Once you totally understand ketosis and are actually in ketosis with your diet plan your g2g, soon you can start your cycle and add muscle with no fat storage from carbohydrates, if you apply my potassium /sodium ratio to your cycle /keto/ you will also stay full and dry, all of this is an exact science and thats why bodybuilding coaches are so important to their success, most bodybuilders do not have the knowledge to become great, an experienced coach will determine their success. A perfect example is big ramy, a 330 lbs bodybuilder who should be winning every Mr Olympia but his coach doesn't have any clue what he is doing and need to GTFO, ramy comes in soft and flat every show, he has more muscle than anyone but can't get dry enough.
