Hey guys!

Going to be ordering some GH from Annie soon...

Main goal is size. Will be running with AAS.

I really like the idea of 10ius postworkout 3x/week. Supposed to be most effective for mass gain as opposed to smaller for frequent dosing...which seems to be more effective for fat loss.

Question - does taking the 10ius postworkout with my protein shake and banana make any difference? I've heard conflicting info on carbs taken after gh.


Also, t4 - is this really a necessity while on GH?
 
Carbs/FATS!~ really only blunt the GH pulse UNLESS its peptides u r using! HGH(Exogenous hgh) u shouldnt really have a problem! but if taking peptides...yeah it will blunt the pulse and the release of the hgh...but even with peptides. Like Rambo said unless taken immediately pre dosing or post dosing. not a huge deal!

Also i agree with Rambo....t4 is not nessisary. I been using these things for long time and i have never messed with two things. Thyroid meds and/or slin or slin drugs like metomofin!

HONESTLY BRO THIS IS ONE OF THHHEEEE BEST WAYS TO RUN HGH , ESP FOR BULKING! Well idk if its just for bulking but imo exp anyways yes!

I have had GREAT sucess with the EOD dosing proticol. For example, Instead of taking 5iu ED, 2.5 am/pm split. TAKE 10iu EOD on workout days. or if your not taking days off...dose the 10iu on the DAYS you are working out the HARDEST! Great layout bro. You will like this a lot man!

Right now im still running peps 2/x a day, am and afternoon mod/ghrp2 atm...but i dose my peps 100/100 or 150/150mcg 15-20mins prior then take my 2.5iu of HGH. HOWEVER, if i wasnt running the peps pre-hgh dosing. I would be running the EOD dosing that u just laid out! You will like this! Keep us updated....esp with this HGH from Anny which i want to try also soon!

Due to budget lol, I can only really run 30ius per week...so I'm thinking 10 ius mon/wed/Fri postworkout.

I have a bunch of ipam laying around...would it even be worth it to dose thay say at 300 am and 300 pre workout?
 
Level with me bros. Is it worth the $$$ - its one thing ive been kicking around for a long time. I was going to try and then got scammed by Badger. So ive put off. so many variables and so many fakes. Just wondering an honest opinion its its worth it - not jacking your thread man- just curious

Hey I'm riget there with you man. With how I've dosed it up until now, all I've noticed is sides. Numb hands and water retention. That's why I'm trying to find the optimal dosing protocol.

If this doesn't work out for me...CJC AND IPAM.
 
I honestly think GH is overrated.

Ironman, run the ipam bro it will be beneficial. I love ipam cuz it guves no sides. The lethargy and hypoglycemia from the stronger peps kicks my ass sometimes. Make sure to use a ghrh such as cjc (mod) with ipam since it's a weaker ghrp.

Thanks man. I just bougot 3 kits of GH and still have half of one left...so once those are depleted I may well switch to IPAM and CJC.

You can shoot the ipam and cjc before your GH doses for the best of both worlds. The theory is the exogenous GH would then ride the pulse of endogenous GH. Very synergistic.

Ohhhh shit. Well what if I shot the ipam/cjc am and mid day...then I do my GH postworkout about 9pm?

That works bro, you can even shoot another ipam/cjc postworkout followed by the GH 15mins later. That gives the ipam/cjc time to work then the GH comes into play. You would be able to lower your GH dose since you are adding the peps if you wanted to stretch the GH further. For instance 2-3iu GH with 2-3 pep doses versus 5-6iu of GH. Peps are cheap, it's almost a no brainer to add them in my book. I'm all about getting the most bang for the buck lol.

How long does one really need to wait to ingest carbs and or fat after injecting peptides?
 
So, trying to be somewhat financially responsible with how much I spend on gear lol...would it be of much benefit to only run ipam or only CJC with GH as opposed to both?
