i went from salary to hourly at work and the higher ups really frown upon me eating at all on the clock now much less finding my way to a microwave.

Any good cold meal ideas besides a healthy chicken salad or sandwiches?

I have no problem eating rice and beef 8 times a day plain but when it's cold my mouth just doesn't even want to make enough saliva to choke it down.

I just attached a spreadsheet I use for my personal diet and anyone else's as it breaks down the macro's easily. I have a dieting forum at a forum much smaller than this if you want to review some the write-up's I've done I can fwd them to you. Not that I'm a know it all but I have a pretty thorough knowledge of dieting (in a bodybuilding sense not health nutritional sense)

Beings your work appears to have something against food, here are 3 links to make a couple cold (no-need for microwave) meals. The tuna pouches and the chicken have about the same macro if I remember correctly P - 17g F - 1g or so and no carbs. The wraps are delicious and quite low in carbs. For your pro/carb meals you can use the whole wrap, for your pro fat meals if you wanna use the wrap u can easily rip it in half and its still suitable size.

I would make and do make on a routine basis a (Pro/Carb) meal with the wrap 100g of that chicken, some lettuce and some hot sauce. I've had it cold and had it warm its great both ways. For a pro fat meal you would prob be best suited to eat a pack or two of the tuna with 2oz of almonds. Of course you could put tuna on that wrap do whatever you like but thats some options.

Awesome. Thanks for the info and ideas. I normally eat so basic I don't think out of the box but not having heated meals all week is throwing me off. Appreciate the help.
