Good morning, my man. I'm starving now!!! Sending you some of my "pre packaged" protein enhancers on Tuesday. You'll have to let me know how you like it.
A good starts with coffee, vitamins and supps first thing in the morning!!

Single digits, & well below zero here. Dangerous cold.
But low 30's come Mon, or Tues, & my youngest 17 on the 19th, (extended forecast says 41° ) anxious for that.
Yeah, I feel for ya. I was born and raised in Columbus so I know the cold a bit. But Florida thinned my blood a long time ago. Guess I'm a little wimp when it comes to the cold now. Haha. ..

Fuckin pool guy came yesterday and asked for payment!! I thought his services were cancelled til March. Oh well. Like I'm going to get in fuckin pool right now. Haha... I can put chlorine in the bitch and told him so too.

We got a new Panda Express in town. I chowed down on some 3 plates of orange chicken and rice! It was so fucking good

Ya I have a couple local places Asians run they always have great serving size and low prices,,,I get the lunch special at a place near my work for 5.50 that I can barely finish,,,choice of meat,rice,egg roll,and soup for 6 and change

RedWings Hockey Brother, but I know ur talking about food, so much.... Let me.think here. ( I really love to.just cook myself, but honestly just haven't had the time or energy as of late but going to start for sure ) one of the more recent discoveries I've come across is this place I pass going to work, it's a bar. Typical Sports bar, don't even have any beer that I like cuz I drink Craft beer, no more Budweiser, Coors, or Miller lite etc. So I dont frequent the place.
But, they have a "SmokeHouse" in the Back , it's two shipping container's joined together, one they do that smoking in, the other is the order counter.
Smoked pulled pork, Brisket, burnt ends, used to have chicken, but now only turkey breast, few other smoked meats, in want to say sausage..? Smoke beans with pulled pork in em', Mac n Cheese (to die for ) if I go in early for a Sat, Friday Eve ( they smoke n serve only Friday, Sat Sun & I think Mon..? Maybe only the when weekend tho..?
I'll get a Dirty 'D' ( sandwich with brisket & piled high with pulled pork on a bun ) you get a side of dipping bbq sauce spice or sweet.. I'll get that,. 1/2 lb burnt ends , a Mac n Cheese, & Smokey beans this comes to $27.00 I'll get two meals out of it. I've just never enjoyed it with a Brew, Always have taken it into work with me. Awesome goodness of you like Smoked food.
There is a few decent Soul Food place's around too, I'll frequent once in awhile. Greens, pork chops, different kind of chicken & some things I "won't" eat...! Even tho I'm Black from the waist down...Lol..! But all in all, very different change & pretty good I might add.
Also, we have BreadBaskets around town, the Original is right next door to.one of the Soul Food place's. Kosher Jewish Deli Food, Corned Beef, Pastrami, Cakes of all sorts , potato latkes (Jewish ) kosher pickles .
Then there's Mexican Town , Soschimichos, & Mexican Village, you can only guess what you might find there..?
Yep...! Some of the "Best" Authentic Mexican food on Earth. Been a good while tho since I've been.
I just found out about a Polish Restaurant not too far from me, my buddy recommended, get the Combination plate he says, I may try this place over the weekend..
