myself or forget, or coffee is taking g it's place too much.. very, very key, you don't even have to be thirsty to be in a state of dehydration . And, it affects performance too.

Well, the thing is I don't really believe in "Muscle Memory" the way "bodybuilders" do. A lot of guys seem to confuse "muscle memory" with getting back to the same strength or being the same strength as you were when before you took the layoff. Or something of that nature. I don't believe that. Muscles shrink and you are gonna have to work just as hard to make them bigger again and to get stronger again as if you were at that level in the first place.

"Muscle memory" is when you first start doing a movement or exercise and are learning the technique, after a while of doing, say so many years your brain, not your muscles remember how to do it, so it's like second nature. You could take a lay off for years and you'd be able to do that same exercise or motion very easily again because your brain remembers how your body did it before. Just like when riding a bike, if you rode a bike when you were a kid, say 12-15 years old and stopped riding at 17, say now your are 50 years old, your brain would remember how your body did it, so you would not have to re-learn. Muscles can not think.
