Anybody else feel like a pile of garbage if their top two abs at least aren't visible?
I wear dress clothes to work daily, and ten extra lbs of fat around my midsection makes me feel uncomfortable all day. I don't like the way my shirts tuck in an I feel uncomfortable like I need to take a shit or put on athletic clothing.

Honestly i basically have to have a six pack or close to it to feel comfortable.
 
Also, if metaformin or any other drug would let me get away with just a little surplus calories, I'd be all over it. Sadly my Resting metabolic rate seems to be nothing. Wish I could fix that or test it somehow.

Some thyroid dose daily, and about 3.3iu gh ought to help keep you in that content zone, Sweeney.
 
Not trying be a dick here but it sounds as if you have a type of mental dis-order. Seriously. No shame in talking to a professional about it. I'm a bit crazy myself. Understand again that I'm not trying to be jerk or make fun. Just don't know how to say it nicer.
 
Nah it's not an "unhappy" with myself, it's a physical uncomfortableness. I could wear looser clothing I guess, but I'm not in an environment where I can wear jeans or khakis.

I'm far from having abs probably 15% or so. Although I find tucked in shirts extremely uncomfortable regardless of my body composition, I feel totally fine without having abs or a super flat gut. Partly because my hips and waist are so narrow and I don't store fat in my love handles so I still look pretty fit even at 15%. When my stomach gets too small it feels fem.
 
Why dont you lose 10lbs then and feel better? Shouldnt need drugs for that.

I'm stuck with the dad Bod and I'm eating pretty damn clean. Not Tuna and water with shakes clean, but...

I should just lose the damn ten pounds.

You dont even really need to diet to lose 10, just add extra 30 minutes of cardio 3x per week should do it.

Don’t even need to do all the time consuming cardio. A 24hr fast (with distilled water only) twice per week will shed more body fat. And you will NOT lose muscle so long as protein and fats are up to speed.
I incorporate cardio for respiratory and circulatory health, but if getting and staying lean is the goal, fasting is the key.
 
I might actually do this. 25mcg of t3, or 50?

I'm on higher dose trt year round.

Start "easy" on t-3 brother.. 25 mcg "max" to start..

Even better12.5, for a few days, bump it this way gradually, no more than 50 mcg (t-3 ) t4 you could (with GH ) use 200mcg , or start with 100.

But t-3 "needs" to be ramped up graduually, // then in the exact reverse order, when coming off.

*** Even better the above , Fasted Cardio right after glass if water, T-3 (or t-4 ) dose dependant for starting , and your waking GH shot. 20 min fasted cardio with your Growth & whichever Thyroid (see, t-4 converts to t-3 in the body at a rate of about 20-21% maybe a bit more but not quite 25% , and if running GH for any decent length, you should incorporate the t-4 , hold the t-3 for a "real" cutter..

Don't chance it now , ,t-4 won't whack your thyroid as hard.

If not careful, t-3 can Chew up muscle.

Thanks brother, but I just realized my typo at the end too.

"T-3 " can chew up muscle if not careful, t-4 not as likely.

It allows you to get away (for the guy trying to put in Mass , that is ..! ) with eating a surplus , & shifting the Metabo towards utilizing the slight rise in Cal's aided in building, in your case it's going to help "gradually" ( << Key word ) Shed the excess while "maintaining" what muscle you build , or have already, fat should melt off if done prudently.

Also we old farts are not immune to Father Time, and as we get older we feel like shit more often. Just putting up a new ceiling fan to replace a dead one was a big chore for my old bones (and noggin)!
