Thanks brother, but I just realized my typo at the end too.

"T-3 " can chew up muscle if not careful, t-4 not as likely.

It allows you to get away (for the guy trying to put in Mass , that is ..! ) with eating a surplus , & shifting the Metabo towards utilizing the slight rise in Cal's aided in building, in your case it's going to help "gradually" ( << Jey word ) Sher the excess while "maintaining" what muscle you build , or have already. fat should melt off if done prudent

Having just said prior, “t4 won’t whack your thyroid as hard,” I understood what you meant :)

Actually, where are you guys finding t4 you trust? ReliableRX only has t3, and DRed doesn't carry t4.

I have a strict rule of no dnp until December.

Anyway, I'm modifying the above to be t4 instead of t3 based on thread updates.

Me too dnp December thru February cuz makes me sweat
